Poorly managed company with terrible customer service. If you have a schedule you’re trying to stick with, go somewhere else! I’m a repeat customer and things at this company have been going downhill. I’ve been trying to get windows ordered for 3 weeks now and it’s just been crickets every time I leave a message. I have told them I’m ready to order and pay today, but still get no response. With this kind of treatment I’ll be finding another window company to work with. I’ve heard of similar treatment from fellow real estate investors as well recently. This company’s long tenure in this area will be coming to an end soon if they don’t make some changes soon.I called another window company today and set up an appointment for tomorrow. They said they can have windows on order by tomorrow. Don’t waste your time with Windor, call around to their competitors if you want to be treated like an appreciated customer.

Windsor had everything I needed and took care of me with the most excellent service and friendliness.

I needed a 6-foot threshold for a double door on a Saturday. Lowes and Home Depot do not carry these. Someone recommended wind or and I called them and they were more than happy to help. The quality of the threshold was outstanding. It was all synthetic and very heavy duty. Looks great on my clients home. Will definitely add them to the list of vendors I use!

Wonderful and speedy service. Purchased a door insert for an external door, was knowledgeable about what I was talking about without much knowledge, was a fair price, and ready in seconds. One of the only reptuable business still around.

Website states you are open til 1 PM on Saturday. Made a special trip to look at doors and you were closed at 11 am. No one answered the phone and I could not leave a message. Not good for business.

Went in for a basic door project, they spent time with me, super customer service, now its up to me to get the measurements, thank you, Merv H.

They quoted a double front door for my contractor and when they delivered it they had built a single door entry. Contractor argued with Mark but he wouldn’t budge. He also sent 3 smaller windows where there was supposed to be 2 large windows which they would not make good on.I called to see if they had the front entry door hardware and Mark was rude and thought I was attacking their work. I wasn’t at all attacking his work. All I was doing is trying to find out what hardware would be a good choice for this door because of the area I had to work with.I will not use this company again. Bad all around service. Stay away.

I have been using Windor for over 30 years for my own personal home and our rental properties. I have always found Windor to be an outstanding vendor, delivering a quality product at a fair price. John, their current installer is the best. As a former local business owner myself I highly recommend Windor to anyone with a window or door requirement.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! This place is horrible. I went in a few months back and had great customer service when the sell was being made but after that it has been horrible. I had to wait longer than quoted for my side lights and when my door was delivered, it was rotted in several places. You could see daylight! It was finally replaced after numerous phone calls and emails. I am still building my home and now my builder has pointed out to me that this NEW door is coming apart in two different places. My builder and myself have made no less than 10 phone calls trying to resolve this and we have sent emails with photos twice. Still not getting responses or phone calls back. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Great place for doors and friendly staff. If you need something better than big box or unique.

Mark Crowl was so helpful to me. I had all new windows put in a few years ago and Mark went above and beyond helping with a repair. I recommend Windor Supply .

Great price and service

I needed to purchase 17 doors for a house Im renovating. I walked in yesterday and wandered around for 15 min before anyone greeted me, then when I told her I needed help she pointed to a guy and said he would come help me. I waited even longer and stood where he could see me but he just stayed at his desk. I then went and bought all my doors from Millcreek instead.

Prices aren’t bad if you’re just buying from them but installation and customer service is a joke. Unless you’re doing things yourself stay far, far away.

. I purchased a door from Windor Supply approx: 8 months ago.. After the installation, I notice daylite through the door. There were 4 holes in the door which I could see daylite. I contact Windor and spoke with Ken. He came out to evaluate the problem and said it was a easy fix. He could send his technician out to repair the door with a epoxy. The tech never showed up. I called Ken and told him my trim carpenter would fix it for $100.00. Ken gave the ok to have the trim carpenter repair the door and send them the bill. I have been waiting for 8 months for the check which as of today I still have not received a check. I have made several calls to the owner which has yet to call me back. I think windor has poor poor customers service plus poor products. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

My experience with Windor was similar to another of their residential customers.If youre a home owner, Id look elsewhere for windows and door.

We have dealt with Windor for years and have nothing but great service and products.
