We came to Royal Kia last week to check out a used Chevy that we saw online and we were helped by David Hernandez III. He took us for a test drive, answered all of our questions, and was very helpful. After sleeping on it, we made the decision to purchase the car and called David the following morning. We told him what we could give as a down payment and he was able to start the paperwork over the phone. This was great because were still trying to minimize going into public places (David also wore his mask the whole time he helped us, which we greatly appreciated since it isnt required). The paperwork he started made the process much quicker when we arrived at the dealership later in the day. Everything was ready for us to sign and the flowers they gave us after purchase were a nice touch!After bringing the car home, we heard a loud squeaking that was not happening during the test drive. We were pretty upset about it and sent David a text message right away. We werent expecting an answer back because the dealership was already closed but he answered us back immediately and called us back first thing the next morning. Hed already prepared a loaner for us and even came to our home to pick up our car and drop off the loaner! After the Kia dealership replaced a belt and pully, it continued to squeak so David took it to Royals GM dealership and they were able to track down the source of the squeak and fix it. David brought our car back yesterday and the squeak is gone! He also filled the tank and gave it one last wash & detail.We couldnt be happier with David. His professionalism and communication was outstanding. We will definitely recommend Royal (especially David) to our family and friends. Well come back to Royal for our next vehicle purchase!

I went to Royal to just look at cars with my sister who was interested in buying a mini Cooper. The salesperson, Simone, was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable I ended up by a car for myself. I normally hate the car buying process but there was absolutely NO pressure. Simone listen to what I was looking for in a car and she showed me the exact match to what I wanted within my price range. I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase and Simone. This is the second time I have been involved with a purchase from Royal Kia and I will never buy or recommend any other Dealership. Two purchases 4 years apart and the extreme professionalism has not changed. You have your salesman and that’s it. You never have to speak to anyone else. Royal salesman handle you from start to finish. No sense of sharks whirling around you. It’s truly a very different experience in the purchase of your car. We purchased a 2022 Kia Soul, absolutely love this car (suv) and I know part of that comes from no buyers remorse or the waking up in a bad dream. Our salesman was Christopher Tye. Very disarming from the start. He had his eyes focused on three things, me, my wife, or the info he was showing and explaining to us. Of course there was some very precious moments when we broke away from discussing cars and documents and just talked about whatever but at know time did we feel rushed. Christopher is an extremely talented young man and with all of the charms that goes with that.There really isn’t an end to all of the positive things to say about Christopher or Royal. Kind of feels like a privilege purchasing from Royal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys know their stuff!!! They were both personable and knowledgeable. We ended up feeling like part of the family and always recieved the best service possible. Juan M. takes care of his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their complete satisfaction. We have since relocated to Utah and have not had the same luck with great service. The service team in Tucson just cant be beat!!! And when it comes to sales, they are going to make sure that you get what you want and also that it is within your budget. While searching for a vehicle for my wife we visited other dealerships. I will not get into the shady tactics they used but that only helped us return to Royal Kia. The staff at Kia are welcoming, we never felt pressure to purchase, they offered any information they could and if they didnt know they found out. One person handled the purchase and when asked the cost of the vehicle they were upfront about cost and gave us options for different places to finance that would be more convenient and a better deal. I have nothing bad to say about this dealership, they give you the numbers and let you decide if or what works for you. I always advise to shop around to find a dealership with integrity, Royal Kia has proven that is how they operate.

My family and I have over the last few years purchased 10 Kia vehicles from Royal. all of them have come equipped with a spare tire except this last one. I have on numerous occasions asked for them to furnish me with one. To us loyalty means a great deal.this last visit I brought the subject up to the sales manager and got nowhere. he in fact mocked me about us buying 10 vehicles from them. so I paid the $306.00 for the spare tire. I guess that’s to much money for them to help a loyal customer of many years. so now we will no longer do business with them. we’ll go to Jim Click Kia. Sad.

Ive been taking my little Kia soul to them since I bought it 6 years ago. They dont have to do much more than change the oil and filters and rotate the tires, because Im the original little old lady who only drove her car on Sundays. Nice waiting room nice people, Im very happy with Royal.

Bought a 2022 Carnival from Royal and the process was pretty painless. However, after sales support is non-existent. Asked about getting about ordering a cargo tray. Nada. Tried to schedule and inspection for a gas leak recall that could lead to a fire. Were busy, earliest is a month. Wonderful. It just shows how much they care.

I needed a new car and nobody came to help us. We spent a good 20 minutes in the lot looking at a car with my husband. The car looked like it wasnt washed, was missing a part and the plastic covers and tags inside were thrown around like it had been a hurricane inside the car. We felt iffy going further with doing business with them and only when we were walking away, someone came to ask if we needed any help. At that point we were already annoyed and had made up our minds.

A previous very negative experience left me extremely hesitant to take my vehicle in for a safety recall check... as a matter of fact it took over a year for me to break down the fierce resistance I had to visiting the Kia dealership again. But Im glad I did.There apparently was a major turnover in service employees since my previous visit, which has resulted in a much improved approach towards honest customer service. Overall I was surprised at the improved personalized treatment, and was very happy with the service. OH! And they cleaned my car as part of their complimentary Royal service --- it looked like it was detailed!!! I left with a huge smile on my face and renewed confidence in the KIA dealership. Royal Sells lemons. The used car we bought was an as is nightmare. We had the oil changed and had an inspection to make sure everything was still running well. The repair manager said it was in great shape, just needed a new battery. Two weeks later after a strange sound they went back to hear we needed to pay $1780 . Why were we not told about these repairs? This was wrong.

Have been a pleasant and assuring experience with Royal Kia, our sales consultant Mr Juan Vazquez. We are a couple from Singapore that recently shifted to Arizona, Tucson and had to purchase a car within short notice. Juan was very responsive to my spouse’s emails and we secured the car on the same day that Royal Kia assigned him to our case.The entire process of buying a car in the US was extremely gruelling unlike in Singapore. We took more than 5 hours to get everything settled due to our foreigner status. However, Juan was there throughout the entire process with us. Never once losing his patience or calm demeanour. We felt bad for holding his work back but he constantly assured us that it is ok. Juan took on a fatherly figure and calmed me down when he observed that I was getting stressed over the many hiccups. While my spouse tried to troubleshoot certain issues over the phone, Juan engaged me in talks of my interest to distract me away from my stress.Juan’s professionalism and keen observation to client’s needs and emotions are rare in the sales industry and I hope that Royal Kia will continue to flourish with employees like Juan.Thank you once again Juan for running around with us to get the necessary documents and of course that sweet gesture of putting a ribbon on top of our car to help us take a picture with our first car in the USA. I was greeted immediately upon my Tuesday 0800 arrival. The tech said my appointment was for Wednesday (a system glitch). Service Managers Dave and Lucy got me in for the service in spite of the error. Our Sedona was not only washed and vacuumed but done a half hour earlier than expected ! Outstanding service, a clean, comfortable and safe waiting area and Service staff that truly put the customer first.

Repair appointment was delayed. Eddie the service rep called a lyfttRide for me to get home. About 4pm Eddie called telling me a ride was 3 minutes away. The lyftt driver showed up several min later and drove me to rotal Kia. My car was ready, and Eddie even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I appologized to Eddie about a bad previous experience with him as my advisor. I left the dealershipWith a smile on my face, a clean Car, a happy dog and a repairedProblem. Thank you.

I just back from a bad experience at this dealership, I have been coming here for almost two years, and usually I have had Luzi to help me, she’s amazing and always took care of my car. No issues no extra this or extra that, but sadly shes no longer with the company, so I was put with Eddie. He was extremely nice had wonderful conversation, and told him what I wanted and needing quotes and everything was fine, until I got my car back. I went in wanting a quote for my driver side visor, it was broke but I had rigged it to the point I could still hang it to keep the sun out of my eyes. When I had my car returned it was broken into more parts and was tossed into my passengers side and no one said anything to or at least tried to get it back to the point it was at when I drove in. I brought Eddie back over to show him, and ask why the service people would send me off this way without saying anything, at first he tried to tell me that it was like that when I drove in, so right there I knew that he’s not taking accountability, and he’s trying to backpedal and lie and say some thing was the way it was when it was it, visibly even more upset because now I have the service person telling me that I came in with my visor a way that it wasn’t when I drove in so he decided to go get the service manager and long story short yes I was upset no I was not yelling but when you have someone telling you that because something was already broken it’s OK for them to break something even more and not say anything and oh well we just tried to help you so we don’t understand why you’re upset that’s where I have an issue. Just because something is broken and just because someone brings in something for a service and allows you guys to look at something to see if you can fix it does not mean or give you guys the right to break something even further toss it to the side in at customers car in more pieces not saying anything, but all that he kept giving me was we tried to help you and it was already broken I told him if that’s the type of customer service that you’re OK with then obviously this is not the dealership for me and I will not be returning which I’m pretty sure after today we will both be happy with that. You can’t break something even further and then not say something to your customers and send them on the way and expect them to be happy also may I keep in mind it was a sunvisor so how are you gonna send me on my way without my sun visor me that I need to keep the sun out of my eyes to be safe? Eddie very disappointed in you that you tried to tell me that I drove in the dealership with my visor tossed to the side with pieces when you obviously knew that that wasn’t the truth so just for that alone this is no longer the location for me. I miss Luzi this would have never happened if she was still here, and she wouldn’t lie.

Jose Arnold at Royal Kia of Tucson, AZ helped us select a used 2017 Kia Sorento that is fabulous!He showed us several vehicles in our price range, even going so far as to drive us to their sister companys lots to view the different ones, and then after all that, he found us the Sorento which was just outside what we initially wanted to spend, but after reviewing all the vehicle specs and warranties etc he had the Sorento brought up for us check out and we fell in love! Keith Jones sold me a used car this weekend and I couldnt be happier. I took my 2012 Optima to them to diagnose a check engine light. They had my car for over a week and when they finally called me they told me that I needed a $3000 part because of an oil leak. They never did diagnose the check engine light. I was not impressed and will go elsewhere from now on. This was my first and last time going to them.

I have bought many new cars and had them serviced at this dealership. I have always rated them five star. They have always provided excellent service. But I was very disappointed in my visit yesterday. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I know they changed the oil because it was new but I dont know about the rest of the service I paid for. I did not get an inspection checklist sheet showing the condition of items inspected like brakes and tires. They did not fill my windshield washer container. So Im not sure about the rest of the service I paid for. It is more expensive to get service at a dealership but it has always been worth the extra I pay knowing that everything is inspected, all the work is done right, and my vehicle is safe and ready to go. After my experience yesterday (12/17/2020) Im not sure.

I made an appointment to have my door handle replaced. I called three weeks in advance to set my appointment and gave them all my information. We drove 21/2 hours to be told ohh sorry we can’t help you we don’t have the part. When I told them it was bad business to do that to people the service person agreed but suggested we visit Tempe where they had the part for us. I called and spoke to the manager who told me they don’t carry parts to to fix everything that is something I understand and it’s why I made an appointment well in advance knowing I had to drive hours to get there. This is horrible service and I will never do business with the dealership again. They sent us packing with sorry can’t help you not even a let us help you by ordering the part and trying to earn our business back!

The very best car dealerships I have been to. Lets face it buying a vehicle is about as fun as getting a root canal but after searching for over a year & visiting several other dealerships in Tucson this one has them all beat. You begin with your salesperson & finish with them all in the same building. It was also refreshing not to have monies added on to my purchase after I made my decision or be lied to or given misleading information. They are truly a class act & treat all customers with a VIP treatment. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but still received a full tank of gas, car wash & full body detailing of the vehicle inside & out. I rolled out of there feeling like I had purchased a new car. They go the extra miles needed to get you the best financing available & help guide you with the best options available for your financial situation. Class act and a must try even if you have not so great credit. Good luck!

Had a wonderful overall experience at this dealership. The face of the experience was Krysta Valerio. She was very patient and easy-going throughout the whole time she was helping us. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of purchasing a vehicle. I went to multiple dealerships before getting to Royal Kia and everyone I worked with were unpleasant and pushy. Not Krysta. Not usually one to leave a bad review, but the service department is just the worst. Over the years I’ve kept trying, thinking it was just a few flukes, but it’s always the same. Everything from a 4 hour wait for an oil change, to doing work that wasn’t approved and surprising me with the bill, to cancelling an appointment when I show up for it... I’ve had so many headaches from this place I felt compelled to share.

My experience with Royal Kia was good from start to finish. I was looking for a highly rated, smaller car with all the safety features. Not only was my sales person, Rich, patient with my many test rides, but he was extremely knowledgeable about all the models I looked at. Having been a Toyota owner for many years, I was hesitant to branch out. But I didnt like Toyotas new designs so I shopped around. Royal Kia was my last stop, and I am now the happy owner of a 2020 Soul. Love it!!!

I schedule an appointment online 3pm. Matt my service advisor was very helpful in getting the necessary services for my vehicle. You may have to do some waiting after all as been a good service. Great place to do service when vehicle needs special services based on miles.

Lets just say, Ill always buy from Royal, and never ever at Jim Click. Everyone was professional and courteous and went above and beyond. And thats saying a lot cause I usually dont get this type of service, and Ive always demanded the best expectations whenever I buy anything. TJ was the greatest. I like how he put it, hes not a salesmen, he helps people. And truly, thats exactly what he did. I couldnt be more happier with the old-school style approach to treating people, and I will recommend this location to everyone asking. Tom Rice and Beto... The best, absolutely, hands down, the best. 5th car from Royal Kia and Tom, and again, they did not disappoint. This is by far the best dealership with the best staff. These guys at Royal KIA are AWESOME. I shopped all around the valley the beginning of this year all I was getting was 2-10k over MSRP, telling me KIA is not taking any orders, thats not true at all. I wasnt about to pay that so I started cold calling KIA dealerships around Az, 1st one I called was ROYAL KIA, they DO NOT put a premium on the Telluride, whatever the MSRP reads, that is what you pay, plus taxes of course. So the dealer and I ordered one on Aug 5th gave them $1000 deposit and I finally picked it up last Friday 2/26/2021. I worked with Jesus, Van and Jamie. These guys treat you like family. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering your Telluride from Royal KIA in Tucson

Weve used their service for years on all our cars, and just bought our second used car from their sales department. Absolutely stellar service, no games or high-pressure tactics. The whole experience was phenomenal. It was my first time buying a car here. I was in way over my head, Ruben Rivera was nothing but patient to me. I had two children with me. He did not only pay attention to me and my needs but them and their needs as well. As a father who loves his children I could not have been matched with a better representative. His heart is good and therefore my experience as well. Definitely recommend talking to Ruben Rivera and his support team if ever stopping by. Definitely worth it.

I have never had such a positive experience either buying a vehicle or having it serviced. My buying experience was incredibly low pressure, I never felt like I HAD to buy something and they were so patient as I figured out what worked best. Then- when I arrived for my first service they went above and beyond. I was greeted right away, and was driven home in a courtesy vehicle by a very kind person (Gary?) who subsequently arranged for my vehicle to be brought to my home when it was finished. They were so understanding about my need to sleep (I work night shift) and patiently waited for my call without rushing me into being ready to receive it. I can’t recommend Royal Kia enough!

As a couple looking for a second reliable vehicle and going to other dealerships and the process there being hectic. T.J. Bjork at royal kia was an absolute pleasure to work with.
