Mike, Fernando, and the guys at Master Craft did a PERFECT job repairing and matching the dent in my Subaru WRXs roof! They are definitely my go-to body shop now. I cant say enough about Master Craft. I am super OCD when it comes to my car. Unfortunately things happen - then things have to be fixed. A friend of mine had their car done here (twice) and when I saw his review I called him. He said talk to Billy, he will do you right. I had gotten 3 other estimates ranging from $1600 to $2700, utilizing used parts. Not an option for Rose (the car). He landed at $1700 ish with NEW parts. I gave a big heck yeah, lets do it. I asked what he wanted me to put down and he replied NOTHING. If you choose not to have your vehicle done here, I can send them back. (!WHAT?) Yeah, this guy is down to earth, good ol boy and a handshake does business. I cant say enough good things. She went in as scheduled. And was returned in new condition, sparkling! You wont be disappointed if you go here.

My son goes to School back in Oklahoma and had an accident. After calling around to find out where we should take the car, Master Craft seemed like the place to go. They are a very busy shop but you have to expect that when you find a place that does good work Everything did not go smooth but they kept us informed every step of the way. In the end the manager was calling me after hours to let me know what was going on. They did a GREAT JOB and my son likes the car better now than before it was wrecked. They only know how to do a job one way and that is the right way. Thanks for being a stand up business. Price was fair, the work to be performed was explained clearly, standards for the work to be performed were set high by the shop to assure the work will be guaranteed, all my questions were answered, staff was very professional.They are booked a little out, so Ill be getting the work done in a few weeks. Fantastic shop! We brought our car to them after a disappointing online quote from the other drivers insurance company and they quickly pointed out several items missing like...painting. Nonetheless, they ask both the customer and the insurance company the right questions to get the desired result. I would highly recommend them as they are straight up about costs to you (none in my case) and honest with the insurance company.

Fabulous place! Some of the most friendly people Ive met. I had previously had a quote from another location and it was so high that I decided against doing some body work on my car. MasterCraft collision was recommended to my by a friend. He was so right. These guys were on time, stayed with the original estimate (even though additional damage was discovered after the fact). I could not be happier with the complete customer service MasterCraft provided. My car looks like New, after having had severe damage from highway collision. This is the best collision repair shop in Tulsa, ignore any billboards or advertisements youve seen making baloney claims. Ive had two cars repaired by Mastercraft recently excellent job on both. The shop uses OEM parts, not Chinese almost fits. Bill is dedicated to doing the absolute best that can be done.

One week ago, late at night, I had the misfortune of clipping the concrete edge of a small bridge close to my home. My cars front right tire and wheel hit the bridge and completely destroyed my tire. I was not hurt at all but to say it scared me was putting it mildly. The following day my neighbor put my donut tire on and I headed over to Discount Tire where I had bought my Cooper tires. They were so nice to me and gave me another new tire for my car at no charge! Since I hit the bridge pretty hard I knew I needed to have my cars alignment checked. I went to Don Carlton Honda to have it checked. I trust Don Carlton Honda and bought my car from them in 2008. As usual they were so polite, quick to act and immediately made me fill better. Before they took my car back, I showed them my right side door that took a lot of the impact. The young man who helped me said it looked like an easy fix and recommended that I take my car to Master Craft. Talk about customer service, the people at Master Craft were wonderful to me. I doubt that I was even there 30 minutes and it was fixed and looked brand new. Oh yes, did I mention, no charge at either place! If I could describe this company in one sentence it would be a firm handshake, they appreciate your business, no charge we would love to have you come back again, a drive careful as I left. These people put new meaning to old time customer service. They made my day. I hope I never have another fender bender, but if I do, I know who to go to for qualified techs and personal satisfaction.

Mastercraft did an excellent job on my daughter’s car. We were paying for the repairs out of pocket, and Bill went the extra mile to get us the best prices on parts. He didn’t skimp with aftermarket parts either…all OEM. Mastercraft was the lowest quote I received, but the quality of work certainly doesn’t reflect that. The car looks great! The paint match is flawless and the lines are perfect. I’d venture to say it looks better than it did when it was new. Communication was great, and Bill was a joy to interact with. I hope to not need a body shop again for a long time, but when I do it will be Mastercraft!

Have used these guys for two vehicles in my time driving hondas- one was a rear end impact- the other was a side swipe where someone hit me in the rear quarter panel. I recently had a great experience with Master Craft Collision Repair. I had made the mistake of driving off of a curb and breaking a clip that held my bumper onto the rest of the car. I had expressed that I regretted what I had done and wanted it fixed but couldnt afford anything too expensive. They were great with working with me to find the right part and schedule the appointment. When I had arrived all ready to pay, he told me that he had it covered. MasterCraft fixed some damage on my 2007 Honda Odyssey in October 2012. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.I first heard about MasterCraft from coworkers. I also asked the Honda Dealership to recommend body shops and the people there immediately pointed me in the direction of MasterCraft. The turnaround time was pretty fast and everyone was very accommodating. I wouldnt hesitate to bring any of my cars back.
