My wife and I were looking for a kitchen and our friends recommended this place. And we couldnt be any happier that we paid them a visit. The staff is knowledgable and knows interior design very well. Veronika was really patient and took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. They had a lot of styles and colors to choose from so it was hard for us to pick. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

Have already completed two high end luxury projects with Urban Design Centers help. Not only do they have beautiful product but their staff has an incredible eye for design. Highly recommend.

I have found these guys at their home show in Seattle and decided to pay them a visit. I was looking for tile, hardwood, mosaic, and cabinets. They have a wide range of different tiles but dont have a lot of options for mosaic. But OMG, they have a lot of options for hardwood! They had exactly what I was looking for. The staff is very friendly. Thank you guys!

When we started our remodeling last year we had Alexey at Urban Design Center as our personal contact for all of our needs.We have purchased flooring, restroom sinks & cabinets, all of our doors and an entire new kitchen all from Urban Design Center and it looks wonderful.We always receive compliments from guests that walk into our home

Only use them if you have lots and lots of patience, not only they are slow . You will not be able to hold a person who will be responsible to provide you the answers easily . 3 starts only for designs . Still stuck with them

Hired Urban Design Center to do our kitchen and master bath remodel. It was one of the worst decisions in my life. UDCs horrible designs costed us thousands of dollars to fix and some had to live with. Their obnoxious behaviors sent me into early labor and almost gave birth to my daughter two months early. The stress from dealing with UDCs owner Alexey, Designer Denise and Alexandra ruined my health and I had to take medical leave to recover. The medical visits and lost of wages costed me another $40,000+. I am sharing my story so they wont be able to ruin another life.Here are mere few examples on how horrible UDC was. I have many many more horror stories like the ones below...1) The junior designer Alexandria had very little experience in design despite of her claims. Her designs filled with issues and her measurements were off in multiple places forcing us to buy new supplies to fix at last minute. For examples she miscounted the tiles, so we were left with 10 boxes of expensive tiles costing $500+ and had to order the rest last minute. She also measured our kitchen wall height incorrectly, so our fridge does not fit into the cabinet she purchased. Few of our drawer cant open fully because she failed to see that handle bar on the stove would block the drawers....... This list goes on and on. To be fair, Alexandria took her work seriously and very dedicated. However she had the illusion of effort = result and delivered very little for amount of time she had put in.2) The senior design Denise promised us that she will oversee Alexandrias work when we signed. However she went AWOL as soon as we paid. When things had gone horrible wrong with the remodel, she called me up and screamed at me for 20 minutes for not backing their design when issues happened and said our contractor was the worst she has ever worked in 27 years -- when she was singing their praises before signing. Worst of all, she was fully aware that I was 7 months pregnant at the time yet still decided to yell and scream at me just to vent. I went into early labor that night and almost delivered my baby prematurely.3) Alexey the owner was equally incompetent. He called us and setup a meeting to try to resolve the issues we face. My husband and I both had busy full time jobs but made time to meet. Yet 30 minutes before the meeting, he called us to cancel the meeting because he didnt want to drive in traffic hours. Finally we met up several days later. At the end of the meeting he promised to take care of issues we faced, then went AWOL. The meetings were completely waste of time.Bottomline, DO NOT HIRE THEM. You will live to regret it like I did.

We paid them $3,000 to create a plan for a home we were developing. They never answered any of our phone calls, and never got back to us about any process of how the plan was going. The most terrible service we have ever witnessed. We drove 2 hours to Seattle just to meet with them and after that, we were not hearing back and they ignored all of our phone calls. The owner, Alexey, is someone I have known for years and I am truly disappointed, angry, and extremely upset with the service him and his team have provided for my company.

Terrible service. I paid thousands of dollars up front to get a plan for a home and they did not answer a single phone call. They have been ignoring my calls and delaying my business. I even drove 2 hours to visit their office to go over the plans, but never ever heard back after that. I am very upset and disappointed with Alexey, someone I have worked with for years, for the horrible service his team has provided.

Terrible business who cut corners, lie, and break the law. Run for the hills!
