We have been going to Hearts for Hearing for 3 years. They have the best staff and provide the best care for our child with hearing loss. They are a wonderful support system to your child and you as parents. Hearts for Hearing genuinely cares for the success of the child and for the parent. Natalie is the best speech pathologist we have worked with as she is highly educated in her field but spends time to know what strategies work best for each child. She’s encouraging and gives the tools parents need to continue what your working on in sessions to incorporate it at home. We couldn’t be more blessed to have such a great clinic!

Very nice facility. Staff are above par. Previously traveled to the OKC office but see my doctor at the HFH in Tulsa. They take excellent care of their patients! You will not be sorry!

Dr. Esther Kim is excellent! She performed my hearing screenings and did a most thorough testing. I’ve been tested previously at an ENT office and at a hearing aid clinic and Dr. Kim’s testing was much more extensive and with more diverse machines and tools. I feel like she really knows the extent of my hearing loss and in what tones and frequencies. She also was outstanding in explaining the various hearing aids on the market and which ones would be best suited for my hearing loss. Overall-I strongly recommend Dr. Kim and Hearts for Hearing!

My daughter was seen by crystal and Natalie they were both sooo sweet and nice ! They were very patient with her trying to keep her calm and showing her what they were going to do before hand ! If I could give 10 stars i would we had such a good experience there !

We loved our speech pathologist (Natalie) who was wonderful with our son but the billing department was HORRENDOUS. Multiple billing errors, highly unprofessional accounting staff, and numerous mistakes with insurance. We quit going there nearly two years ago and have just received another bill. Apparently they had yet another error and are just now trying to fix it (I’m assuming after an audit). We’ve never encountered so many billing problems from one health care provider.

Dr.Jillian and the other staff here are GREAT! They listen to your concerns and do the very best for your child! My daughter Brynlee loves coming here, she thinks its time to play games! We have only started our hearing journey but look forward to continuing the process here! I recommend this place to anybody!

Had a great experience taking my infant son for a hearing test after failing his hospital one. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mount was so mindful of my sons needs but also mine. Office was very clean, which is immensely appreciated during this time when having to get a newborn out.

Kelsey is such an amazing, nice and professional audiologist. She is very patient and tried her best to help us. We are very grateful. The staff are welcoming too. Appointment is somehow easy to get. Thank you.

They have a great thrift store here . Assistance league. I believe they are definitely open Tuesdays at 10am. Im not sure when else

Hearts for Hearing was very quick at getting my infant son in for a hearing screen. When I was unsettled by the initial news, they were professional and comforting. They have continued to provide good check-in services too.

KayLea is the best audiologist I have ever had. I have chronic medium/low tone hearing loss that makes it hard for me to communicate and she took the time to explain everything and was very thorough - even did a male voice recording which I have never had anyone test. It truly gave me an accurate baseline of where I am with my hearing.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of getting established with Kelsey Mount and my daughter just loved her. My daughter is a very shy kid and she made her feel so comfortable.

My doctor Ms. Kaylea Clark was very helpful understanding and informative. She is very polite and nice with a out going personality can easily make you comfortable i am glad I went there and will continue to go there in the future.

Everyone was very down to earth but very professional. It was a very quiet peaceful atmosphere! The decorative environment in the waiting area was warm and inviting. They used updated technology. The examiner was very patient...you couldnt get any better than him! He is perfect with kids and I never felt uncomfortable not even once. This was my first time visiting here and compared to most places for kids, very calm. Yes some places carry the same feel but....I am here to evaluate HEARTS for HEARING and not the others okay! 😜😊

I take my 2 year old here for audiology services and Ive been very pleased with the care we receive. I like the team approach they take with both audiology and speech pathology. I feel like they are able to collect more accurate data that way, even when toddlers arent in the mood to cooperate. When my daughter was refusing to wear her aid, they were able to get us in quickly and check her ears and the aid to see what was going on. When we determined it was a behavioral issue, they were able to give us tips on how to overcome the issue. A week or two later, she was back to wearing her aid like normal. They have been a great partner in caring for my childs audiology needs.

Natalie has been seeing my son for a couple of years now. He is my very incredibly stubborn child and she is so absolutely amazing with him. She’s patient, informative, and stern. We’ve learned so much and although my son is at slow progress, she’s been our cheerleader every step of the way. I don’t know where we would be without her♥️ Highly recommend hearts for hearing to anyone!

The doctor and speech pathologist were incredible. My 3 year old son was not scare at all and thought everything was a game. I definitely recommend everyone to come here.

They have provided good services to my son, I recommend hearts for hearing. Any questions I have they always have a good answer for me. My son doesn’t have medical insurance and they help provide care with a low copay.

Extremely compassionate and caring. The staff makes you feel at home. They dont rush you or make you feel like a bother. Wonderful people.

My 20 month old went in to have his hearing checked. Jillian was very friendly and patient as well as the speech pathologist( can’t remember her name). Even the lady who was do the cleaning up was very friendly

My father had a cochlear implant procedure performed on his only ear with any remaining capacity in OKC and I was amazed by the treatment and effectiveness of the OKC staff. When I heard that Tulsa was opening a branch office I thought Id give them a chance and found everyone there to be incredible. Katie welcomes you on your first day like youre old friends and my audiologist Arun was super. Would give them as many stars as the system allows, and five seems like too few!

They are completely wonderful. They really care about children being able to hear properly.
