I love my Costco. It always has the coolest things to try. My son loves exotic foods. Today I found new fruits for us to try at great prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when its packed, I still get in and out quickly.

One of my favorite stores, frequent sales and the best (longest) warranty on equipment. Convenient return policy. Among the disadvantages: lately it has become more and more difficult to find a place in the parking lot, and it does not matter whether it is a working day or a day off. Well, if its a pre-holiday day, then its very tight with the park. I would like to see more parking spaces with charging options for electric vehicles.

Just discovered that they have self service tire inflation here! It took me a bit to figure out how to fill my tires properly with nitrogen my first time here. But now that I got the hang of it, I’ll definitely be coming back.

This Costco is great for early bird shopping as it is not as congested as others and by others I mean the one on Washington Blvd. In Culver City.... that one is ALWAYS a nightmare lol So save yourself some time and come to this one. We like to go buy Kirkland diapers and wipes for our baby.-Ive R. 🌼

Patience is the word coming here. From parking to walking down a lane and checking out, patience patience patience. It appears even walking requires multiple checks so that you dont get run over. This Costco in particular requires extreme patience.

This Costco was Busy! Unfortunately, things I used to love to buy at Costco are no longer available ... OR as one Associate Said... Its on the truck.. much of their Kirkland brands not to be found, toilet paper, paper towels, window cleaner SPRAY CAN (which BTW was THE BEST) . I wont give up my membership because one can find a Costco almost anywhere and the ones in my home town in Phoenix AZ are FIVE STARS !!

Costco was so busy today, not even a holiday wknd . Had to park in southwest area. Wished Costco purchased northwest land so they can provide more parking. No onion crank for hot dogs. Relish was back.

Parking is a nightmare. Gas pumps can backup the whole entry driveway. Someone needs to redo the entrance for gasoline. Once you find a space this Costco is jam packed. Best hidden secret: go to the long Beach one. Its always empty and gas is cheaper.

Honestly, totally disappointed. The manager was very pushy with me trying to sell me the higher price membership when I explained many times that I had no budget, and in top of that COSTCO does not take Mastercard! Very disappointed

I found this Costco the best in the area. The parking lot is huge.It is one of the few that has a car wash. The car wash is amazing. It’s like having a double wash every time. Also, they add wax. The price is the best: only $8!The wine selection is also really wide, and also, every wine usually has a review with points assigned by wine experts which helps you to make a better choice for your food.

Very polite workers! Clean environment. The only drawback is that it is always over crowded.

Pharmacy tech was great with us. Did her best to provide excellent service, while dealing with about a dozen other customers. We left, within 30 min, with the prescription we needed.

On a Sunday afternoon, it was very crowded (parking lot, gas station, warehouse, and food court). We were able to find nearly everything been were looking for. Employees were helpful when assisting us.Food court wasnt servimg ice cream today.All people were complying with LA county mask mandate.

I usually go to this Costco location for my monthly bulk items. Best bet is to go during the week in the morning. Thats usually a good time to go before it gets really busy. Parking can get crazy at times so but there is plenty of spaces available. Good deals and prices at Costco for many items. In regards to gas prices, they usually have decent prices for 87 and 91 tier gas. Also unlike many other Costcos this one actually has a car wash.

I bought two bottles of Schiff 200 tablet Move Free from Costco Torrance yesterday. After I got home, I was not able to locate the bottles.With a very low expectation, I went back to the store today and asked the customer service if someone found the bottles and had the bottles returned to the store. Quickly, the clerk who helped me found the record. The clerk asked me to pick up two bottles from the store shelf. After a signature, I got my lost returned.The clerk told me that I returned the shopping cart to the cart collection rack in the parking lot with the bottles in the cart. The cart collecting boys found them and had the bottles returned to the store lost and found department.I appreciate the heart warming act. Thanks to the boys to let me gain more trust to my favorite store.

Its my ALLTIME FAVE, visit way to frequently... I believe Ive been to every location in Southern California. My Errrrthang, something different in each location. I like to just go to browse sometime to see what different items are being offered ro the different demographics.

Gas station is always very crowded, but moves fairly quickly. The store is usually pretty well stocked even the discounted items and the employees are friendly.

Busiest Costco Ive ever been to. Love the 3 pump gas lines.

I have gone to this Costco for years even before they moved.They have everything. They have shopping, gas station, food court, and carwash but I have to give this place three stars because some of the workers are rude. One time I was being helped by a worker and another worker rudely interrupted me to talk to the worker who is helping me and another time I was asked by the cashier and the person bagging to unload everything in my shopping carts even the really heavy items. I have not had any problems since so I guess they learned.

I love this location they got everything you need in once visit. Carwash, gas, and whatever else you need from the location

It would be great it it wasnt for all the subhumans with no manners wandering around in the own world. If you ever want to find a hord of rude people (customers) this is the place to go. BTW, the employees are.great and have to put up with a lot of bad behavior.

Costco does great prints. The color is so vivid and the paper is great. I did these prints for a family member and theyre on love. I had also ordered two acrylics and one canvas and Costco prints have come out amazing each time

The cheap gas is great and all, but management should implement traffic control measures at the thoroughfare that cars use to access the gas pumps. From what I saw there were plenty of employees just standing around who could make sure cars are pulling up to fill empty spaces and preventing cars in the back from blocking cars that want to drive through.

Worst designed entrance and parking. Must be redesigned asap. Shame on whoever hired the civil engineer.

I went to get some chicken tortilla soup for my elderly mom (she loves it). Searched and searched, then asked the staff about it. I was told that it wasnt being stocked or any other soup at this time. Come on now!! I guess Ill have to put soup n salad on hold for awhile......smh

Ive been Costco member for over a decade. Its not quite the one stop shop (grocery wise). On the other hand there are some very good Costco branded (Kirkland) items that are equal to or better than brand names for less. Example Kirkland Irish Cream Liqueur is as good as Baileys and you get more, and it costs less. Great for coffee lovers.You have key areas like Electronics, Clothes, Dairy, Produce, various food staples, Fresh meats, Costco prepared, Ready to cook meals, a Pharmacy and vitamins area, Seasonal items area etc. as well as a Food Court area and Tire installation center.There can never be enough parking so your best bet is to as early as possible. Early Weekdays are better as Weekends and Holidays can be a complete zoo.

Unfortunately, when you arrive a teenager who loves the feeling of authority confronted me for not wearing a ckvid commie mask. They never do that at Sams club. Your job is to serve customers not be a control freak for the cdc. Remember the old motto...The customer is always right.

Too many people and not enough parking! Long lines at gas station as well. Thats everyday, 7 days a week! When you need help, you have to go look for someone. At the registers, if you need help, you must wait as the workers arent that helpful. Its like they feel, that you are privileged to be there. Even though you pay to be a member.

Love Costco! Meat prices have e increased, but its probably because of the pandemic so I wont fault them, but I definitely know one thing! COSTCO HAS THE BEST ROTISSERIE CHICKEN OF ALL! OMG! My friend told me to grab one since they had just been placed on the shelf for sale. There was a mad dash for them and I can see why! That chicken is delicious!! The dark meat is so tender and so is the breast meat. We have been snacking on it for days! Love their salads, especially their quinoa salad! The chocolate chip cookies are out of this world! Love all of the items Costco sells, especially the furniture with the reasonable prices, but the food gets the highest praise, whether its fish, eggs, fruit, bread, meat or snacks. Oh, and dont forget their hotdog and a drink deal. Those hotdogs rival the Dodger dog, but the price is much better!

Shopping at Costco is always a zoo and the customers are animals. The staff are great.

Worst costco pizza Ive ever had. Hardly any pepperoni on it and very unevenly disributed, the cheese was melted but no toasting at all. When they switched to the cracker crust I started going to the oceangate location. They have the BEST costco pizza, tons of pepperoni, lots of toasted cheese. I heard this location had gone back to the rising crust so I came back since it is so close to home. One horribly disgusting pizza is all it takes for me to say nope, I will go back to shopping at the oceangate location just for the pizza!

Employee KEN was very rude and needs to be retrained in customer service. I will be contacting Costco cooperate offices to explain incident in its entirety. However for the most part Costco employees are usually very kind and helpful.

I love Costco! Although the place is always busy they get you in and out quickly. I like the gas prices, the food court and the convenience of the car wash.

Love that this Costco has fever tree soft-drink products(missing the grapefruit flavor for my Palomas). Easy to get into unlike Lakewood Costco that has carts parked to block entrance from the western mall side, making customers go around the parking lot.

I will rate this Costco (5-stars) based on the fact they go above and beyond on service. My personal opinion this Costco has everything, including electric vehicle charging at Level 2 speeds with a J1772 plug and a Costco Car Wash.For my electric vehicle owners, this Costco is modern due to what they offer, they have many stalls, they even have some hidden stalls on the side but someone cut the cords for some unknown reasons & I wish Costco would fix the issue with these chargers.I always prefer this location to others in the nearby area such as Hawthorne or Inglewood.They have self check-out, a family restroom, self check-out for the food court, car wash, a large parking lot, a large gas station with contactless payment, and the best feature of them all is electric vehicle charging.

Lots of things to buy in bulk for cheaper than if buying seperate at shop as well as bigger portions and great prices.

Warehouse shopping at its best. Lots of products from electronics, jewelry,clothing to produce and meats. Friendly and helpful staff with in general quick checkouts. This is a large store.

Great staff just got my photo taken today for my membership I guess they changed the rules you now half to be a member in order to be able to purchase food from the food court in the past it didnt matter

I have couple of bad experience at this store.1. The store is not that crowded but the service still slow. And staff here does not greeting to customer as I approached at the check out counter2. Today I was at a self checkout counter but there were two staff but one person did not help me. while she was walking around and talk to the other staff while my self-checkout serivce light flashing.

Overcrowded. Return line took 30 minutes. Gas ⛽ took 15 minutes....There is only one Costco, and that is worth the wait.

Waited 20 minutes to talk to customer service and pay my yearly membership. The 2 people in front of me must have had major, time consuming problems but no supervisor came around to put more people on the counter.I was rudely disrespected by the person behind the counter when I finally did make it to the counter. So much so that I just left and will pay another day!Today was definitely not a Costco-be- nice-to-the-customer day!

We usually come to this Costco often to do our monthly shopping. Today was extremely busy, but every employee I encountered was so rude. We were looking for pool toys that I had seen on ig. No one Im the store knew where it was. One of the employee name tag Alaa or something said it’s a big store he couldn’t possibly know where everything is. Okay so we found some water guns, it looked like it was a return item because it was opened and scattered.. I went back to same employee who made comment he told me I should ask supervisor since it was clearly open. When I approached Manager Cesar he told me it was in great condition. Wish I would have taken a picture. This Costco doesn’t care about anyone.

It is a great place to buy many items, and its always clean. But no matter what time of day you go, it is crowded!!!! But the lines move quickly.

Customer service is terrible.Staff gives me attitude about me making 2 transaction. 2nd transaction took about 1 min .Staff goes next time,, only one transaction I thought about arguing.. but didnt want to make big out of it so just left... if its rule .... they should post it on the wall or something .... instead... Staff decide go with attitude... next time that cunx give me attitude..I will make sure she regrets.... I will sure she shuts the duck up or post it on the machine. Also management is horrible....

Is there a Costco you don’t like? I am yet to find one bad one. This, just like all others, is a treasure trove of deals, tasty samples, and never ending seas of buyers. 🙏I come by and stock up on house necesities, right after my usual 99€ store visits👀👌. Cha the manager I went there for windshield wiper blades I was frustrated but I wont get into that ask for a manner manager and Cha came over to assist and long story short upon discussing or venting my frustration she understood and even after that she in my opinion one above and beyond to get me those windshield wiper blades for my 2007 Toyota Corolla so thank you Shay I really appreciate it and that that Costcos huge but because of Cha Ill be back to that bigger Costco.

Quick trip? This costco is amazing as it has a Self Checkout which almost always has no one or a couple people in line and is conveniently super fast. Items are great like any other costco and parking is always available close to entrance.

This was the biggest Costcos ever! Biggest Parking Lot, Building, Warehouse, and only location I have seen with a car wash! Was told it was 3rd largest company location! Staff was very helpful..wide traffic aisles...they still need male and female clothing sizes larger than 2x in warehouse and online! And what happened to the mixed dried fruit and 100% Grape juice? Fix it people! We plan on returning next month...

Typical Costco but it can be very crowded even on weekdays. They have a good selection and pharmacy is very good as well. Parking can be hard at this location and it seems like it’s always busy and crowded here.

At the food court they need to bring the very good combination pizza this one of the main reasons we go to the food court.

I gave a three stars because of the pizza, a bit too greasy, and only has 3 toppings, pepperoni, cheese, combo, i suggest costco make their pizza and food less grease and oily, and have more options for pizza like pineapple pizza or bacon and bbq pizza!!! And maybe make the pizza a bit bigger, that for $11 would be the best and i would say costco would earn the top pizza place around Torrance then domino’s and etc!! I hope I suggest this costco! Disappointing!
