Went there to purchase a vape pin, when I got home to try it on tanks I knew worked it didnt. When I brought it back to get a refund they denied it, store credit only. I would not recommend ever doing business there.

Took my daughters Iphone to them with a cracked screen. The rest of the phone worked fine. Said they could fix it no problem. A hour later get the phone back and leave. A couple days later my daughter is telling me since they repaired it that the screen locks up intermittently and that on speaker phone her outgoing audio is so low no one can hardly hear her. I return to the store and the employee tells me they fixed the phone a couple days ago its not there problem.I ask to speak to the owner who turns out to be his parents and both of them (his mom and dad) tell me they dont care its not their problem. They refused to even open the phone and look saying that the screen has nothing to do with audio. They were rude and condescending. They actually threatened to call mall security and have my daughters and I thrown out of the mall for insisting they resolve it. I took the phone to another much more reputable store and they opened it and immediately identified the audio problem. When he replaced the screen he dropped a very tiny square shaped piece of plastic inside the phone and it was covering part of the microphone. Removed the plastic and in less than 17 minutes they had fixed the audio issue. The crappy generic screen they installed still freezes up but at least the audio works right again. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE. They are shady! We had also made the mistake of purchasing other accessories and you can find the exact same accessories for a much lower price by ordering it online.

There is no way I will ever darken the door of Wireless 2 Go, located in Tulsa, OK at the Promenade Mall downstairs from the food court again. I paid $70 to them in advance for 2 tempered glass screen protectors that the associate Ateen promised to have in 2 days. He put me off for several weeks blaming it on back order, slow shipping, etc. I went in every week and Ateen promised it would be here soon. Last week Ateen promised me and my husband that if the screen protectors were not in today he would give us a full refund of $70. We just came from there. Ateen proceeded to lie and say he only promised to give us $27. He lied about what he charged us in the first place and because our receipt HE gave us was not itemized he refused to give us a full refund. Promenade Mall management should pay attention to their shady business practices and all customers should beware. Ateen will promise the moon and screw you over in the end.
