I brought my truck to Lester Glenn for manufacture recall work. It was a very smooth process from check in, to updates, to release. I asked them to check my high beams while I was there because they had recently stopped working. The service guy told me that, to test them, they would have to try installing at least one new high beam bulb. The bulb would cost $30 and the labor to install it would be $130, or in simpler terms, $160 to change a light bulb. I declined. Otherwise, the recall work was done at no charge and I was done and on my way in two hours.

The staff at this dealership doesn’t know how to sell cars or at least make an effort to go the distance. If you have 780 credit anyone can get you approved but when they have to put in work they don’t want to be bothered. Looked at a vehicle was ready to purchase as well but couldn’t get approved. It happens to many of us. Made no second effort whatsoever to offer any other vehicles or do anything to help. Sure there is a shortage with new vehicles and the chips but when you have a lot full of cars, you move them. You do everything you can to get the customer in a car and create a long-standing relationship. This is not that dealership. Went to Nissan dealer an hour later and got a car at same price as the one I was looking at for exactly the same budget point I had here. Why? they know how to sell cars! I will never deal with Lester Glenn. If they gave me a free car, I would bring it back!

Employees not wearing masks I went in for oil change and they left grease all over the hood of my car. Over an hr for oil change. Stupid lady that I made my appointment with said tire rotation is included with oil change. IT ISNT. They dont know what they are talking about and they put their customers at risk by not wearing a MASK

Went in for a scheduled oil change and to check my factory Navigation system on my Chevrolet. The voice on the nav suddenly stopped working.Great service as usual. Noticed some new people there and a familiar face I learned retired. Good for her.My service writer, Nilay, and tech (who I wish I could remember his name) who worked on my vehicle were great.Very professional and knowledgeable.When finished, the tech brought me out to my vehicle and showed me that I had inadvertantly muted the voice from my navigation screen. He also went through the entire menu on the information system. It was extremely helpful to me. Thanks to him, Ive got it down now.

Friendly service. Only went for oil change but they always find something else wrong. Always try to upsell. Most of the stuf i can do myself, like wiper blades, bulb replacement, cabin air filter. So unless its a major fix, just try to do it yourself (google it).

If you want to buy a car...I highly recommend seeing Jay Jackson in sales because he remembered me from five years ago when I bought my Subie Legacy and assisted with my blue tooth set up. I look forward to buying my next car here and hope Jay is still there.

Just got a new car from Lester Glenn, and a great deal. First time dealing with this establishment, the sales person named Frank was very nice to deal with. The financial representative named Sal was very knowledgeable. I thought they were very trust worthy. Will see how my service is in the future. I could not make a satisfactory deal with Gateway Toyota, and I was very loyal to their brand. I had purchased four Toyotas over the years. I am extremely disappointed with that dealership. Toms River, NJ location.Never again will I do business with them. While negotiating with the salesman, We agreed on $10,000 flat for a vehicle. When the paperwork was drawn up with the figures for the sale, the sale amount said $10,800. The print is small and easy to misread. THEY TRIED PASSING AN 8 FOR A 0!!! I was fuming to where the manager heard us arguing and came in. The salesman insisted that we agreed on $10,800. Thats 100% false. The manager asked me if I was really going to argue over $800, in a condescending manner. ABSOLUTELY! I was walking out when the manager tried offering me halves on the difference at $10,400. Theyre slick and will attempt to get a fast one over you. Be careful when doing business with them.

Bought our 2018 Mazda 3 GT from them at night in the rain. Paid cash and 2 hours later owned the car. The next day noticed many scratches on the hood of the vehicle. Long story short their Autobody Manager took touch up paint and literally brushed on the paint to cover the scratches. He left the hood in much worse condition with overlapping paint in 3 different areas of the vehicle. Terrible terrible way to satisfy a customer since thats their Claim to fame as far as Customer Satisfaction I would never go back ever to their dealership!!!! Buyers beware...

Went there for a scheduled and free oil change for my new Impreza. It was fast and painless with a friendly staff ready to help with anything.

Yesterday my husband and I finally found a car to purchase, we were paying cash for it and needed to transfer funds from accounts and the funds would have been available Monday. The salesman Ryan stated no worries take the car home today and come back Monday when funds are available, i said we will come back Monday and leave car here, he said we do not hold cars just take it home and bring the money on Monday. The contract we were signing was to protect them in case we did not come back with the money. As we are filling out papers I come across some financial forms and asked why do you need this info if we are not financing, he said its just to protect themselves in case we dont show up with $$$...I asked several times, you are not running our credit correct??????? and his reply several times is NO, its for the contract!! After sitting for about an hour the Manager came over to sign papers, he stated that the credit was ran, my husband and I both said to RYAN and the manager why was our credit run??????? Ryan buried his head down in a chair and would not give any eye contact, and the manager (being a cocky bastard) answer was well its TOO late its been run already!! AT NO TIME DID WE AUTHORIZE LESTER GLENN TO RUN OUR CREDIT!!!!!!!! I stated several times again we asked not to have our credit run to avoid hard inquiries on our credit report. We walked out and will take our$ 21,000.00 somewhere else.

Every employee I met was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Buying or leasing a car is a very stressful event for me, but not here. I was never pressured to do anything and they let me take my time making whatever decision I needed to make. Even though it took me almost 3 months to decide on the car, I was never treated anyway but great.
