Great selection with reasonable prices. We originally shopped them in the mall but they had closed and are now here.

Store has pretty much everything as far as household items furniture, bedding,and accessories. Clothes and shoes for men,women and children. Items are limited meaning see it and purchase it because next time most likely you wont find it.

The employees did not speak english in the shop when I called for info on a ponytail fall. I repeatedly explained I live 45 minutes away and had detailed questions about the selection in the shop before I made a 45 minute drive. I asked the same question 4 times and she insisted I come in after explaining my drive time. She then proceeded to put the phone down on the counter and walk away from the phone.

It had been years!! Simce Ive been to BBB fashion and I totally was doing myself a disservice. This place has sooo many cute clothes l, amazing fun outfits and accessories! They have hair products, lingerie! Get there and buy, buy, buy!

Joanne manager is rude! She an asian old lady. Never shopping here again it’s so sad they have poor customer service. I worked in Retail and never have I treated anyone like Joanne treated me today. They don’t even deserve one star. I bought a dress 2 days ago reason why was because of dressing rooms being closed due to quarantine. Got home tried it on didn’t fit me. Returned it Joanne wouldn’t exchange it due to having a stain you couldn’t even see (that I didn’t make). She said no because I probably wore it over the weekend and now I’m trying to return it. Also said she doesn’t sell stained clothes. She started yelling at me all rude it’s embarrassing people behind me in the line are hearing her go off. Me very respectfully and polite as I was raised by my parents advised her I just tried it on at home. Where am I even going if we’re in quarantine no club is open!!! She tells me to bring it back after I wash it and she will consider an exchange. First of all I’m dam sure that’s not true! At the end after discussing with her and advising her she should be kind and not treat me rude because I gave her no reason to talk down on me as if I was no one ! I don’t care if she’s the owner she shouldn’t speak to any human being in a rude way. Even her worker was scared of saying anything she told me no one talks to her unless if it’s important because she’s rude in general. I showed her another shirt in the store that was more stained than the one I purchased and asked her “I thought you don’t sell stained clothes?” She told me to leave her alone because I’m just wasting her time . I’m not the one to be combative but I’ve never encountered someone like her in my life and I’m dam sure not going to let myself be talked to like that if I didn’t do anything wrong. So I told her “The only reason why I’m wasting your time is because your rude and you shouldn’t be talking like that to me or any other customers who comes here with good intentions.” I walked away I’m never coming back to this store it’s so sad I was just looking to purchase a nice dress because I was planning on going out after quarantine was over. I’ve been working in the medical field for long hours and being at the hospital is so chaotic but never have I treated anyone bad because I know we are all human beings no one is more than anyone else.

Lady in the front said they close in 10 I said ok and went straight to the back to check if they had what I was looking for and they turned off the light as soon as I got to the back!! I was not the only one in the store there were people still looking at stuff and people checking out and they cut out all but one or two lights

I went over a month ago and the clothes I bought didn’t fit so I went to return them in the same day i bought them and this lady gave me a piece of paper and it had the stuff i returned because I couldn’t get that money back and she said I would go any day ( on the paper it said I would only exchange the same day) but she also said that didn’t matter and get something else !so I went yesterday. My mom told me that’s lady said she needed that time of when we went to look at the cameras to see if it was me that bought that clothes ( I dint have the Receipt) and returned them so I said it was around 5 And idk what I said that she maybe thought I was being rude or something but she stared racing her voice at me idk why and I told her to calm down and not to be rude and she was like “rude” and she just walked away and she stared saying idk what and I did talk back to her because I was not gonna get her treat me like that and I just walked out of the store but she didn’t even me my money back and I spent over 50 bucks and I have that in my bank account and she won’t give them back to me or that clothes that I returned so if I was you just don’t go plus that clothes are way overpriced you can get them at “Q” for way cheaper!!

This used to be a store i loved. The cashier got smart alec with my child, and i made a comment that there was no need for her to correct him. Then she got sharp tongued with me! This store is Ghetto and The clothes are cheap made poor quality

I will say this they have cute affordable shoes. Various sizes, only reason I am rating this a 2 star is the outfits are charged separate for example keep In mind the outfits are a set a shirt and bottom that goes together. Well this place will charge u for the top and bottom and separate. And to be honest I think its too over priced for me when. U can go to swap meet and basically find the same stuff. I saw an outfit 80 bucks total 40 for the top and 40 for the bottom.

I loved coming to this store before it became the clothing of smaller people. Dont get me wrong they do have plus size but the plus side hardly had cute styles. I am a 1x and not a lot of cute varieties to choose from.

I absolutely love this place!!! Iv been coming here for 10 years now and I never get tired of anything. The owners and employees are amazing and very nice! I recommended this place to my family and friends and they as well are very impressed. Ive gotten so many amazing compliments for my style. I dont shop anywhere else except for this amazing store. I really liked this store. We were interested in getting a wig and was very impressed with the staff here they were very knowledgeable about all the products they sell in the store. The customer service in this store is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great visit, we will be back.

I was just here yesterday the staff are just awful . The lady at the fitting rooms didnt say anything to me or my friend, she just gave us blank stares but we heard her being super friendly and joking with other customers. Not to mention the cashiers were no different and had horrible attitudes .The man who does security was the ONLY friendly employee in the store.

Terrible customer service. Locked fitting rooms, allows only 4 items to try on, change out of items depends on which check out girl will permit it. Shop came highly recommended but the most pleasant happy person there was the security guard. Out of the way location, limited off street access, not worth the effort for return visit.

This store has a great variety of clothes and its a really clean store, staff is friendly. If youre a guy and have a wife or girl friend thats looking for new clothes and youve been to other stores and theyre still indecisive this is a must go to store and I guarantee will make your shopping time easier as this store has a lot of different clothing styles.

They have variety of shoes and clothes, sometimes over priced and some stuff falls apart after first wash, but the stuff that lasts is cool.. They carry like everything you need, from business casual to wigs and extensions.

Good place for fashion and accessories for women, kids and men of all ages. The prices are very affordable for thier value of items. Definitely worth the stop in to look around & shop.

Return policy is garbage. was told return everything with original tags and return should be good. Upon return they only give store credit. this was very upsetting and inconvenient because I asked at the register because I have problems with fitting rooms they give me anxiety so return policy should be more flexible. I wanted my cash back to go to a different store to find pants because the ones here didnt work for me. I did how ever purchase other items so Im not in total dislike with the store but Im disappointed.

Store has alright clothes, a little over priced for the quality of the material. Also, be prepared to get a No to try some stuff on. They put the hard tags on some of the clothes in a way that makes it impossible to try it on. I went here on two different occasions and I asked an associate if she can relocate the tag so I can try it on and was told No, because of this I will never shop here again. Also if you buy anything without trying it on first, they have a no return policy or store credit only.

The prices were comparable to other discount stores, almost all of the employees did not speak English so its very difficult to ask for help with anything! They wrap there smaller sales items with packaging tape which takes forever to get off when you get home. I would not recommend going to this store. Had a very bad experience.

I purchased a large amount of tshirts for a funeral and the lady gave me a discount without having to. Shirts were good quality and reasonably priced.

Great deals, returns are store exchange only and alot of items are Final Sale. I wouldnt over wash some of the womens garments or put in the dryer as they tend to shrink and or wear out .
