In the trash can right there, I could’ve dug them out myself. Had to take it up with customer service. I should’ve been getting a new gift card with $22 on it.

Checked their website for an item an drove all the way there and did not have it. A lot of empty shelves. Clothes in the floor. Racks a mess in several areas. Plus womens is one of the worst depts in their store and ridiculous fashions every time I visit their stores. Easy to tell it is not at the top of their priority list

Paid $1.3 more then online. They would match the price but it I would have to go to customer service. My time is worth more than that. Been 10 years since I have been in here. Guess it will be 10 more before I come back

Overall was a pretty decent shopping experience. Did not seem super concerned about covid precautions, which is concerning as cases are spiking in the area once more. Prices, when directly compared to other places like Walmart or Amazon, were also definitely higher. Overall, it was decent and they had everything we needed, but would maybe look into different stores in the future.

I love how close and convenient this target is to where I live. My only complaint is that they never have majority of the stuff I need on the grocery side. They have very little selection and constantly they are out of stuff.

Just my opinion, but Target (West Tulsa) has the best rolling shopping carts of any retailer in town. They roll smooth, almost glide, straight! No clinkers. Sometimes I think I shop there just to push their carts.It gives them an image that says We Care. Due to that fact, I end up spending more time in the store because their carts are NOT irritating - as a result, I shop longer and spend more money. (What a concept! Making things nice for the shopper). Kudos to the guy who takes care of them - he deserves a raise.Also, the store is bright, clean and floors are so shiny you could eat off them.Bathrooms also clean, no trash or toilet paper on the floor. It all goes back to We Care. Congrats to management that has instilled this culture in the workforce.Grocery is very helpful along with kitchen items. I love to use their waffle iron (Calpalon) - truly nonstick.And one more time, their rolling, red carts are great!

Thank You for validating the wonderful service at Walmart. You are so close and convenient to my house, but less efficient than driving to the Piggly-Wiggly in Jackson, Wisconsin. I dont know if i have ever had a less pleasant experience. WalMart is just a few more miles and about 10 minutes further. although their service sucks, it is far better than what you could ever experience at this Target.

I like the products they offer. The employees are all rude. Every time I visit I do my best to avoid talking to them because they are the worst. Even when go to self checkout they find a way to bother me.

Target is a nice store to shop in. Under normal circumstances, Target is a well stocked, clean and friendly place.

I was able to order a crib, a crib mattress and other essentials for my soon-to-be born grandson. I needed the items ASAP and Target came through!The store personnel who loaded my car were fast and friendly. The order was placed early in the morning and by Noon was ready to pick up. This is way faster than Walmart, where I normally have to wait 24-48 hours to be able to pick up my order.Target did not have a couple of things I ordered but that is fabulous compared to Walmart, which regularly does not have several items I need.If you need it fast and want the added convenience of driving to the store and picking up your order on thw same day, order from Target in Tulsa Hills.

Had signs on the doors and in the entryway about wearing masks was mandatory, yet I see a carefree couple walking around with no masks on. I went in to look for a belt and CV they had a minimal amount to choose from. I left with no merchandise.

I just dont like target. After they came out a few years back and said they did not back our military, I took great offence. My father was a Korean eat veteran and offered up his life for this ungrateful company.

Picked up my large car seat travel system and it fell off of my cart when I went out the front doors. The 2 front door people watches and one walked past me to go get carts. I had to struggle the huge box back on the cart, Im 8½ months pregnant.

I was looking for hot chocolate dehydrated marshmallows. I have always bought them at Target. Right now no store carries them. Target is a clean store, shelves were full of stuff, just not my marshmallows.

The store looked AMAZING when I went in recently. Although, it seemed that their inventory was a little off or maybe there was a staffing shortage (during the COVID pandemic) since I couldnt find an electronics item on the shelf when it said 2 in stock. But. The store has done a 360 and is extremely nice to be in now. Hopefully it stays this way :)

I checked the internet to see if the Target had items I wanted. The net said they had the items. When I got there they did not carry either item. I told one young woman about my problem, she did not seem to care and said they had never carried the items. I told her someone needed to change their web site. She was interested in doing that.

I don’t know if this is really Starbucks fault, but Target wouldn’t let me come in because I wasn’t over 65 at this time in the morning. I understand that I can’t shop in the target, but when I tried to explain to the target employee I just wanted to get Starbucks to go, and that I had already mobile ordered, she said no I am not over 65 and not disabled ( which I think is very judgmental because I actually have a handicap, and have plates to prove it but whatever). I had to call corporate to get my Starbucks ordered refunded and canceled, and then drive to another Starbucks. Bad customer service Target!

We went to another Target first which is where I saw the weekly ad stating that Mario games were 50% off with the purchase of the Nintendo Switch. This decided me as I had been waffling back and forth for months on whether or not to get it. Unfortunately the Target I was at did not have any in stock. The next nearest and most convenient to us was the Tulsa Hills location. At the suggestion of the Tech associate I attempted to call the Tulsa Hills location to see if they indeed have the Switch in stock. However after repeated calls... each lasting about five minutes where the phone just rang and rang and was never answered, we decided to chance it and drive to the Tulsa Hills location. When we got there I was delighted to see that they indeed have the switch in stock so I told the young black woman associate that I would like to purchase the Switch and Mario Kart. At first she was somewhat friendly and accommodating but when she originally gave me the total I thought it was a bit high so I asked her if the price reflected the 50% the Mario Kart game (which I would like to point out was clearly shown in the weekly ad) her attitude completely changed. When she didnt respond I pulled open my phone to pull up the ad just to make sure she knew what I was talking about and I though maybe she hadnt heard me. She refused to answer me, she refused to acknowledge either me or my wife who also had a price tag to show the associate she wouldnt make eye contact. She acted completely disgusted that she had to change the price, which she did with a lot of huffing and acting like we were asking something completely outrageous. The only other thing she said was have a nice day in a rude tone as she handed me my purchase.

Target has always been a favorite place to shop for my wife and I. One of the things I liked about Target was their snack bar. Especially the popcorn. The last few times I was in Target you had to go to the coffee shop and ask for someone to help you. The last time I was in, the popcorn and snacks side was closed . I went to the coffee side but they ignored me. Guess popcorn from Target is a thing of the past. Ssd.

While it was a little hard to find the item I was looking for in the pharmacy section (multiple items dedicated to the same thing in different locations) the plus was that they had a great selection at a decent price.

Its a target what can you say. They are however, very particular about requiring people to wear a diaper on your face (hence the 3 stars).

Its fine. Its Target so things are expensive to make middle class people feel better than Walmart class people. I only go there occasionally because its close to my job. It also sucks cause its almost as big as any full size Target but it doesnt carry everything. Not sure of the point of it being mobile

I think Target is a great place to shop for a variety of my home and familys needs. I recommend it to others often. This location is smaller, with less variety of items. Some of the reps are more helpful than others. The checkout process is sometimes made more complicated by workers that need further training.

I went into the store. Everything was in its place. Store is clean. Well lite. I found what I was looking for. Cashier was pleasant and efficient.

They always have stuff in stock. Maybe because its on the other side of the river unlock the other 2 locations. Either way, if the other locations in tulsa are out of my size, Ill go to the one off of Olympia.

Beautiful and well maintained store. My second visit and I will only go to the Twin Hills facility. Staff is very helpful. I actually spoke with a young man in electronics who to was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested. They are higher on somethings but overall they are competitive. I paid $20.00 more than the same item in Wal Mart were the people can only tell you whats on the box. Only 2 things I wish the had would be a real meat department in the Grocery side. The other is more check out personal. I dont do self check. Try to get a price corrected in one. Takes for ever because so many people funnelled to self check out. I Will be a loyal customer.
