Quite possibly the worst business in Tulsa. Had a truck fire from a head unit they installed. Radio shorted and started a fire near the glove box. Shut it down quick enough plenty of evidence. It was caused by only using electric tap and twisting wires together instead of an actual connection. I specifically asked them not to do that. Not to mention owner is a complete rip off. Been in there a few times since just for entertainment purposes. On 6-17-2020 he tried selling me a used amp for $170. He didnt even bother to wipe it off it looked like mice used it as a restroom. The amp is available at any Walmart for $89.99 new.

DO NOT GO HERE... had my 2 12 subs and amp installed there about a year and a half ago in a dodge ram . About 6 month ago my truck had bad odor in it I look under my subs and there is mold on it they didnt seal the Screws to the amp

They tried to sell me the iPhone 7+ in the body of an iPhone 8 Plus. I got to the store & the phone looked like it was in great shape. I told him I wanted to check the imei to make sure everything was clear. He said, “Even though you’re at a store?” In a rude tone. The site pulled the information and said, “iPhone 7 plus.” So I went into the phones settings and ran the model number. Sure as heck it was an iPhone 7 Plus. I told the associate and he wanted to argue with me. I later went to apple to just buy a phone because I knew I would get what I was asking for, and the apple associate said they’ve had plenty of people bring in their phones to trade in that they bought from people off craigslist and the mother board of the phone was actually for an older phone. FULLY CHECK THESE PHONES OUT BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS GUY.

Horrible customer sevice. I ordered a iphone on the 22nd of December and was told it would be there by the 27th of December ; however, by the 2nd of January i had been calling leaving message after message i texted 3 time and even messaged though FB twice and had no response. Finely the ownern answered the phone and told me to come in for a refund.

Never deal with these guys, they are bad and they have bad service and policies. Once you pay or buy something from them, they will forget about you. I bought a phone from them and yet it was a badly used phone. I went back and they told me that they dont refund and they would not even look at me. They do not stand behind their warranty at all. Very very bad place and if you do business with them, do it at your own risk. They have no customer service etiquette at all.

If you want to get ripped off this is the place.Never ever deal with this guy.Found his add on market place APPLE I PHONE 8 UNLOCKED GOLD and found that’s a store and went to purchase the phone.I clearly told him I’m looking for a unlocked phone.Then he Sold me a locked i phone 8 saying it’s unlocked and working with any career in US and went next day to get my money back and asked for a refund and he started arguing with me and refused to refund the money.I had to pay more money to get an unlocked phone.Literally he doesn’t know the meaning of the word UNLOCKED.Was very disrespectful and try to argue with me when it his fault.
