My 12.9 iPad had been turned away for repair from multiple others places but cell city took the job! Not only did they fix the completely shattered screen but straightened the edge internally and externally and it works beautifully! Marco was wonderful with the intake and Jose was wonderful with the delivery. It took longer than expencred but only because of parts arriving late which is NOT cell city’s fault and they let me know what was up. I will be giving all my business to them in future cuz I am a klutz and no doubt will be back soon lol. Seriously they fixed the I fixable and now I can get back to my business love those guys and can’t sing their praises enough!!

Awesome experience at Cell City. Went in looking to get a new galaxy phone, as Im coming from two broken Samsung galaxy s8s and a note 10+, but I wasnt really happy with the 128gb locked-to-TMobile s20 that they had available.Instead, I picked up a factory unlocked 256gb Motorola edge and Ive been quite happy with it. Albeit it is refurbished, but the rebuild they did is adequate and the price point was right on. Alex even offered me a free case and tempered glass screen protector for the phone and reminded me of the 30-day store warranty.Cant beat the service and options available at this shop. Financing is also available through third party as well, for those who qualify.Thanks again for all your help!

Great place to get a phone fixed

The store opened 30 minutes late, but the guy was very nice and apologized for his lateness. Didnt have to have a letter from the cell phone company like most places request. I wanted a little more than what was offered but he still gave me a fair amount for my phones. The store was clean. Only one person was working and there was a few people behind me. I would recommend the store.

Had a broken iPhone screen and had an amazing experience with Alex getting it replaced . He provided great customer service and gave me a great deal on top of the great prices they already have compared to other places. The screen of my iphone Xs cracked and needed a replacement. I called-up 10 different stores and Cell City offered the lowest price. The service was quick (about 30 mins) and their response to the customers was really nice. They also offer a warranty in case we have further issues after the repair. I would not take my time to write this review if it was not worth it.

Very good service! I came in and got a brand new battery for a very good price. The next day I came in thinking I needed a new charge port, dropped it off and came back after work to pick up to find out all it needed was cleaning. Charged me 10 bucks and was out the door, he couldve lied and charged me the charge port price I wouldnt have known but was honest. Love this place !

I had my husband take my iPhone in to have the screen replaced here and within 2 weeks the edges of the screen started lifted resulting in the screen cracking again. Honestly I’m super annoyed and disappointed. I had heard good things about this place and my experience has turned into a total waste of money

I called and someone actually picked up! It didnt send me through several prompts on whether I wanted the store in Tulsa/Broken Arrow/etc! When we arrived, Eddie was there to assist. I had brought in my Apple iPhone 6s & told him that I wasnt 100% sure it was the LCD, but Id appreciate if he could check. He put in a new LCD, let us know that it was the LCD screen and asked us if we wanted to go forward with getting it fixed for only $89.99!! 😱😱😱! Eddie was able to get us in and out of there with my phone fixed in 30mins. Totally appreciate his customer service and prompt service to complete the task! Thanks for all your help Eddie! I didn’t want to put a bad review on here because I honestly love my phone but I’ve been calling all week about my screen and no ones been answering my call I haven’t dropped this phone at all and I have an otter box case so I don’t understand why my screen is going out it’s very blurry I would like for a call back or something because I’m not coming out of my pockets for something I did not cause.
