We just renovated our kitchen with Superior and the quality and service was top notch. Our rep walked us through the entire process and continually made sure we understood what was happening and when. When I wasnt sure our cabinet color was correct, they brought me down to the shop to confirm, making sure I was satisfied. After everything was installed, they promptly came back out to adjust and fine tune the door hinges and drawer closures.

A very nice showroom, friendly staff, but limited selection. Didnt quite have what we were looking for.

Just did our kitchen from here, build quality is good, all plywood and custom. Follow up has been slow on a few things, and a few things have not been perfect, but they have made everything right after bringing it up, but for the price I was hoping for a little more.

We went in to see about getting a countertop for a custom crafting table my husband is going to build for me. The gentleman helping us basically told us to look for somewhere else as what they carried wouldnt be what we wanted and too expensive. We greatly appreciated his honesty and that he didnt try selling us something I wouldnt end up liking.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I would like to express how upset we are with their service. We chose them to do vanity at my sisters place.We spoke to superior cabinet about price and all the details and finally come to an agreement. To seal the deal we signed an agreement and paid for the vanity in FULL.After the finalization, we went to get a marble top. We found the marble top we want and paid for to have it ready for the vanity.Little did we know a week later, superior cabinet contacted us with an email saying they had a computer glitch and they under-priced us on the vanity.First of all, how could you under price us BY HALF?If your company takes customer satisfaction seriously you couldve offered us something to make it up instead of just saying sorry that we agreed and paid 100% of the amount and we already paid the marble top we chose from other place too.Thats just absurd!For other clients please beware

They designed beautiful kitchen cabinets for us about ten years ago. The cabinets have lasted very well. When we had some issues with the finish. They sent out a service person. He was on time, professional and courteous. They honored their warranty.

I have used Superior Cabinets for two kitchen remodels. They do a fantastic job doing custom cabinets! Both of my kitchens were beautifully done and dont look like everybody elses. They also stand behind their work. My lazy susan wasnt working properly and they came out three years later to adjust it - no charge. If there are any problems they make it right and dont charge you extra. Yes there might be cheaper but if you want quality this is the place.

This company came highly recommended by a friend who used them. I went to the showroom and picked the material (hickory) from a sample. It was exactly what I wanted and when the final product was delivered and installed it wasnt anything like the sample. The sample cabinet door I saw was light colored without much variation. The final product was both light and dark, and in some cases had actual stripes of dark color. While the final product was beautifully constructed, it wasnt anything like the sample. Had I known, I would have picked something much different or picked a different countertop. I called the salesman, who came out and compared the sample with the final product. He agreed it looked much different but said he told me there would be variation. He didnt! I called to speak with the owner - he never called me back. I called again about a month later and asked why he never called and he said he was too busy. Very telling - dont you think? In any case, he finally showed up and said, the cabinets are beautiful - live with it. Needless to say, Im very disappointed. Like others have said, these folks are very pricy and they demand 3/4 of the payment up front. Quite a business they run. Think very carefully before you sign on with this company. I own my own company as well and I dont treat people like this.

Pretty pricey for what they are selling i thought.

Ordered $20,000 worth of new cherry cabinets. Instead order was delayed by over a month because they were built wrong, damaged or measured incorrectly. They drilled manufacturing holes through the backs into the cabinets in numerous locations and tried to hide the damage. Ive tried several times to get proper resolution but get a run around. I ordered new and got refurbished junk. Stay away!

I was lost, and stopped here for directions. Not only did they help me, they printed out a map for me to follow and walked me out to my van and pointed out the road for me to take. Now that is service all but unheard of these days!

Good quality... never recieved a follow up from the person that was showing us around.. so we decided to look else where
