Made a appointment to get about 700.00 worth of work done and they had no record of my appt. They could not even find the quote they did the week before. I guess business is good and they dont need mine.On 7/21 I received a call from David and he expressed concern and offered a discount. The call showed me they do care and I am hiving them more stars.

My visit was a pleasant experience from beginning to end . The service and commitment to my concerns was genuine. A great job was done in a timely manner and their patience with my schedule was greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend them to be your first choice when it comes to your automotive needs.

Reasonable price, quick service and quality work.

I called on Monday afternoon saying that I had a check engine light on. They said to bring my car in the next day. I dropped it off in the morning (8 am). They called to let us know the problem (packrats! UGH!) and give me an estimate. The estimate was $300-$500 and the final charges were less than that. I had my car back by 2 pm. It was a very professional job, very well done. I am definitely using them again.

These guys are great. Took my vehicle to another place and got an ASTROnomical quote. Brought it to these guys for a second opinion and it turns out that the issue was something else all together. Saved me 3k right out of the gate. Been using them exclusively ever since. Great work!

Sad news after taking my vehicles there for years is the most recent occurrence. I took my 2006 FX4 F150 in for major coolant leak. Over the phone was told it was the radiator that need replacing. I had established trust in them so agreed for them to replace it at over $700. I picked it up same day, brought it home and it sat for about a week since I work from home in this pandemic. During my weekly errand, noticed same leak. Took it back, this time told its the intake manifold needing replacing, quoted over $1,500. Not able to yet afford it, brought it home, but then decided to rent a coolant pressure tester from Autozone. Discovered it wasnt the intake manifold, it was the coolant crossover gasket. I cant attach video to this review, but trust me when I say it was spraying badly from the gasket under pressure. Either the mechanic didnt diagnose at all, or attempted to rip me off. I bought the coolant crossover gasket for under $20 and installed it myself in an hour! The saddest truth, is I find it hard to believe the radiator and crossover gasket both went at the same time, and believe I initially was misdiagnosed and ripped off already for $700. like the saying goes, rip me off once, shame on you, rip me off twice, shame on me. I am pleased to not have been ripped off again for the total dollar values mentioned.

This is a quality shop. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. My experience with the ladies and gentlemen of this was cordial and gave me an immediate sense of trust. I would definitely go here again. They arent there to throw parts at things and rack up the bill. They are there to help. Thanks again.

Tooky daughters truck in for stalling, and check engine light.after being told by another place that it needed new cam shaft sensors.The staff spent all of their precious afternoon trying to verify that was truly the problem.However that was not verified during there diagnostic check. So being the TRUE,HONEST people they are, they did not just replace a part that was not needed.Instead they told me to return if the truck stalled again.. Willing to explain in detail, whats needs to be done and how much $$.They also let you know how urgent each repair is. Same day service is always a option. You can leave your car overnight and leave a key in a locked box w a note of whats wrong.Very helpful if you work late

D&D is an incredible place! They’re extremely honest which is very hard to come by in the automotive repair industry. I was referred to another place to get my alignment done. This place tried to charge me $1500 for stuff my car didn’t need. I took it to D&D and they said all it needed was just an alignment. They put my car on the machine so I could look at everything myself. Very nice people! I highly recomend this place if you need maintenance done on your vehicle! Especially for those who don’t know much about cars.

I recently brought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in for a scheduled oil change. I was told it take an hour or so. My car was ready not even 40 minutes later. I was so impressed by the quick service. I am used to waiting an hour or two.I was also impressed with the customer service! I am a new customer and was last in D & D Automotive in December of 2018. I took my daughters car in to get an estimate and the estimate was too high so we decided not to have them do the work. They decided to charge me $51.25 for the estimate. There was no computer diagnostics and they never told me there would be a charge for an estimate. Be careful... they charge for ESTIMATES!! Not happy with them!

I have not picked up my vehicle at the time I am writing this, I had an experience with this shop today that leads me to believe I can recommend them. I had a 2004 Xterra that I had just bought from a private seller; and had no history on towed in for not turning over. They diagnosed the problem as power not getting to the starter and saved me hundreds of dollars over replacing said starter. Very grateful for their honestly especially considering my shoestring budget.
