Was told when I switched my service over to T- mobile that there was no charge for making payment at a store. There is actually a $3 fee. And the Lady told me today that if I didnt use Amazon Prime she could lower my bill. After I said that would be fine & she completed transaction was when she told me that I was losing 10 GB of Hotspot. They should be more thorough when doing their job and should not give customers inaccuratem information.

Been here twice. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Service is very un profesional. These employees talk to you as if they where not at work using curse words to express themselves. Loud music with curse words in it. Don’t get me wrong I love hip hop but it’s very uncomfortable trying to shop while hearing the “n” word coming out the speakers 20 times per minute.This place made me appreciate old cell phone customer service I migh have complained about.Just go somewhere else!

The worst attendment ever!

I will not give any stars but I it made me give at least one star so I went in to the local store the workers was very helpful but the reason I am very upset is the the cost and bill because I paid over 200 dollars just a week ago and a week later my bill is due again so I went to the same store I spent over 200 dollars at and they had a new worker there so he couldnt help us so now my phone will be turned off due to non-payment which is hard to swallow because I paid it last week what a rip off metro is

I went in the other night with a phone I had gotten from the insurance company after filing an insurance claim, and a woman named Maria that was working that evening was very very helpful. She activated my phone and help answer questions I had about the device itself. Im very pleased with their service.

The store hours on the Door says Mon - Sat 9a-8p. Im here and its 9:45a, the doors are locked and the lights are off. I call there customer service number on the door. The automated system responds and says that I have called outside of normal business hours. Then the automated system says their normal business hours is 9a to 8p Mon through Friday. It is 950a on Tuesday. Terrible customer support. Yet another reason, among many to switch to cricket and give them a try. Ive had nothing but issues with Metro PCS (piece of crappy @#$&)

They are the worst place in town toget a phone .they lie to you about tradeing your phone back in with in 7 days fora diffrent one . and they charge you for things you dont want and when you try to talk to them about it. The tell you to leave and dont come back. I had to hire a attorney to try to get them to fix what they di wrong. Never ever ever go there.

So not only were they late to open the store, when they finally did I watched the young man who unlocked the door try to push an elderly man out of the door. Im utterly disgusted by what I saw.

Tonight I was in payless store next to metro pcs and the one guy had his music so loud I could barely hear the lady that was checking me out, I had to scream to her to give her my information.-then payless lady ask the guy to turn his music down, and she said he was rude and told her oh well Im bout to close anyways.🖓🖓 horrible respect for others!
