Can’t say enough about the level of professionalism from this dealership. I found a used vehicle I liked online but it was 6 hours from me, at this dealership. Kareem from sales coordinated the time I would arrive with me, and was standing outside with it cleaned and ready to go. He is very personable and friendly. Mario in finance was fantastic as well.They got us all set up and even referred us to a place close by for a great meal before our 6 hour drive back.All of this for a used car that isn’t even a Toyota. This dealership, from sales/finance to management to detailing, is on point.I would definitely go back, even though they are a state away.

Absolutely the best car financing/trade-in experience Ive ever had. I came in knowing what I wanted, although unsure how to go about it. Bailee and Steven helped me stay within my budget (under, in fact!), were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. They gave me a step by step breakdown of what was going on the entire time, I never once felt in the dark about what they were doing or what they were saying. I will 1000% go back to Fowler Toyota in the future and highly recommend this place, simply because of the service provided (above and beyond!!) and the kindness shown.

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased many cars over the years and dealt with my share of salespeople…..By far Bryce Montezuma was the friendliest and most professional car salesman I have ever had. Not once did I feel pressured. He let me test drive every vehicle I wanted and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. The Sales Manager was also involved in my purchase. He too was very kind, helpful and guided me to the vehicle I needed. Moving on to the Finance Department….what can I say about Steven Hinojosa ? Frankly I can say he is AMAZING at his job. Do not go here.I purchased a vehicle from Fowler Toyota of Tulsa on October 9, 2021—trading in a truck for a much smaller vehicle as I was to be moving to Texas to begin a new job, and would be travelling back and forth from Texas to Tulsa frequently. I wanted to buy a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and stopped into Fowler. I got a Certified Pre-Owned, 2021 Toyota Corolla LE, with roughly 4,000 miles on it. I left the dealership that evening with the vehicle and made the short trip home. The following day I packed my things and made the trip to Texas. On the morning of my first day of work, the check engine light came on. The following day, October 12, 2021, I scheduled maintenance with the service department at a dealership in Texas. The first available appointment was Monday, October 18, and I booked that date.They believed that the problem may have originated from the gas cap being unsecured. They reset the check engine light and I was on my way, nevertheless, the check engine light was back on within days.This time I sent an email to them on October 21, 2021. There was no response to my email so on October 22, 2021, I drove into the dealership. They again reset the check engine light and scheduled me for a more detailed appointment. This third service was to take place on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. At 1:59pm, I received a message via text stating:“I was just visiting with the tech. Looks like a rodent has been under the seat and has chewed some wires and the vent tube. We will have to replace the vent tube and repair a wire. I will be calling the dealership you bought it from to see if they will be covering the repair…I took some pictures.”The following day, October 28, 2021, I was called at 12:28pm. At this point the tone of the conversation turned. The service person from the Toyota dealership in Texas stated that the dealership in Tulsa (Fowler) said they were not going to pay for the repair because they had already identified and repaired that exact same problem, in that exact same area, prior to my purchase. The service man on the phone attempted to defend this specious claim, essentially suggesting that a new rat, had crawled into the same space under the seat, and chewed on the exact same wires that the previous rat did, and ostensibly did this chewing the day after I purchased the vehicle.At 1:07pm, on October 28, 2021, Mr. Tommy Cheatwood, a sales manager called me from Fowler Toyota of Tulsa. I asked him to clarify as to whether or not it was in fact the position of Fowler Toyota of Tulsa that they believed an old rat had gnawed through a vent tube and some wires at some point prior to October 9, 2021-- they had then fixed the issue surrounding that incident, and then, after purchase on October 9, a new rat had crawled into the exact same space under a seat, and gnawed through the exact same vent tube and the exact same wires—prompting the exact same repairs to become necessary. Mr. Cheatwood confirmed that this was, in essence, their position, and restated that since I had the car for two weeks, they were unwilling to pay for the repairs that clearly happened on their watch.On October 28, 2021 the dealership in Texas called me back and stated that the THEY would pay for the parts and service, an unbelievably kind gesture as the part was $50.00 but the service would exceed $500.00. The difference between how I have been treated by Fowler Toyota and the Toyota dealership in Texas has been striking. Fowler Toyota is not a good place. Stay away.

My husband and I had our best experience ever at a car dealership at Jim Fowler Toyota. We came in not totally sure if we would end up buying that day but our sales person, Jared, was so helpful and made it so easy we ended up leaving with a brand new, all wheel drive rav4! They made a fair offer on our Tacoma and we were able to handle the whole transaction in house. I highly recommend this location.

I bought my car over two months ago. At first when called to tell them that it was making funny noises, I was completely dismissed. I called and spoke to service again a couple of weeks later and was able to get it into their shop. Since then, multiple things have needed fixed. This is after I was told that they dont sell cars with problems I have tried to pick up my vehicle several times, each time not making it further than a mile before bringing it back for a new issue. This last time, they promised to fill the tank and detail it again for the trouble. They didnt do either and it started making a new bad sound. They get one star for letting me have a loaner during this mess. I work on-call and need to have a reliable vehicle for my job. All I can say is dont let them bulldoze you and dont expect them to roll out the red carpet for their customers... Youre just a number.

I recently went to go have my fuel pump replaced on my 2019 Tacoma due to a factory recall. I was hesitant and put this off for a few months. Regardless, I knew it had to be done and since it was free I scheduled the appointment. I had an appointment for 7am and got there right at 6:50am. I noticed cars were lining up in front of the shop doors which confused me but I guess this was never communicated to me. No biggie but at the time I thought it was going to impact my appointment time. Bill, got me checked in and was very communicative. I was out of the dealership but 8:32am. Super quick process as I was expecting to be there another 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I knew this was an awful time to purchase a car due to low inventories (chip shortages, manufacturing slowdowns due to COVID, etc.), but I also knew that Fowler Toyota would offer me a fair deal on my trade-in and attempt to find me the car I wanted (not some bait/switch or over-priced packed vehicle I couldn’t afford.)I got lucky - they said it might be a month of waiting for the car I wanted and that was fine - but about a week after I put down my deposit, my salesman called with the news that my car had unexpectedly shown up and was being readied for me that night. I’m a repeat customer of Fowler Toyota as they have treated me very well and serviced my car(s) for several years. I would recommend them for their integrity and straightforward approach to dealership.

Got a good used vehicle a couple years ago from Fowler Toyota. Went back to them 1st, calling too, since I had to replace it as I had a wreck totaling it. Thankfully nobody was hurt.Had another good experience overall. They worked with me & my budget. I certainly appreciate them. It always takes HOURS to look, drive, decide & then, the paperwork. I was toast & fading after 5 hours.Only thing Id suggest is follow through CS to end. Kareem was great. So was management. Id still certainly send anyone to Fowler Toyota. Thank you ALL.

I went in very set on what i wanted in a vehicle (had to fit my sons car seat, under 100k miles, strict monthly payment amount, needed to have the ‘perfect’ amount of space, etc) Patty went absolutely above and beyond to find me exactly what i wanted. I test drove at least 6 cars and she was extremely patient and optimistic that we would find me the perfect car that met all my needs. i never once felt rushed, the guy who prices their used vehicles came out to speak with me about the price of the car i was interested in and break everything down for me and show competitor rates on the same vehicle, Mace in financing absolutely exceeded my expectations. They’re a wonderful team who genuinely seems to care about getting you into your perfect vehicle opposed to other lots who just want to push a sale, i felt they were transparent with me from start to finish. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 highly recommend!!

I would definitely avoid buying used from this place. Its definitely a lemon shop. Purchased my vehicle there used and within 3 weeks of buying I ve already had to replace a part and have noticed a couple more issues that will need to be addressed soon, none of which was notice during test drive. This is definitely a place that puts a Band-Aid on a problem long enough to get it off the lot. The salesman will tell you all about the detailed inspection process that all their used cars go through. This may be true but seems they fix problems long enough to get it sold. So if this is the type of service that is provided and level of knowledge in their maintenance bay I would think twice before having my car serviced there. But you dont have to take my word or the word of all the other 1 star comments, go ahead spend your hard earned money on a used car from this dealership. I welcome more members to the lemon club.

Bryce did a great job with working a deal that everyone was happy with. There was a miscommunication with the finance manager. The rebate disappeared when he started showing me the numbers in the computer. The finance manager fixed this issue. But somebody dropped the ball and could’ve been a deal breaker.

Not a good experience. Tried to pressure me into making a far more costly purchase instead of the lease offer I qualified for, which was nationally advertised and I was ready to put a deposit down on. After sticking to my guns and them realizing I wasn’t going to budge, I felt dismissed and wasn’t given the time of day from there on out.After that negative experience I decided to go to another Toyota dealership which locked down my offer in a matter of minutes and without issue.I am disappointed in Fowler Toyota and their management.

Fowler Toyota service center is a disaster and I wouldnt take my roller skates to this place for repair. A simple tire balance job turned into the service tech having to take my truck back into the shop for rework after it was initially finished because there was a major disconnect on what needed to be done. Then they tried to charge me double the amount I was initially quoted, stripped one of my socket head screws for my center cap, scratched and scuffed my wheels in numerous places, left grease stains on my floormats and left sticky tire weight adhesive all over my wheels that I had to wash off myself. I was so disappointed in every aspect of my visit to this dealership I called back and spoke to the service drive manger. He asked me to send him a text of some pictures and a description of what had happened so he could review. I never heard back from him so I called a few days later to see what they were going to do to make things right. He told me that he was going to have the other service manager call me to discuss. Its been almost a week and I have still never heard a word from them and my truck still has vibration in the front tires. In short the whole experience was unprofessional, inadequate, unsatisfactory and a complete fail and I will never set foot in this place again.05/06/21 - Update:The service manager at Fowler Toyota has reached out to me and has addressed the situation and apologized for the mishap. He was polite, honest and above all sincere about what had happened and I appreciate someone who will take on a difficult situation and handle in a professional and responsible manner. Thanks Matt

I would definitely recommend never buying a used vehicle from Fowler.Found a car online, price looked very competitive, but mileage was a little higher than normal. Asked salesperson to give it a closer look for me before I drove 90 minutes to pick it up. Mechanically, the car was in very good shape. However, I also asked about the aesthetic condition and was told there was nearly nothing noticeable. The salesman neglected to tell me about a lemon-sized dent in the roof and very severe hood road rash. Car appeared to have been pulled behind an RV, or maybe a dump truck full of sand, for about 50,000 miles, with severe pitting on the hood and windshield. Come on - this stuff shouldnt have been missed in broad daylight.I also had a sales manager lie to me about how car sales work. I could tell that they had picked this up at an auction or from another wholesaler dirt cheap due to the condition of the exterior of the car. I asked for about 5% off their MSRP, which would be about typical of a used car in excellent condition, and he bowed up and acted like he wouldnt give a penny. Wouldnt throw in anything extra, nothing, after I drove over to look at it.All used car dealers act like online sales are too competitive for them to have any margins to play with on these cars, and sometimes its obvious that is true if youve done your research.Ive had some of the very small, independent lots be up front, fair, and really give me great deals, even after going to lengths to accommodate me before coming on their lot. Typically, if I want to deal with detached sales people who repeat the same spiel 25 times per day, Ill go to a place like Fowler.

Came to this dealership due to a nail in tire/low pressure. I have the extended warranty that covers replacement tires, but instead they patched the tire bc theyre lazy and didnt want to put in a claim for the extended warranty that I pay for. Now Im at another Toyota and bc Toyota of Tulsa didnt do their job the first time Im having to go through loops and circles just to get my replacement tire. Do not go there if at all possible. If you have an extended warranty for coverage on tour car it should be able to be used at all facilities. Not pushed to the side bc the manager says we dont so that

Very disappointed. I was initially offered a ride to and from work after I dropped my car off to get serviced. After I declined a $200 charge to change 6 spark plugs, the service department would not answer my calls for a ride back to the dealership. I called back multiple times (maybe I was accidentally disconnected), but I quickly discovered that I was being intentionally ignored. This dealership did not want to give me a 2 mile courtesy ride. I had purchased a vehicle there in 2019 and I had planned on purchasing future vehicles from there. I was very satisfied with the service then. Its obvious that if you are not giving them thousands of dollars that day, you are not important to them.

Was driving thru Fowler Toyota lot, saw an interesting car. I had bought a used car there couple or so years ago and was pleased. Fowler sales guy Kareem Harris took care of the details, friendly, courteous, very helpful, never pushy or high pressure. Ask for Kareem.Fowler sales guys and gals are not shopper stalkers. Kareem introduced me to the service department. Terri, one of the service advisers, polite, friendly. She knows her job.Anyone lactating, wanting to lactate, or thinking about lactating may find the lactation chamber located on the sales floor helpful. You may have the kids and grandkids asking questions, it looks like one of the pods back in the 80s people could sit in to simulate riding a roller coaster or flying a fighter plane.

I worked with salesman Joe Forler and he was incredibly helpful. I went in to test drive and he answered all questions I had and showed me all the features on the car. I wasn’t ready to pay the price they were asking so I left that night. After talking to Joe again he worked with me and ended up giving me a deal I couldn’t resist! Thanks to his effort I got the car I truly wanted for a great price. I also worked with Luis F. in financing and he did everything he could to get me rebates and a lower interest rate than I expected! He was unbelievably nice and helpful and explained everything so well. I truly appreciate Joe and Luis and if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have gotten the car I truly wanted! Purchased a used 4runner from Fowler for a very good deal, very clean as well. The buying process was fine, didn’t feel the salesman were to pushy, but wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a dealer either. Seemed like a lot of waiting for certain steps, had to ask a couple times what was next, or was left without explanation of what/when the next step was for the purchasing.Overall not a bad experience, feel like I got a very good vehicle for a very good price, and they weren’t terrible to deal with. I would buy from them again.

Called Thursday morning to see if vehickle was available..Pattie Austin is the saleswoman that answered the call..she said yes it is we said we will be there in 1 hour..she said ok she will pull it around and make sure the Jeep GC..would have fuel in it for a test drive..fast forward ..we drove the Grand Cherokee..and loved it..everything the website said it was. This vehicle was very well represented on the Fowler Toyota website.Pattie was an excellent sales lady..she made the experience very pleasing and fun. She had my wife very pleased with the experience. Three hours later we were driving home our 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED STERLING EDITION...V6 FULLY LOADED.Peeps if you want a no hassle buying experience go to Fowler Toyota and ask for Pattie Austin..she ROCKS..the car saleswoman better than any other we have dealt with in our past 36 years of buying vehicles...again ask for Pattie Austin. Disappointing to say the least....Dont waste your time there. 2nd time weve had a less than positive experience. Both times ended in a Toyota purchase at another dealership. Just keep driving to Memorial and the Creek. You will be happy you did.

I bought my 2020 Camry XSE end of 2019 with every available warranty added on. I was driving down the road when my passenger side I heard a loud noise so I stopped to check it out, there was nothing along the side of the road to cause the mirror housing to disappear because I never found the housing. I will note there was no damage to the car in anyway due to the housing falling off, which if something hit the mirror causing it to fall off I believe there would have been additional damage to the vehicle. I went to Toyota to have a service done and talk to them about my mirror. Was told there wasnt anyway that it could have just fallen off unless something hit it. Pretty much I was called a liar. This is a new car that I paid way more than sticker for warranties on everything, and was told that I would have to pay to fix the mirror. Over $600 extra on top of the already outrageous price I paid for everything together. Very disappointed. Their finance manager that helped me in 2019 is amazing not an all around bad experience.

I dropped my Tacoma off on the 18th of March to get it worked on and picked it up on the 1st of April. Opened my center console to see that my $1200 handgun had been stolen out of my vehicle while in their possession. So either they left my truck unlocked while sitting outside or one of the employees stole it while it was in the garage. Either way, they had no interest in doing the right thing and covering the loss or at least paying the deductible for an insurance claim. They also informed me that multiple thefts had occurred in the last few days. So if you want a dealership that values your property or values doing what’s right when it’s tampered with while in their possession, DO NOT take your vehicle to Fowler Toyota.

This place is just awful. I went there to make a cash deal for a Jeep wrangler that was in less than fair condition. The employees showed no respect for their customers and the GM refused to discuss any deal. Beyond that, the interior of the car for the price asked - $21,500 - was insane. There were check engine lights and tears in the cloth all around. For a car in such a subpar condition coupled with dealers who refuse to negotiate even a dollar, this dealership is an ideal choice to get ripped off at. After refusing to deal with us, the dealer did not even offer us a chance to look at other vehicles within our price range (~$18,000). Their refusal of adequate service really hurt us in our search for a car. I would never ever recommend this place when searching for a vehicle. Beyond this, the dealers claimed to offer deals at the cost of removal in services that should already come with a preowned car (normal detailing). Find another dealer elsewhere. Thanks Desmond and your director Justin at Fowler for your awful service :)

He gave me options and let me make my decisions. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had (considering I have bought 27 cars so far). The finance department was also efficient and motivated to earn my business and gave me a competitive rate that made my payments more affordable. Mr Mr Mace and his associate in finance were fast and organized.And finally they had a fair price for the delivery of the vehicle to my door. All this in 1 day, on a Saturday.

A dealership with integrity! We traded my husbands Ducati bike for our daughters first car. The little Kia we bought isn’t much to speak of- just being honest. (Especially compared to all their pretty new Toyotas) However, when we discovered some frame damage Fowler fixed the issue without hesitation. No wreck was on the car fax report. I believe they didn’t know about the damage when they sold us the car and I also know they could have argued the issue. No arguments were had though and the cost to fix the car was on them! We appreciate the integrity shown by this dealership and will be recommending them to others👍

Had a rough start with my initial purchase but with the help of Ryon the GM and Mace in finance they were able to procure a rare/hard to find car in a 2020 camry TRD. They were also generous enough to put me in a 2021 Corolla hybrid for a loaner. I just want to say thanks to the employees of fowler Toyota for taking excellent care of me despite a rocky start.
