I was super impressed with how quickly my car was serviced and the price was fair and reasonable. Ill definitely use these guys again if my car needs attention!
My battery had to be jumped on 3 separate occasions and I was told by a different place that my battery was fine so I thought when it wouldnt start again that it was my starter. I took it to Chessers and told them that I thought it was my starter and they told me it was my battery. I appreciate not only their good service they provided to me and my vehicle but more so their honesty because a lot of places would have told me being a woman that it was my starter just to get more money out of me! I told them they have a customer for life for being so honest with me!
This shop has been around longer than Ive been alive... they are standing today for the reason they are solid and know what the hell they are doing. Much better place to take your vehicle than a dealer or a franchise repair shop.
Very fast and very knowledgeable! Had my truck in and out for a fuel pump replacement in a 1-2 days. Very easy to deal with, very respectful. Frankly, just about the only auto shop Ill ever trust with my vehicles from this point on!
Great communication and listened to what I wanted done to my car. I have a Chrysler Crossfire and its a bit of an odd duck so I was appreciative that Chesser could do the work I required. Thanks!
Im very glad I found them. Diagnosed and repaired my wifes 2009 BMW Z4. They even used genuine BMW parts.
Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced.
Best in Tulsa.
Great place to get good, honest, and intelligent service done to your vehicle. These guys do good work and are experienced enough to know their way around your vehicle and the best solutions to fit your needs. From Lester Chessers original shop, picked up by Ben Chesser, to all the way down, I mean way down there a waze, (maybe even below see level) carrying it on through to his son Nick. With many years established and 3 generations of great people and great service, I highly recommend this place.
Great shop done right clean atmosphere honest people
They tried to get my heater fixed and disconnected it when I took it in for repairs prior and act like I needed new blower and transistor when it was disconnected the whole time when a friend of mind found out about it last night do not trust this place they’re crooks and will do anything to make more money for nothing..
Nice, but old fashioned. I was over quoted on my price and the service ran longer than expected. The oldest gentleman I spoke to was gruff, but not rude. Overall it is a typical mechanic treatment, but I would like to see their efficiency and accuracy improve immensely.
Honest people, reliable repairs and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for in an auto repair service? Ive used them several times for multiple vehicles. Repairs have held and not needed a second visit. Issues that arent urgent are explained as well as repair work that they may not be equipped to handle. You dont find that too often in this business. Price has consistently been competitive with quotes Ive received elsewhere. When possible I will continue to drive a further distance to use Chesser than other mechanics.
Very honest and efficient. Also, very reasonable. I cant think of any repair shop that exceeds Chesser Auto Service.
Honest, old school mechanics shop. Won’t be the cheapest, but not anywhere near the most expensive either, but it will be fixed right and you can trust you won’t pay for repairs/parts you don’t need.
A 2nd generation family owned Tulsa business with great service and knowledgable service techs. Make an appointment and they will take care of you. Ive been going there for 35 years.
I took a truck to Chesser to have it checked out. It was it used four wheel drive truck I paid them to look it over for me and give me their opinion my biggest concern was I didnt believe the four wheel drive worked. I was told it was a great vehicle and only needed an inexpensive seal on the transmission. He even went for a drive with me because I didnt believe I knew how to work the four wheel drive properly. I knew exactly how to use it properly the problem was it did not exist and they were telling me it was working perfectly so I couldnt understand what I was doing wrongand why it didnt seem to engage. They fixed the seal which afterwards it started leaking. So I had somebody look it over for a second opinion. Turns out its not even a four wheel drive truck it once was but when the transmission went out the previous owner put a 2 wheel drive transmission in so now Ive paid four-wheel-drive price for 2 wheel drive truck Thanks Chesser. My question is how do you replace a seal on a transmission without even realizing its a 2 wheel drive transmission.
Excellent!
Solid body shop. Good service, but a little pricey.
Good mechanics and trustworthy.
Went in with girlfriend to fix her car door, they gave car back later that day. Then, the door opened once before not working again and they wont give refund or take it back in. Total rip off. Go somewhere thatll treat you right.
Trustworthy reliable the best service ever
