If your not a big name repair facility then you tend to get ignored as a cash customer walking in. But the guys at the counter seem nice enough but from what I understand its the ownerships lack of trust in employees and a big push to constantly sell that has every employee worried they might be the next to get axed. Although thats completely hearsay, I heard it from somebody. For these reasons I drive to Kansas city to the pick n pull and do it myself. Then its my fault for not getting the part in a timely manner.

Great prices on car parts . Not so much on the used cars for sell. Proces are almost double bluebook pricing.

Prices always seem high no matter where you go for used parts. But Ive found that A&A gives me a square deal on my purchase and when I have a vehicle to sell.

The people who own or run the place are crooks they bought up the other wrecking yards and now have a monopoly try calling them and be prepared to wait in the twilight zone too cheap to hire more help

Worth my trip from 1 hour away - they have most anything here and will provide descriptions and photos of parts before purchase. Been around since the 30s for good reason.

Asked Were There A Warranty And Told Me It Was A 90 Day Warranty But Did Not Imform There Was A Fee.

Nice place used parts

Purchased a BMW 318 engine. Tom was very courteous and great to work with. The engine arrived clean and not hacked up (hoses were removed and harness was nicely removed as well). All in all a great experience!

Ive had bad service multiple times rude over phone and in person prompt on phone says if they dont have they will help u find guy didnt even look my part up 2 seconds after I said Larry was like no we dont have it and hung up didnt offer to help find one or wait for me to respond and when I called back was rude again and again refused to help me find part like I said b4 this was not the first time

They had what I needed one of the clerks made my son pay for the part and then wait 5 hours to come back to get it when the part was sitting right there saying he didnt see it. When I went back to pick up the part I showed them they hard over charged me ten dollars and within a couple mins they had ran a refund to my card
