Window World came out yesterday replaced 10 windows on the house. Under all of the back windows and side windows to the back yard (where our dogs are) there were shards of glass as big as a palm of a hand on the ground. They left and did not pick up and we noticed today. The windows look great and are installed fairly well, that we know of, but they did not clean up after themselves. We have two dogs that basically live in the backyard and we walk barefoot outside all the time. Very dangerous and disappointed.
Even though we didnt end up buying from WW, they were great to work with. I didnt realize until a bit further into the process that we need windows sooner than they could produce the windows otherwise we wouldve give through them. Kendall was SO helpful in explaining all the different types of windows, options, and uses for them. The prices were reasonably priced as well.
Okay, buckle up for this story folks because it is a long one. Or just save yourself reading time and use someone with better customer service because I’ve had the wrong sized windows delivered 4 times so far...so here it goes: We ordered all new windows in January 2021. As of October 2021 Im still waiting on a window to be installed and another fixed. I understand projects don’t always go according to plan, but let me explain why their service and the whole process has been a complete circus... Our project included a custom request of extending 4 windows. Our window install was scheduled for May 6th. Install went okay until they got to the custom extended windows. We received the wrong sized windows. No problem, mistakes happen. The only other issue with our initial install was the window over our front door has a large gap.We waited an additional 6 weeks for the correct sized windows to come in and for them to come fix the gap. The installer showed and we discovered that the windows were the right size, but the wrong proportions. We ordered 60/40 windows and they delivered (3) 50/50 windows and (1) 60/40 window. Okay… odd that they would get 1 window correct but not the other 3, but fine we will deal with our windows looking odd temporarily. They install the incorrect custom windows, but do NOT fix the gap over our front door. 7 weeks later the installer is scheduled to bring the corrected windows on Aug 5th. No one showed or called. Luckily my husband works from home or else I would have been livid for taking off for no reason. I call that afternoon and told someone will be out first thing the next morning… Again no one showed and no phone call. At this point I’m irritated at the lack of communication and general customer service. They have not reached out to me once other than to schedule an installer to come out. I call again and I’m told the installer would arrive between noon and 2pm. They do and guess what? WRONG SIZED WINDOW AGAIN. How? Does anyone own a tape measure? Why wouldn’t you check before showing back up at my house for a 3rd time? My mind is blown. I’m a project manager, so I know miscommunication happens, but this is taking the cake. So, we wait another 5 weeks (Sept 14) and the installer comes back for the 4th time with the WRONG SIZED WINDOW AGAIN. I cannot make this up! Oh and the gap over our front door is still not fixed. I haven’t heard a word from them. You would think someone at the company would reach out, try to communicate about the issues or try and act like they care but I’m hearing crickets. I’m beyond flabbergasted. I did ask to speak to a manager one of the MANY times I called since I only ever talked to the scheduling person (I know how “Karen” of me but I’m annoyed at this point). I was told a manager would need to call me back. I missed the call that afternoon (8/31) at 3pm and was left a message saying I could call back within 30 mins before he was out for the day or he would contact me the next day. I couldn’t contact him within the 30-min window and never heard from him again. The customer service is just abysmal. The scheduler even mentioned that one of their employees had to wait like 8+ mos for their project to be complete when I vented my frustrations regarding communication, timing, etc. I mean I know COVID has really impacted some industries, but this is a complete lack of quality service and detail. We are expecting them back a 5th time (no idea when because they can’t give you any estimates on when your windows are expected so you can plan) and I’m really hoping they check our window before showing up. Save yourself the headache and just pay a little extra for better quality customer service. I mean a window is a window, right? Sure, there is difference in quality/materials but essentially companies are selling the same product so what you’re really selling is service. And I’m sure other companies have windows that are just as good if not better anyway.
Had them do a few windows on a property I manage and they did a great job.
We had our windows put in over 5 years ago, and they have been very pleasant to work with on anything weve needed done with them. Thank you guys for being helpful and courteous!!!
Dustin is great. Addressed all of my concerns. Explained everything in understandable terms. I highly recommend Window World and Dustin in particular.
15-17 years ago we listened to a friend who said Window World would do a good job of replacing the windows in our home. He couldnt have been more wrong. Technicians came to the house and took measurements and said that there wouldnt be any problem replacing them. When the windows came, one of the techs said that the measurements on our living room window wasnt quite correct, butItll fit ok.. Not at all! My wife called them to address the fact that the windows in the kitchen, the bathroom, and the living room either fogged up or didnt fit properly. We were told that the lifetime warranty only covered workmanship defects and we wouldnt receive any assistance. Since then,we have called several times a year, only to get the same answer. We have drafts all through the house and, being retired and on a fixed income, have run out of choices and hope. Our attorney is trying to help us find a solution,so well see. As of now,we are both disabled and cant go crawling around to put up clear plastic sheeting over windows that have never been what they were advertised to be. DONT GO TO WINDOW WORLD-PLEASE!!!
My apartment complex used these people for windows, they just threw stuff around in one room, which is not completely their fault due to not getting notice from my complex that they would be in my apartment cause the notice I got showed March 10th-17th, but they also put old windows on my BED which left dirt and dust all over the place I lay my head. Who does that? Also did not vacuum the floors an there was dirts and shards of glass on the floor, they didnt hang the blinds back up either.
Corey is a great and a personable salesperson who communicated with me from start to finish. The crew was outstanding they even came with a leaf blower to blow away all the little particles that were around the driveway. The new windows were also wiped down to perfection. I couldnt ask for a better salesperson or install team. Window World is the bomb!!
Great service, excellent product, fair price
Window still wont latch good after fixed. Going to have new window installed.
Wrong measurements. Had to wait another 6 to 8 weeks to reorder. Not a very happy experience.

Great people
I just had 7 windows put in my home. I was given good financing, good interest rate. My old windows were bad, the sun would bear thru them and heat up the House. These New windows are great. Now I can leave the blinds up in the day and I Get No Heat through my windows at all. And the windows during the hot sunny day are Cool to the touch. And the installation was great. And no leaks. I have used window world before when I lived in another State. I was happy to see that they had a store here in Tulsa. I priced 2 other window companies here. And their prices were a few a few Thousand dollars more. I know this company will do a good job for you.
Window World Tulsa provided my family with a great product, the best price in town and exceptional customer service. I shopped around and got many quotes and Window World Tulsa was the BEST! The sales guy and installers were true professionals and did such a great job. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up their mess and left it better than when they arrived. Our new windows are amazing and we are looking forward to doing the rest of the house soon. If youre looking for windows in the Tulsa/BA area save your time and call Window World Tulsa.
Window world replaced all of my windows in January and a couple weeks ago installed a patio door. I interviewed several companies and they were the only ones that could give me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The installers were friendly and hard working, and my door is beautiful. My only complaint is they removed my winter faucet cover outdoors to use the water and didnt put it back. This could have caused a major problem if I hadnt noticed.
I had many companies bid our project. We replaced all the windows in our home and are very happy with the outcome. The Sales rep was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sale me on anything I didnt want and the installers were in and out while I was at work and did a good job. The lead time was actually shorter than expected as well. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
Weve had windos from Window World for 19 years. Had a breakage from mowing on dining room window 3 weeks ago. Called and gave them the serial number, theyre making another, and will put it in...all at no charge! Their warranty is amazing! If we ever move, they will do new windows for us again...were thoroughly satisfied! Wonderful, friendly customer service!!!
Window World came and replaced all our windows and Im so happy they did! No more foggy windows or drafts, and the staff was great!!! The installers were very polite, and they left my house with it looking just as clean as when they started. I highly recommend WW, We all see the commercials and ads for other companies, but I can tell you first hand that Window World came through big!!!
Did a great job installing a new sliding glass patio door, super friendly people. Definitely recommend
Im still waiting to get my windows installed. Ill tell you what has happened and you decide. We got a few estimates, and WW was in the middle but only had a 4-6 week lead time, which is why we selected them. I called to change the style of one large window, and the salesman told me it would drop the cost about $100. When another salesman came out to update the estimate, it actually increased it $100 (a change of $200). I went along because I really wanted my windows before summer. Then we waited. No word. On the Monday of week 6, I called to see if they were coming. Because of the rain, were behind 2-3 weeks. So we wait. I call for an update after two weeks. Were still behind about 2 weeks. Now Im getting frustrated. Call back the next day to complain and finally get an installation date... in three and a half weeks! If (doubtful) they actually show up when theyre scheduled, Ill be 10.5 weeks instead of the 4-6 weeks promised and $200 higher than the salesman quoted me on the phone. No employee of this company was remotely apologetic when missing deadlines and never once called to inform me they wouldnt be installing on time. The most infuriating part is that the quotes were literally a few hundred apart from the more reputable companies. I wish Id done my research.
We had a great experience with Window World. They were very efficient, prices were great, they were easy to work with and we love the product that we were sold. We replaced all 33 windows in our home and are very pleased with the outcome. Their lifetime guarantee on their windows is also great to have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting new windows!
If I could have given them a zero rating I would have. My house has siding and they installed 13 windows and of those only 3 were storm windows. The installers left wood exposed around all the windows. I called them and they told me it would be an additional charge of 975.00 to fix what they did. My salesman Corey told me since they were storm windows they did not know what might have to be done till they pulled them off my ? was why I was not told this up front. And since there were only 3 windows that were storm ones makes no sense to me why I should have to pay for their mistake. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will never recommend them to anyone. They were dishonest from the get go. So if your looking for Windows I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Thanks for offering to help with brokenWindows caused by criminalsPretending to be protesters.
The windows that window world sold me were very nice. They were as described by the sales people. I received on time. The windows are very nice. Installed easily.
A great experience with Window Worlds when they came out in 2014 to install windows and a sliding glass door. The crew was efficient, prompt, and even corrected a badly installed sliding glass door that had been put in by a previous owner. I recently had to have the screen door replaced and the Window World technician came to my house, took the screen door back to the factory, installed the screen and reinstalled it back on my back door - all while I was at work. I came home to a new screen door and didnt have to take time off from work. Exceptional service!
Best windows Ive ever had and they really stand behind their warranty. Highly recommend!
Hands down, home run! The house is 60yrs old, last windows were installed in the mid 70s. My salesman was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The installation team, freindly, knew thier job, repaired/updated the window frames, got the windows in tight. VERY happy with the whole experience. The price is very fair! Its been 3 months, ZERO issues, has made a big improvement! Will be calling them when Im ready for more window replacements!!
Staff was very helpful, order was finished in a timely manner and product was explained for energy efficiency, which was my main priority when visiting Window World of Tulsa.I would recommend them highly for any remodel or new build project!
These guys are great. Showed up on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. My wife asked the installers all kinds of questions and they took the time to answer them. Thank you guys
We have Window World windows in two of our properties and love them. Darin and his crew are very professional. Looking forward to working with them on a third property very soon!!
Great people, great windows, great price. Wish there was a 6th Star! Couldnt be happier. And my utility bills went down 40%!!
Window world installed my new Windows. I had in my contract to replace all rotted wood around my windows. THEY DIDNT DO THAT!!! THE man had to come out n redo a few windows. A few years later. My Windows started leaking. I called them so many time. They came out n played me like a fool. They sent a professional out n charged me for it. The professional said they werent installed right n wood was rotten where they were leaking. Window world charged me AND TOLD ME THEIR INSULATION WAS NOT GRANTIED...So just a fyi. Get it in black n white contract. Because they will not back it up.Debbie Jones
The windows are great very affordable and it increased value to the home. The staff was very professional they were in and out. They also cleaned up afterwards.
Great window, great prices, and great installation. I would highly recommend Window World.
Awesome windows, Ive bought 2 sets and would buy again.
Had all the windows replaced on one of your rehab homes. Very affordable and great service. Thanks.
I highly recommend Window World. Great windows, Friendly customer service.
I have not personally used them, but after buying this house and seeing the bill they charged the previous owner to replace and install new windows, then to look at the windows and see they were not installed correctly at all turned me off. Post construction windows are required to be set back in the casing an inch or two on the inside. This was not done, so the frame and vinal of the window is outside too far, then the house trim is underneath the window trim which is backwards. They sealed the gaps with basic silicone which looks very dirty and since it wasnt installed correctly or sealed correctly the frames around the windows have all started to rot. 3k wasted for sure. I called and asked about the warranty transfer two days after we bought the house and was told, that we do not service or honor transfers for that type of window anymore. My review is not to bash a product but promote the question of where was the quality service vs the quick convenient install that was very very subpar. Im going to go with another company and trash these windows. Never will do business with Window World
GREAT quality, GREAT installers! Have already referred this company to several of our friends and family!
Very nice windows very happy with my instructions mike and dave did a great job
Do your research. I would not recommend this company
I called to see about an estimate on a window for a home that we are buying but havent closed on yet. We are closing in a week. I didnt want any work done until we close but I wanted an estimate on one window. The previous homeowners used this company and all the windows are new except the one that I want an estimate on. I talked to Tracy who was the rudest person i have ever spoke to on the phone especially considering i am trying to do business with this company. She hung up on me!!! I called back and wanted to speak to a manager which apparently Window World doesnt have any according to her! People work to hard for their money and I would not ever consider giving these people a dime. There are alot of companies out there that do want your business. Window World isnt one of them
We recently discovered on one of our windows how window world installs windows. Be mindful of this if you decide to have them install your windows. There was no type of seal or insulation along the bottom of the window which allowed air to come through the skirting or the wood trim. Screws were angled into the corners of the window to screw to the framed opening of the house instead of properly adding nailer boards and using the pre drilled holes from the manufacturer. When I called window world to report to them what I had discovered they acted very irritated with me and became angry at me. They told me that all their windows were wrapped in foam. But clearly there was no foam at the bottom of the window or anything. In fact you could see daylight through the bottom of the window. Even after I showed them the faulty installation they were still outraged and anything but understanding. I had 12 windows installed in my house that day by window world thinking that I didnt have anything to worry about. Just to be sure it wasnt just one window they cut corners on, I checked another one in my kitchen and sure enough, no insulation on the bottom. If you have had your windows installed by them you can check yours by simply removing the piece of trim underneath your window seal and running a knife or shinning a flashlight inside to see if they insulated that spot. The salesman told me that I would notice a decrease in the cost of my heating and cooling. I have noticed no difference in my energy costs over the 4 or 5 years since the installation. After a week of calling and being politely persistent they finally came out to the house. I had a contractor on site with me when they arrived are were still defensive and refused to fix anything. We were told that they didnt want us to contact them any more. I am disgusted with this business and will not be sending them anymore business in the future.
These are awsome Windows. So is the customer support.
Broken window replacement took 46 days plus 7 to install. I had WW install windows in some of my rentals properties several years ago (under old WW ownership), so as a repeat customer I should be a high priority for future sales.I paid the up charge for the Glass Breakage warranty. Ordered the new window replacement on April 17, 2017, finally got the call on June 1st the window had arrived and could scheduled install the following Thursday (a week later). This really upset me. But I didnt need the window anymore, After 2 weeks of initial order I went to City Glass and had a new glass pane installed in 2 days in the old sash for $40. There is no way I could justify to my tenants that it will take 2 months to replace a window. I have taken my business else where.
As part of my closing deal I had 2 sashes that need to be re-installed. I instead just got them dropped off at my front door. When I called to try to reschedule, They told me I would have to pay a $95 charge to schedule it or do it myself. So much for the warranty.
Great windows, energy efficient, great warranty.
I was not satisfied with the installation, the calking had gaps/cracks and the doors did not latch correctly. I was charged $100 a day extra for travel distance. $200 for 2 days but it only took one day to install 11 windows and 2 doors. I contacted the office about the calking and they did not respond.
Save your money folks ...these guys are craptacular
Great prices!
It was amazing
Great experience
Lots of panes
Look at reviews people I had them install windows for me and the overall experience of this company was a total disaster from the windows not fitting right to glass not cleaned up! my large wine still is not right after 6 weeks and they cant seem to get it right.
