Rude staff. Manager was even more rude. They dont follow the same procedures as standard Sephora stores. Will never go back to this location again.

Walked around for about 15-20 mins, i got no customer service, i didnt get asked if i need help, there were 3 people employees there. I was constantly getting walked by and other customers were getting help.why should i ask for help, its not my job to get some customer service they need to provide it. Ill continue to go to ulta.

Sephora is an amazing store, because with each purchase I make, i accumulate points, and they give us a gift, also they give us a lot of samples, the only thing I dont like is the delivery, because they said 4 to 7 days, and they take about 10 to 12 days to arrive. Thats not fair because it takes to many days. And I pay shipping for 4 to 7 days.

Rude employees! Especially the African American “manager”. Sooo rude. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed in a Sephora like this one. I was refused help.

Rude employees..2 people working and both are doing makeovers at the same time ignoring the register. Cannot scan membership card from app on phone because its in a JCPenney store so why even have a Sephora store inside?
