Thankful to have AC again!!! And at a decent price. I would definitely recommend as a matter of fact my son is having his car towed there as I type this. Thanks Jim and Rene oh and your awsome receptionistπ
Thank you so much to the crew at American Fleet Service! My rear passenger brake line was damaged due to a previous repair job that was done improperly. This caused me to lose my brakes while in the Tucson area. I called and was told to bring my campervan in and they would take a look at the brake line.I brought her in and within a few hours she had a brand new brake line properly installed. They showed me the work they did and made a couple of suggestions.I appreciate the quick work, done well, and for a super reasonable rate! These guys are awesome!
Absolutely killer service! Not only did they do an impeccable job on the break line they got us in and out quickly at a more than fair price. Super appreciative for them and their staff! The previous mechanic that did the last break line did a shoddy job and didnβt pay attention where he was curving the line which allowed the line to shear. Gordon who did the work did a beautiful job and even had us look under the rig. It was a masterfully curved line done with consideration and awareness. Thank you!!!
Been using these guys for a few years and they have always done a great job for me.
Very awesome people
So happy with the service we received! They were so honest and got us back on the road quickly! Will definitely recommend American Fleet Service!!
What can I say? Im part owner of this local Tucson business. Many of our customers are like family and a bunch ARE family. For 38 years, weve served the community and definitely love our job. Were honest, knowledgeable and professional. Come by for a walk-about to check us out. We would love to see you. Stay safe!
Amazing service Rene was amazing
Fast, friendly, reasonably priced service. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Great fast reliable service and the prices aint to bad either!
Great service and always done right...
I have been taking my cars to John at American Fleet for almost 20 years, ever since my father (whos forgotten more about cars than I ever knew) first recommended them. Except for the two years that I owned a vintage Volvo 240 and John told me, point blank, that I would be better off finding a different mechanic more familiar with that particular car (I did: the Swedish Connection, which I recommend to anyone who owns a Volvo). Thats the kind of honesty you will find there. I have sent several friends to American Fleet, because not only do they do good work, I trust theyre not going to try and add on anything I dont need.
These guys really know what theyre doing when it comes to auto repair. Havent really taken my truck anywhere else for repairs and each time Ive been there they do an effective job and offer pretty reasonable prices. Plus they call you when theyre done to tell you what they did and when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Youll want to arrange for transportation since it usually takes them about a day to do the repairs. Other than that one caveat, great service and I recommend them.
If you need a vehicle repaired right at an affordable price, thats what they do
Very professional. Would highly recommend for any repairs on any vehicle. They called to let me know what the problem was and gave pricing. Thanks Jim, John and the rest of the team. Job well done.
The folks at American Fleet are great to work with. They do quality work and stand behind everything they do. Highly recommended!

Great automotive sholl street.
This shop may be a good fleet shop, but when is comes to customer care and customer relations, they are far beyond horrible. My boyfriend and I were referred to this company by my boss - the company I work for currently use this shop to do our fleet vehicles. My boyfriend has been rebuilding his 1974 Thunderbird for the passed year. We finally just needed someone to finish the odds and ends, putting the gas tank on, connecting the gas line, putting in the fuel filters, re connecting all of the A/C tubes that had to be unplugged to get the new engine in and putting on the air filter. This company has had the car for 3 weeks, we requested to get a call when they figured out some kind of bid. We never received a call. My boyfriend then went to the shop almost daily to check the progress of the car. after 2 and a half weeks, the fuel tank was on and the fuel filters were on. About, an hour, maybe an hour and a half worth of work - and all of the parts were provided by us.Monday, we both stopped by the shop because we had then requested to be called so we could be there when the car was started for the first time. We were told, it is ready to be started, the mechanic will give you a call in the morning, and have you come and bring the gas. Tuesday came and passed. So this brings us to today, 3 weeks later. They said it was ready to start Monday, so my boyfriend went in this morning, Wednesday, and was told the mechanic that worked on our car wouldnt be in till 10 am. So he left, and went back at 915ish, and the mechanic was there. He talked to the mechanic that worked on the car and the car was not ready to start. So we have decided to take the car, we asked about the pricing and they didnt have any kind of bid, or any pricing information. they just thru it together. For attaching the brand new empty gas tank, plugging the A/C compressor back in and putting the fuel filters on, they charged us 400$.400$ to be in the same position we were in before. Now, we are moving the car to another mechanic, hopefully one that can be upfront about how long it will take and how much it will cost.American Fleet Service has been by far, the worst mechanic experience I have ever had. They took a fun project we were doing and turned it into a giant hassle. Before this we had it with another fleet mechanic. He also took a while to do things, but, he told us when he was going to do things and if he wouldnt be ready, he would let us know. He also gave us pricing and respect. All things we have not gotten from American Fleet. It is a real shame, My company HIGHLY recommended them. But, I guess if you are not a fleet, your not important to these guys. We definitely werent treated the way they treat my companies fleet. After weeks of having to show up ourselves and see the car in the same position, with the keys sitting right on top of it, I am just happy to get our car out of there. I have never felt so disrespected and unimportant.
Great vehicle knowledge fair prices and excellent service.
Great place for county vehicles to get service! Lots of options!
Sara & I have been with AFS for approx 30 years, which started one rainy night night. Weve been satisfied customers to this present day. They are great mechanics, honest and really all-around nice guys. Cant remember ever having to take our vehicles back after having a repair done. They also have a computer History record for each of our vehicles, an Chevy Astro van & a Nisson Sentra. They have also serviced Vehicles from 2-3 companies my friends work at. I highly recommend AFS.
Good at what they do and honest to a fault.
I appreciate speaking directly to the mechanic
Great place.
Honest and fair. Thank you!
Great company with great service
