My daughter dropped off a script for antibiotics for an ear infection on Tuesday and never received any notifications for pick up, etc. As a college student, she did not know what to do, so, I called on Saturday to get the status of the script and was told they could not fill the script because they did not have enough of the medication on hand. I asked if the script could be transferred to another CVS and was told that I had to call the other locations and ask if they had the medication. I spoke with someone at the 21st and Harvard location and they had the order ready in less than 5 minutes. The fact that this particular CVS sat on this script and my daughter was not notified for 5 days is unacceptable. As a parent, you trust that those that work in health care will do their jobs to the best of their ability and you wont have to chase after something simple like antibiotics. This was very disappointing.
I arrived to drop off a ups package completely unprepared, flustered and running very late. Ari and Jamie were so incredibly helpful to me and got my package delivered. They were very patient and friendly and went above and beyond when they could have easily said no. Great service! Thank you Jamie(sp) and Ari
It says here that walk ins are okay, so I went in and there’s literally just 2 people including me. Not like super busy. And this lady who works there still asked me to set an appointment- which btw I tried but their system is down so I can’t even set up an appointment. So I was there but won’t give me the flu shot. She didn’t even check. She just blatantly said they don’t do it while all their posters and ads you can walk in and get the shots. Time wasted.
I have looked on different stores website. In search for Ponds Rejuveness products. The Admiral and Sheridan, in Tulsa location is only store I could them at. Please dont discontinue this product. Thank you
If you need a covid test dont come here for it! They even confirmed my appointment twenty minutes before I got there and I wait thirty minutes just to see they cancelled all the testing for today. They didnt even bother in telling anybody who had an appointment that they were cancelled! Very unprofessional! Waste of my time! Ill never come back here! And the lady just acted like oh well not my problem theres nothing she could do about it! Go a few miles to another location this one is terrible!
When you take the time to drive up to get your medication at 1030 am which is thirty minutes after they are supposed to be open and are not makes you mad. Then when you call to see why it is because the pharmacist is not there so the entire store can not open. That seems like a corporate mistake, CVS is more then a pharmacy, but any ways- so when I call up there 2 hours later the pharmacist has the nerve to lie to me and say they been open sense 10 am. When I tell him no I was there at 10:30 then to be told by him I am wrong and and I must been at a different location. So they have no issue telling the customers a lie and Amazon how the other staff members where a mask but not the pharmacist!! Out of all the people that should have one, and he is giving vacanations with out a mask, sad day for CVS
First time visiting location so i asked where i may find product sought, directed right to it... Polite greeting, directions and checked out in 5 minutes or just short of...Awesome!
I wish I could say this is the worst pharmacy Im town but I was told by Walgreens that I would be better off going here. EVERY single prescription I get I have to call to see when its ready and it never is so I call and they tell me to call my doctors to have my doctor verify the prescription. This is with different doctors too. The Pharmacist is different EVERY time I go here. I have had them mis count pills. 3 instead of 14. EVERY time I call they feed me BS lies that they just got off the phone with my doctor. Then I call the doctor and they say they never received a call. I cant believe how terrible this place is.
God forbid you need them to answer the phone. They ignore the phone and keep you on hold for 30 minutes. Cancel your test appointment because of “closure” but they’re not closed
Fast, convenient, and good prices on a lot of things . Just walk in and get one of their cards and you can save a little and a lot . But dont forget to wear your mask i not They sell them !!!!!!!
Only CVS in Tulsa that does not accept Amazon returns at their location and are rude about it, reporting to Amazon!!!
Do not send your packages here. Sent a package here through UPS and was unable to pick up without my ID. I have done this in Virginia Beach before no problem. Also, UPS would not have made me show an ID. So, i will not be doing this again.
I give it zero stars because every time I come here they screw up something and they wont fix their mistake ever so dont come here if you want something because they dont care about their customers at all. They dont know how to talk to people and they definitely dont deserve to get anyones money.
My name is Alice Rutledge. This is the absolute worse pharmacy and pharmacist. Her name is Rhea. My doctor has multiple complaints about CVS pharmacist (Rhea) acting like they are running the show. Its bad enough dealing with insurance carries but now pharmacist that think they are God! Thank you but NO THANKS, I believe in God and CVS YOUR NOT IT. So I intend on creating so much bad publicity for them...word of mouth gets around FAST!
I am a taxi driver and I have a regular customer who uses this Pharmacy. It seems like every time we go there he has spoken to them on the phone earlier in the day and they told him his prescriptions were ready but when we get there, theyre not. They are very incompetent and very inconvenient for customers that depend on some type of public transportation to get there.
Wish it would let zero stars...worst pharmacy Ive ever used. Never can get through on the phone and prescriptions are never done when said....even when calling hours in advance and a hour on hold. Thats just the top two, step it up people its a business after all. I also hope people will do as I did...after a 45 min. Hold time i got in the car drove there and picked my stuff up with there hold info on speakerphone....I was the only person at the counter and no cars in the drive thru so why was I even on hold??!!
I was sent to pick up some important medications for a Vetrinarian from the animal welfare clinic. I am a foster mom to 2 critically ill kittens. The clinic was out of the medicine that I needed to keep these babiese alive. She called it in, and said she was sending me to come get it. I headed over, where I was informed that they couldn’t have it ready for at least an hour! Why didn’t they tell us that over the phone? They knew it was an emergency. The meds we requested did not require any other effort than pulling a box off a shelf and putting a sticker on it. I politely pleaded with the pharmacist and explained the situation. She sharply responded that she could not put me ahead of other customers for any reason, and abruptly closed the drive through window. I called the vet to let her know what was happening. There was no one behind me, so I stayed at the window in case I needed to ask the pharmacist another question. I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes, all this time no one came behind me. The pharmacist opened the window and told me sharply that I needed to move my car. I told her no one was behind me and I was trying to talk to the vet about the situation. She rudely told me that she didn’t care, that I needed to pull away from her window. She showed no empathy for someone very obviously in a difficult situation, and her lack of professionalism was quite surprising! I have never been treated so RUDELY!!!! I wasn’t holding up any other cars, and wouldn’t have done that. She treated me like I was doing something horribly wrong. I would actually give this place negative stars if possible!!!!

I dunno if someone at the pharmacy, whoever counts the pills, is a pill popper or what but my wife was shorted 5 Norco 7.5/325 hydrocodone tablets. I can understand maybe 1 pill short, but Five is a little extreme. Plus the guy at the counter was acting a bit shady if you ask us. Called the store after we got home and was put on hold for like 10 minutes only to be told the pharmacist/manager was not there and to call back tomorrow???
Because my mother isnt so internet savvy Ill do this for her. She has had two back surgeries and her Drs want her to have another. She has refused the third. She has never abused her medication and in fact waits until quite awhile past her time to refill. She isnt a fan of them but to avoid constant pain she does take them as directed. She goes to a legitimate Dr not a pill Dr. She has had nonstop issues with this CVS and had to deal with it because it was a workmens comp case and she was limited to just CVS and Drug Warehouse(which became Walgreens) They repeatedly lost her paperwork,every month. Once that was straightened out she would drop off her prescriptions in no rush to pick them up but they would give her a time and an automatic text would be sent. She would go up and they would tell her it wasnt ready and it would be another 2-6 hours. Seriously?! So she then started dropping off the script and waiting several days before picking up. Today she takes her prescription in. She waits an extremely long time after giving it to a tech,finally goes to ask if she needs to come back or what and the tech tells her Oh we no longer fill these medication at this location. This is insane and rude to have someone waiting then the tech with the attitude.... Every one of them were rude. She had the option to go to another CVS. Apparently too many pill Drs are sending scripts there. Go figure. I told her go straight to Target. They had it switched and filled in 20 minutes even after workmens comp paperwork. Best Pharmacy in Tulsa in my opinion. Steer clear of CVS!
I work for a doctors office and we were trying to call in a prescription for a patient to the pharmacy and we were on hold for 50 mins plus, only to get hung up on. There service or lack of service is quite horrible.
The pharmacy has friendly people but sometimes are out of stock with my medicine. Kinda inconvenient when they know i get the same meds every month
This is NOT a 24 hour location. The store is a mess, with large empty spots and things knocked over on every shelf.
