Got the Rhi Rhi Fenty Diamond Bomb! Omg its soooooo AMAZING AND GLITTERY. GREAT for all over body!

I love this store. During pandemic, when I would run out of this or that, I could come in, get what I needed and also chat with the employees. As a stay at home mom, they really uplifted me during a very lonely time. They are all great but I truly feel like I have bonded with Val. When I come to this location, I feel like I have friends.

Zack was SO helpful, he helped me find my perfect foundation & concealer shades, and even called another location to make sure they had it ready for me since it was out of stock. He even went in the back and picked out 2 perfume samples that he thought I would like since, seriously so amazing! The other 2 girls in the store were so nice too, and I’ve had some bad sephora experiences in the past

Ive been here a few times and the sales associates are always very helpful. They always go above my expectations! If they dont have what Im looking for they either offer something else that could work or they offer to ship it directly to my home.

STEVIE was such a big help and Super sweet!! Wish all sales reps were this good everywhere. She was very knowledgeable and had plenty of recommendations.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Today I received 15% off each item purchased... I was pleased since high-end makeup is very expensive.

Literally so upsetting. I go to cosmetic stores to relax and enjoy my self. The employees are aggressive and make their customers very uncomfortable. I felt unwelcome and my money will be going to Ulta now.

Rude employees. My friend’s purse hit a sample lipliner and knocked it to the ground, and the top popped off: no harm done to the product and with COVID no one should be using them anyway. An employee came over and rudely took the sample away as I was trying to put it back on its stand after it fell. I tried to explain what had happened and that we weren’t trying to use the sample but she kept speaking over me and was really aggressive about the situation. The whole episode left a bad taste in our mouths so we left the store and went to Ulta.

This Sephora location was great and the cashier said she liked my outfit which made me happy. The other people working there were helpful as well. Theres a large selection of beauty products including makeup, skin care, hair products, accessories, perfumes, makeup remover, false lashes, etc. I highly recommend visiting this store and I would love to come back.

I visited here today with my mother to make a few purchases. She is in her 60s, I am in my 40s. We were all but ignored my all of the beauty experts on staff. Fine, no problem. We’re adults and don’t need hand holding.The blatant ageism came when we were at the register paying for our purchases. An associate (she had a cast on her leg and a knee scooter), got angry at her because my mother has difficulty hearing and asked her to repeat herself once. She refused to listen when my mother was trying to give her email address for her reward points.She slammed a pen and scrap of register tape on the counter and told her to just write it down while rolling her eyes. No “thank you” after the purchase... she was kind enough to crumple up her receipt and throw it in her bag.I have been to many Sephora and Ultas... needless to say, the Tucson Mall store was a let down. I hope the try and remember that older people deserve the same experience and opportunity to try new product.... they tend to have more disposable income too!

This is a great location. Went at night with my roommate and boyfriend, and all the staff was super helpful and NOT pushy! Knew what I was looking for and got friendly service from amazing people! Won’t go to any other Sephora in town

This location is much better than the Sephora at Park Mall. There is a larger selection of products, most of which were in stock. The cashier was super friendly and another employee on the sales floor was very helpful with guiding me to different areas of the store (I was a little lost). The only thing I didnt like about this location is the space... Its a tight squeeze, especially since there was no shortage of employees assisting all of the customers.

Love the quality of products here and always someone to help answer any and all questions about everything there and make it easy to choose the right product for all your beauty needs.

Went to pickup the make up my wife asked for. Showed them a screen shot of what she needed and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!

The employees of this store were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked if someone could please color match they ignored me when I did finally get an employee to listen she said she didn’t color match but would get someone I say and waited 15 minutes before they told me the guy would be with me ASAP and he ended up helping someone else who walked in after I did. I also asked the girl at the checkout if I could redeem my beauty insider points. She ignored me and proceeded to ring me out say yeah yeah, when I asked about my points before swiping my card she said they were on there and told me to swipe my card. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly at this store. I was blatantly ignored when I asked for help. I understand being busy and understaffed but a courteous we’ll be with you as soon as possible would have made me felt better. Rather than being ignored. I would have spent more money in this location if I would have gotten adequate help. Instead I went to Ulta, where their employees are kind and helpful. I’m very disgusted with how I was treated at this store!

I took advantage of the mini makeover to help me find a new foundation that would match my skin the best. The ColorIQ was super accurate and the associate (Morgan) let me feel the textures of some of them and applied 2 of them to my face to see which I liked. I am very pleased with my selection and the service there was outstanding. I had not had the best day before I went it, but the cheerfulness of the associates really made me feel good!

The employees dont know anything about makeup, apparently. I asked this girl if she had this one bronzer and she went on and on about how orange I will look. like okay girl I am not a white pasty girl like u so I dont have to worry about looking orange. Just give me the bronzer and go. I dont need to be in a 15 minute conversation about what you like. I dont care.

So discussed with this location. First I waited 20 mins for someone to help me or even ask if I needed help then I got my sample and what I was buying and paid and left I got home and opened my sample and there was a VERY long black hair in my sample 😤

Skip this and Go to the Sephora inside JC Penney. If not, order online. This stand-alone store has the worst possible employees. I make the mistake every time, forgetting past experiences, to purchase in store what I can just buy online without the harassment. Employees here are too many and none of them helpful. Contrast to the one inside JC Penny, where they are so kind and considerate! I will not be coming back to this location. Third time is the charm. Judgy and rude! They obviously dont need my money.

Ended up buying my girlfriend some make up and they wouldn’t allow her to return it due to me misplacing the receipt. The product was never used or anything. They promoted that if it isn’t the right color you can return never will shop here again

Usually always a good experience, i have real sensitive skin and thrive off of the samples since it allows me a chance to try the product prior to purchase. I usually get the samples i ask for regardless of how MANY samples i ask for. I didnt give the full 5 stars due to some experiences as mentioned in other reviews, where ive encountered a few condescending employees who will skimp on samples (as if it were coming out of their pockets) the occasional stalking, and that oh so welcoming look that makes you feel like a burden. Of course not all employees and not all the time, just a few bad apples that i imagine get rotated from store to store.

Horrible! They never answer their phone! What do they need a phone for then!? And every time I go into this Sephora, I don’t get helped of even attended the whole time I’m in there looking for new makeup! Idk why Sephora employees act like they work for Gucci lol sorry NOT sorry.

Overly friendly, prying employees made me feel uncomfortable

DO NOT GO TO THIS SEPHORA!!! I am a youtuber and have a huge collection of makeup, last night me and friend went to the mall and we went to sephora. I have $200 gift card to sephora and want to know what i want to buy so we went in and color matched me with different foundations swatched some other products and were just browsing. not once was there someone who asked if we needed help and in every section of their store we went to they sent a different employee watching us like a hawk. I was extremely unwelcomed and when i was looking at some powders i picked it up to test the sampler and an employee went right behind me and said “that’s a blotting powder not a highlight” with a horrible attitude!!! i’m never going back to this sephora ever again

I purchased the new foundation from Too Faced but when I asked the employee at the checkout counter for a sample, he looked up at me with a face of disbelief, paused and looked around and pulled out one packet of a sample and said here with a condescending tone and gave it to me with an attitude as though I was some beggar and he was disgusted at what I had asked for. Im not dying for a little sample but why dont they offer the samples in the beginning and not demean their customers like this guy did. I wish I had gotten his name. Unless you need an item right away, I would just order it online.

I’m disappointed that when I enter and walk around the store no one offers any help. I see many girls standing around but no one approaches me. I was hoping to get some recommendations on foundation but left disappointed.

Staff is unfriendly and less than helpful. Last visit I was refused service and highly discriminated against. Thanks to Sephora’s employees, I’m now a proud customer of Ulta.

Every worker there looks at you as if you don’t know what you’re doing; second, they’re always low or out of stock with mostly everything. The JC pennny Sephora is the best

Dissapointed. Went there Wednesday night looking for a particular product. An employee standing 5 feet away from me pretending she doesnt see me... did not bother to say hello back when I approached her with hi, how are you? Maybe you could help me with this?. Heard an unpleasant suuuuure with an attitude in return and she didnt even look me in the eyes. I felt unwelcomed and as if Im bothering her! What?! If someone doesnt like their job they shouldnt be in retail. Ive always liked this store and spent a lot of money there, the sales girls used to be friendly and helpful showing me products and giving samples. I dont know what happened to them if they allow this kind of attitude. That encounter left me with a really awful feeling... That was totally uncalled for as I asked to show me ONE product... My advice to you if you go in there - better wait for someone to approach you who is WILLING to help you, instead of bumping into someone with a nasty attitude who does not want to help a customer and be bothered. Dont let it ruin your day. Horrible service.
