Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a question about an item seen on website. Clerk did not try to oversell and provided honest opinion on item in question. After learning that item would not perform as it was expected, it resolved my decision to not purchase it. Thank you for the honesty. Truly an indication that these employees are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to provide personal experiences in order to save the customer from making unsatisfactory purchases. I saved a few dollars and instead made a purchase of another items on sale.

What else can be said about Rockler that hasnt already been said. Their personnel is always helpful, always a nice variety of wood species for whatever project you have going on. A tool selection thatll keep any wood worker happy. I have been a customer for 20 years, and do not see that changing anytime soon! Thanks guys!

This is a great place to browse, all the stuff I didnt know I needed is here. If youre in to woodworking of any kind, youll go a little crazy here.

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL (FOR THAT, FIVE STARS). THE ONLY DOWN SIDE OF THE STORE IS IT IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. IF YOU ARE IN A WHEEL CHAIR, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THRU THE STORE, ESPECIALLY AT SOME OF THE END CAPS WHERE QUARTERS ARE TOO CLOSE TO MAKE THE TURN. BACKING UP AND FINDING ANOTHER PATH IS THE NORM THERE (FOR THAT, TWO STARS) FOR AN AVERAGE OF THREE AND A HALF STARS. I AM HOPING IT GETS BETTER, I BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION EVERY TIME I AM THERE.

I enjoy going to this store where I can find what I need and it’s easy to approach staff to ask for help. Staff are knowledgeable and care about the service and products.

Top notch products, great selection and service

Today I have arrived here at Rockler to ask a question about router bits that I was going to purchase, but their wasn’t the ones I needed. The guy that had attended me first was nice and attended me well. I walked around the store to see if I needed anything else, i noticed it was around closing time so I was going to leave already. Then a younger employee than the others, skinny dude, approaches me and tells me that it’s closing time. I tell him I was on my way out. He then proceeds to tell me it’s closing time and starts to insult me. I told him I understood and I was on my way out. He turns back and tells me rude comments and starts to cuss at me as I was at the door. The guy that attended me first looked at me as if he can’t do nothing as the other employee is harassing me. I don’t think any customer should be treated like this. I’ve came here before and never had a problem until today.

Bought some wood putty from the store and left it in my car. It was a hot day and the can burst open with the putty coming out. Strange I thought??The lid(on the bottom of the can) had a dimple on it, Look as if it was open and reclosed? Not happy with what happened. Not a great loss only $6.

Drive over to the store 8 minutes to spare before closing ran up to the door - locked . But they came over and let me in- went over just to buy a piece of down rod- don’t have it - asked if they have any dole cutting bits - no we don’t— say to myself that’s weird so I go out sit in my truck and google down cutting bits, maybe someone else has them. What comes up 1st- rockler- so back to the door and knock- show him my phone threw the door and ask this is what I need- replies yes but we’re closed now!!! Sorry but I’ll drive 20 miles out of my way not to feel like wow really ! Thanks for the good feelings

Still waiting for an item I purchased in August to arrive. Ordered product in August 2020. Visiting the store today October 27th my item still has not arrived, eventhough the sen me an email advertising that the item is now available. I spoke to the store manager and he blames corporate for not having the item available. Something seems adrift here. Im not sure if its corporate or the local store just forgetting to order.

The greatest store in South Bay for real craftsmen who build real furniture. I’ve been a customer there for over 15 years and have never gotten bad advice or false knowledge from all employees there. Lou has always been there and is super polite and patient with advice. The array of tools and accessories for projects is beyond belief. I build furniture for a living so I am very discerning about what products and tools I’ll use on a clients piece. Rockler always has the best at a good price. The store is clean and well stocked at all times and there always seems to be someone ready to help who knows everything I’m asking about. Rare to find stores these days with that combo. For the novice or the pro, From tools to lumber to finishing supplies and everything in between Rockler is the one stop place to go!

Rockler always has great stuff if you are into woodworking. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and are very knowledgeable. Rockler always has coupons and discounts, so get on their mailing list for the coupons. They have classes on Saturdays too if you want to learn more about woodworking (like turning pens). I like to pick up a set of clamps whenever there is a sale.
