I had a great experience at this location very recently. Ive been trying to get an older phone repaired at a couple different places. David pretty much explained it would be better for me to just go ahead and purchase a new one. I got a great deal on a new iPhone. Great attitude and service at this location. Ive been recommending it to all my friends.

John was amazing! As a manager in the customer service industry for a company of 2200 locations the emphasis of customer service is first and foremost. John exemplifies the true meaning of what every manager seeks out in an employee. Every business now seeks out to be the best and to have the best pricing, so that is no longer how to win customer loyalty. Customer service is what matters. I want to thank John and Nathan for their personal touch to treat me like I mattered not the sale! I will only refer all of my friends and family to this location as I know they will be treated like family.

I needed a cellphone so I went to Phone Doctors. They had exactly what I needed at a great price. The customer service was better than I usually receive from just about anywhere else. It didnt seem like I was lost in a system or feel like I was just a number. I actually left feeling better than when I went in the store.You can see I rarely do reviews, only about a handful, but I felt compelled to give my opinion on this company. I went to Phone Doctors to get my screen repaired. David Rivas made sure I was setup with a costumer service rep to get the screen replaced as quickly as possible and was financially acceptable. No direct dial to reach the stores! You have to go through several prompts and messages just to find the location you want to speak with! This is the most irritating thing. Also, the prompts listed on their website are incorrect so if you choose that one, you have to start over listening to their advertising messages rather than just listening to the location prompts. AND, the email address for the manager listed comes back and undeliverable! All of this causes me not to even mess with giving them my business.

He has done everything from rebuilding a Motorola V-551( several times) to walking me through updates and software issues on my iPhones. Its amazing how much we rely on our phones and how difficult it is to navigate a foreign city without one!! My phone went kaput last night, died out of nowhere.
