I clicked on twenty different pairs of shoes, at a specific location, and ALL of them were out of stock! How are they staying open if theres no product? The lady on the phone was helpful...she told me everything I wanted wasnt able to ship to home, or store!!! Shut that place down or take products you dont have off the website.

Shipped me clearly used shoes with scuffs on the shoes and gravel in the treads of the soles. Only half of a shoe box and it was crushed, and no packaging or even the paper to stop the shoes from crushing. There are Lots of options for online shoes. I can at least eliminate one company from future consideration.

This company is horrible. I went to exchange a pair of shoes that didnt fit my son. They didnt have that shoe in stock so my son picked a cheaper shoe. The shoe was the expensive shoe on the BOGO so what the company did, was take away the BOGO on the shoe we already purchased before and charged me extra on this pair of shoes that we exchanged that was actually cheaper. All in all when we should have been charged less they charged us more. They lost this customer and everyone I talk to will know how they treat people. Anything for that extra dollar is guess.

I believe that Rack Room Shoes overprices every pair of shoes in order to offer the second pair half off. I researched my purchase after the fact and found the 151.37 I spent at RRS, I could have broken it up between two other stores and saved $42. So I wont make this mistake again, being I have four kids and their feet grow pretty damn fast.

Its hard to find mens 11½, & we always find a pair when we go here, & they have some cute womens summer shoes!!! And it happened to be buy 1 get 1 half off, so we both got a pair! And the workers were very nice, & they dont bug you to death!

Great variety of shoes! They didnt have my size, I have a small feet. But I was able to order them with free delivery to home without a problem Michael was a big help!!

Very rude service told me to buy a mask or leave. I guess everyone can touch and try on shoes and not worry about it as long as you are wearing a mask. Will not be shopping there again

If you are looking for converse they have them but Bogo does not include them

Terrible experience, staff is unfriendly especially the blonde girl. She was extremely rude and unhelpful and made me extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!! God awful experience

Ian from the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center location was very helpful and patient, whereas the unknown female associate acted like I was invisible. She gets a negative five star rating and although both of them receive Affirmative Action, as only Caucasian men dont; she was useless. The public restroom was much more convenient than she was! This store is better than Famous Footwear and Payless ShoeSource for mens shoes, believe it!
