I came here for foundation samples for my wedding makeup. I was informed that they no longer do samples. Thats is absolutely understandable. So instead I asked for a color match of a foundation I wanted to try and some advice on other suggestions for outdoor wedding makeup. The makeup consultant slapped two foundations on my face to color match. The one she said matched best was super yellow and caked on. Then she walked off to help someone else. That was the extent of customer service I got. No advice on other products. Not even a tissue to wipe the mismatched streaks of foundations now plastered to the side of my face. I own no make up. I was literally there to buy an arsenal of makeup and brushes at their suggestion, but no one cared to help. Obviously the employees werent interested in trying to make a sale. Ill never come back to this location. Ill try a more high end location when I next visit Ft Worth.

I use to get my makeup here but its no longer available. So I looked for anything new, but I was told that I couldnt test the samples, with a tissue or que tip or anything. And if I purchase the wrong color it was non refundable. I could online color assistance but I was in the store. I understand not putting your hands on the makeup container tip. But a que tip or tissue, then on your hand. And wipe off with alcohol pad would work. No Sale I left. Per Store Manager!

The associates at this store are totally outstanding! Good customer service is hard to find in current times. I was so impressed with the welcoming greeting and very attentive associates that assisted me. I will be recommending this location to friends and family. Im loving my products and thank you for all the help!

Amazing staff here. Always very helpful and they listen to what you want and make suggestions based on the look your going for. I never felt judged for my limited knowledge on makeup, Im pretty late to the makeup game, but the staff was always patient and kind and explained everything in a very easy to replicate way. It is pricy but every product Ive gotten has been worth the price. They really take time out to make sure you get exactly what your looking for and this is what makes this a five star store in my opinion. They also have a great selection for all skin tones and types which is very valuable to me.

Ive been meaning to review my amazing experience at the Woodland Hills JcPenney Sephora for weeks now! I did a review for my hair stylist, but Christian needs a shout out too! My hair stylist Meg booked an appointment for me to get my makeup done at the JcPenney Sephora after my hair was done. We decided to make an event of it, so I didnt see my hair until after my makeup was done!Christian at Sephora was a blast! She shaped my eyebrows and matched my foundation, finding me a new foundation that I absolutely love! She is so funny, and really talented at contouring and eyes.By the end of this experience I left feeling so empowered! This was especially important to me because Im going through a tough time in my life right now. I loved being pampered, and Christian taking the time to find all the right colors to make me look amazing. Thank you ladies so much for making me feel special. 5 million stars! Ill be back for sure!

I tried to exchange a foundation at this JC Penny Sephora, and goodness these ladies were the most clueless people Ive ever encountered! I tried to exchange a foundation that I purchased at at JCP Sephora a couple of weeks ago, and these girls wouldnt exchange it because I didnt have the receipt, but hello, the purchase was on my account! Funny enough, they also told me that the main Sephora (right around the corner) couldnt exchange it either, so I walked my happy little butt next door and immediate exchanged it; no questions asked. So lady with the dank blue eyebrows at JCP Sephora...you need to chill!
