I am so happy with my visit at this location. My grandson found the shoes he wanted after two failed stops at the mall. Shoe Carnival employees are very nice and keep the store looking great. I also like the fact that you can pick your shoes without having to ask for the size. Like at champs and Shoe Carnival always have the size and plenty of shoes in stock.

I returned five pairs of shoes I received in the mail. The clerk was very courteous, efficient and friendly. I will shop there again.

Went to find a specific show for my daughter, staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of stock on a lot of the popular shoes and sizes but the staff was so helpful I believe I would go back and give them another try. If you want a popular shoe especially if you have a common shoe size call ahead but other than that professional place!

My son and I experience here was awesome. The worker Branden took time to help us search for a shoe that would fit our afo braces. We ended up buying a pair of Vans for him to begin school. Branden helped us from the time we entered the store very friendly, and professional. This shoe carnival rocks.

Always have a special going on. Decent prices and good quality. Can find dress, casual and sports shoes all in one place. My daughter had gone and sent me pictures of a couple pair of shoes. I didnt like the way they fit. They returned them no problems with my receipt and I found other shoes I liked the look and feel. Always a good experience.

I asked an employee if we were to wear a mask. He said I cant answer that question then immediately walked off like I had done something wrong and had no interaction with me, ignoring me while I was in the store. Very strange comment and reaction. Quite rude.

Good clean store and great options. Went in near close (but not immediately before close... I have decency) and was definitely treated with the end of the day service. So if you are looking for A+ help, just check out a different part of the day.

Has a great variety of footwear. Prices are reasonable. But sizes are very limited. Took my grandson there for some new kicks. He had to settle for a much lower preference because they didnt have his size (7.5). But I will go back next time shoes are needed.

There are alot of people walking around that works there. But no one reaching out to help.

I love going to this Shoe Carnival. I went in and had no problem finding what i wanted. They had a wide variety of shoes but i found which ones were the right for me. The line was long, but the cashiers were quick and polite, so i didnt wait to check out. What i liked the most was the price.

Was able to take advantage of one of their sales for my boys back to school shoes. Got a great price for their name brand shoes. We were in and checked out fairly quick, which I am thankful for.

The staff is super nice, and was willing to help. The wide variety of shoes all the way from Crocks to Nike Air Force 1. Yeah the prices of the shoes are a little pricey, but they make up for it with good deals all the time.

Great service but the quality of their stuff needs some work. Bought my daughte rgb a pair of boots and within 2 weeks, the thread was breaking apart from the sole of the boot. Very disappointed.

I have weird feet and so finding shoes that fit is a challenge. My last three pairs of shoes have come from this store, which is a bit unusual since I live 1,000+ miles away and am only in town once a year or so. Huge selection of shoes and the staff, while knowledgeable, are content to let you browse and try on at your leisure. Usually not too crowded either.

This store is always neat and they run some good sales hear. Now you wont find the newest signature shoes here, but I seem to always find great gym and dress shoes hear. Surprisingly the gym shoes are a fresh look and everybody and their mom doesnt have them.

At first I was disappointed that they didnt have cheesecake, but theres a Target nearby, so all is well. They have a good selection of shoes from baby sizes up to size 14 which works well for the teenager. They can special order shoes as well. They have a clean store and friendly staff. Always check out the clearance section, you never know what youll find. They also have laces, socks, insoles and such.

Just made a return but there policy is you have 60 days but my receipt was 64 days old and as long as I had my receipt they had NO problem giving me a full refund which is Always appreciated when you spend ur hard earned money at a store and just simply change your mind about the purchase. Will def. Be shopping there for my future shoe purchases.

Good selection of shoes but very poor customer service at the register. I was rung up incorrectly which made me have to go back to the store. I got no apology no smile, no greeting, nothing.

Did not have my size. Hard to search for the shoe size. Print is very small on the boxes. The display signs didnt have product numbers so had to keep one nong boxes to find the right ones. Shopping for 2 different pair of shoes and you had neither in my size. Went to a competitor.

No food booths, games or rides. Very misleading. Shoes were cool though.

I recommend checking out the clearance area lots of great shoes with very affordable prices. Oh, so I know you think generic shoes, well 2 pair of air max Nikes and 1 pair of Pumas later we will just have to settle I guess...

I like the prices but the quality always seems different then anywhere u get shoes for full price ... seems like places like this use more plastic and fake material to make the shoe more affordable but in the long run theyre more uncomfortable or wear out faster then normal...they do have a few nice styles
