I worked with Tracy Hamilton. She was helpful and communicative setting up and confirming the appointment. No sales pressure at all - when I arrived, she had the car parked and ready in the shade; I went on a test drive alone, then she let me poke around the car by myself as long as I wanted without bothering me.... which was at least 45 minutes while I inspected, ran insurance quotes, loan rates, carfax, etc. Enterprise wont haggle on the sale price, so be happy with the advertised price you see on the car you want; but I have heard they might negotiate on your trade in value if you have one (I didnt). If you are looking for a low mileage used car and are not picky about options, give them a try. At the least you will appreciate the lack of sales pressure!

I was fortunate to buy my first vehicle from them 16 years ago in MN, fleet vehicle - Hyundai Sonata 2006, 32k mi, 16k. My latest vehicle in AZ - rental vehicle, Nissan Sentra SV 2019, 37k mi, 18k! I only paid $199 fees, which included plates, tabs and registration for one year!!! No pressure, genuine salesmen, great vehicles, and they add an additional 1-year warranty on top of the manufacture warranty, will NEVER sell a lemon and is still a privately held company to boot! If in Tuscon, ask for Tim B!

Excellent deal on price compared to dealers in town. No high pressure. Tracy did all she could to make it right for us. Only problem was an ignition problem that was not noticed earlier. Remaining warranty handled by Nissan dealer took care of the problem, after waiting for replacement part. If you have no problem with former rental vehicles, this is the way to go.

After 10 years we were ready to get another vehicle. In deciding where to go, we remembered back to another experience we had previously with Enterprise Car Sales in Washington. Fast transaction. Sales rep Brandon was very pleasant to deal with. On the dislike side, the car had an odor of marijuana, which can be expected with cars that were previously rented. All and all it was a good transaction and my second vehicle purchased from enterprise at that location.

The salesman was nice enough. I could tell he was new, but he did well. I got a decent offer for my trade in. I was looking at a van and then they told me it was sold, but they had another one like it in Phoenix. I looked at the website and had them get the one I wanted. I had to wait a little over a week because it is a certified used vehicle and goes through the inspection with their techs. It finally arrived and it was a little more beat up than I would have wanted, and had almost 5000 more miles than advertised. I asked if that affected the price and I was promptly reminded of the haggle free price experience. I needed a van so I agreed and bought it. I have since found that it was in a bit of a fender bender. Nothing too serious. But my main issue is all the little things that are off. The windshield wipers are dryrotted and dont work. The valve caps on the tires are missing. What were they checking in the certification process if they missed all the little things? It arrived pretty dirty inside and out. There were food wrappers in the back and the dash had been poorly wiped down. I understand that this was a commercial van, but still. No effort was put into the detail. When you buy a car from a dealer, these things should not go overlooked. And 5k miles over advertised? Ugh....

This place was absolutely amazing when trading in my car. Everything was done via text and went smoothly. All I did was show up with my documents and signed the paperwork. The car is reliable and the staff there are very pleasant. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and he was very professional and kind.

I purchased a car remotely and can not be more pleased with the transaction. Enterprise has worked out all the details for this type of sale. They do all the required paperwork, send documents via Fed Ex for you sign and enclose a pre paid envelope to return them. They register the car, send you the title and license plate. They have all this worked out in fine detail. The salesperson kept me up to date at each stage. Their people are really on the ball and familiar with the process. The whole procedure took two days. We bought 2019 Nissan Rogue. The car had 35000 miles on it and was in great condition minus some small cosmetic scratches on the bumper, interior passenger side arm rest had a hole in the leather and an electrical issue with the rear hatch door. It was well priced and was exactly what we re looking for. The purchase of the car was relatively easy and painless. Enterprise was easy to work with and very tolerant of our needs. They repaired the electrical issue on the hatch door and took care of the hole in the arm rest with no hassle. We received a great car at a great price and overall very pleased with our purchase. The only thing that is holding me back from giving a 5 star rating which might not be their fault is that we still have not received our permanent plates. Not sure if this a DMV issue or an issue resulting from not filing paperwork. But overall a very pleasant experience.

Excellent price on my 2019 Audi Q7. Customer service was prompt, and no hassles, no haggling. I got a fair Kelley Blue Book price for my trade as well.My only complaint was that when We went to look at the car, which was delivered from another area, the car’s exterior was extremely filthy, making it very unattractive and impossible to assess the paint condition and inspect for chips and scratches.They wouldn’t wash it until we had signed the papers. The salesman said it was bad luck to ash the car first. TOTALLY WEIRD.
