I took my mom who is 91 to check her hearing and these ladies were so kind patient and understanding Im so thankful we came herr

120 mile waisted trip and a waste of 3hrs !!I had an appointment but she would not see me after taking my granddaughter to get tested for covid the day prior which was negative. Still charged me for a visit but I wont be back.

Ive been a customer of this hearing business for some years now. Their audiologist have been most helpful and friendly. The prices seem reasonable. They recently are operating under a new name, American Hearing.

Not only have I used the Scholl center but I’ve also taken My 93 year old mother there. Everyone from the front desk to scheduling people to the hearing staff and doctors are all VERY nice and VERY helpful. They truly understand both customer service AND making sure you understand your hearing options. I have, and will continue to recommend Scholl to everyone that asks!!!

They called me and made it right with me .I will go back to them for services now.

My daughter has been seen by Dr. Scholl since she was 6 months old, she is 7 now. Weve always felt at home with the Scholl Center. There has never been a time when we feel like we are just another number. They listen to us, they want to do the best that they can for my daughter! Weve always been given the most up-to-date information and encouraged to use the best resources available for my daughters needs. I love that they bring information down to a parents level of understanding, such as how my daughter has performed during each individual hearing test. I believe that we have been blessed with the best audiological services around!

Dakota had sent me forms to fill out beforehand so he made the check in process easy. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back for the initial evaluation. Danielle was my technician. She was very friendly, explained everything she did and the results of all the tests thoroughly. Dr. Jennifer Chikar then went through the different types of hearing aids, what to think about in deciding what level would be best with my level of hearing loss, price comparisons. After I made my selection. She explained what to expect next and the rest of the process. In all, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice. I’m glad I went

Absolutely pleased with my experience here. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Rather than just selling me hearing aids, they educated, and continue to educate, me about my hearing loss and how to maintain the hearing I have. I referred my father and a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone is very friendly. My doctor is Dr. Stephanie Winfield. She explained everything to me . I felt very comfortable during all procedures. She cares about what will work best for you, and not just whats in general. I like to know them and them know me. Local Purchasing.

Everybody was really nice and professional. They did a thorough exam and evaluation. I went in for tinnitus and hearing loss. I still need to go back to discuss options. Ill try to update after that is done. I have Soonercare so quality doctors are difficult to find. So far Im really impressed with them. Their office is really well put together and they have some really nice decor.

The staff is wonderful! They are very pleasant and efficient especially the young man who checked me in. They explained everything very clearly. My only issue was that my insurance was giving them trouble and I wish I’d known that before I had gone to them. I was not able to order hearing aides until the company settles with my insurance. Thus adding even more time to an already long process.

Great company. All the staff are friendly and you couldnt ask for a better doctor than Dr. Scholl. Very thorough and wont quit till she has an answer to what ever issue you are having.

Lets just start by saying, I already had hearing aids and went in looking for a cleaning part. They gave it to me for me FREE and were super nice!Flash forward 8 moths later and I need new hearing aids. I chose them because of my previous experience. I am so glad I did! We are been a part of The Scholl Center for over 7 years now. We have utilized pediatric audiology services as well as speech. My daughter was diagnosed at 2 with sensorineural unilateral hearing loss, and at 7, she became deaf in one ear. The Scholl Center advocated for her to get a cochlear implant and helped us every step of the way. The care they have for our children is above what we expected. Highly recommend services here.

The Dr was so very wonderful to me, she made me feel right at home,my sister Kathy may not be available to hear very much at all but she can read people very well and she likes her so much that shes gonna take the hearing aids in so she can get them to her ears Im so very happy for you and her cuz she wants to hear because of her thank u it took so long to get back to u guys now I can hear much better with my new rhondo replacement God blessed us all,😇

7yrs ago I met Jacque, and was finally given hope, lol. If I could still deal with Jacque Id go back in a heart beat. Dont know the new audiologist name they stuck me with this time nor do I care to know. My cochlear Im still appreciative of even though its no longer useful, but I did not appreciate the con job on the hearing aid that Im now stuck with...

Couldnt ever get hold of anyone after multiple attempts, then one day when someone finally answered the phone I said i wanted to schedule an appointment and they said the scheduler wasnt in and that they set there own hours! What a big joke!Im sure one day years ago they set out to really help people but i cant help but feel somewhere along lifes way they have lost there way. How sad :(

They sent me a bill without even running it through my insurance first, even though Id given them that info when I first got there.We spent maybe 15 minutes with the woman because she had no clue how to interact with children. My daughter was in tears scared and the woman seemed mad that I was walking out of the appointment. Sorry, not gonna let you terrify my daughter like that. Then that 15 mins cost us over $200!!

I wouldnt recommend Scholl because they are not honest in their billing. Im a cancer patient and barely get enough money to survive on. When I first went to scholl they told me everything would be covered under my insurance, United healthcare. Now I have this bill for $208, that I do not have the money to pay. They have turned me over to a collection agency that will not let me make payments, I have to pay the whole amount or they will take me to court.
