Now it is Cosmo Prof and their phones have been disconnected for over 2 weeks. But I live the staff so much Im still giving them a 3 stars. The staff alone are 5 star people!

Purchased a brand new trimmer for $90, used it once and it over heated during use. THEY WILL NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE APPLIANCES. Receipt or not. I have the receipt and it hasn’t even been 30 days. They don’t tell you this when you purchase, it’s “on the receipt” Poor customer service and all the more reason to purchase appliances at Salon Centric. What a shame.

Drove all the way there because of hours posted for Saturday.. but was not open and then I called since 8am and the phone said mailbox full... how am I supposed to place an order if I cant reach anyone. Never coming here again and calling corporate.

This is a place for licensed professionals I.e. cosmetologist, estheticians, nail techs, etc. Theyre polite and helpful. Most other supply stores are rude and look at you as if to say you do hair, you should know... not here! They typically remember me, even if they havent seen me in months. This is probably the only one I will go to, not just because of convenience but because of their attitudes.

Always find what I need Lori, Angela and Desiree are great.

I always spend too much here. They have a great stock of products.

Clean and organized. But twice I have ordered something, they said they would call when it came in. They never did!
