Super friendly staff. Also knowledgeable. We brought a Benge trumpet in due to a slide repeatedly falling out. They adjusted it and added a couple retaining nuts for only $10, which is exactly what was needed. Inexpensive and effective, could you ask for more?

Recently brought my $2000 trumpet into Saied for a good chemical bath and TLC. I had an issue with a valve. I went in today to pick up a trumpet I thought was brand new. Holy Cow!!!! I havent had this clean of a horn since drum cops! (go blue devils!). This is the place to go.. The friendliest, most supporting staff Ive ever seen in multiple states. They won my business 100000%

The crew at Saied is awesome! We visited repairs, sales, the register, ran in to so many people and had such good vibes. They were friendly and knowledgeable and walked us through our purchases. They talked to us and figured out my son knows how to replace drum heads and saved us some repair charges. They special ordered some quad practice pads. I signed up with my cell number and got a text to welcome me and it said to text if I ever need them. Ten minutes down the road I couldn’t find my sunglasses so I DID text back and ask if they were on the counter. They walked through the store and parking lot to look for me. That place rocks and has the best crew!!

I went back to the store after buying a saxophone and an older man passed by me and went to the repair area. While he was back there I overheard a shameless conversation where one party was saying things such as black people being loud and inconsiderate was part of our culture. They wont be getting any more of my business.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I have been going here for about 5 years. I took lessons for a year and they were good. The teacher s were nice. If you are looking for good place to take lessons this isnt a bad place. They also have most if not all the books you need for band. They have a variety of instrumental accessories and needs.

Bad services, no return call upon completion, asked for a simple task ...to replace machine heads. Only 1/6 replaced....cost 100$This place is abysmal. Find a local shop or friend instead

I actually used to go here for lessons, I didnt really learn anything and didnt get any criticism on my playing, I had also gone to get my violin repaired and ended up cracking it on the scroll. If youre a string player you have better luck going to Tulsa strings for lessons and instrumental repairs.

Was in the store just before my daughters graduation...searching for just the right accessories to go with her new fender guitar and amp as part of her present. The staff helped me find just what I needed in the price range I wanted for a less than experienced player. The selection was great and all was in stock! Home run with daughter .... she now says Im cool!

There arent a lot of brick and mortar music stores around any more. I recently brought a composer/pianist in, who is getting a graduate degree and phd from UCLA, and he was impressed by the selection of sheet music available. The people working at the desk were very helpful. If you are thinking about buying sheet music online, go to this store instead. They have a great selection and can also order things for you that you cannot get unless you go directly through the publishing house. The selection of pianos is also incredible and extensive. This store has been around for a long time and I hope it stays around. I will always come to this place when I am in town.

My experience with Saied so far has not been good. When ordering a clarinet for my son I was very careful not to purchase the insurance plan. The confirmation I received clearly shows that no insurance plan was chosen (and I was not billed for the plan when I picked up the instrument.) However, a week later when I received my rental agreement for the instrument, the insurance had been added. I replied this the email twice, but apparently Saied does not monitor this email address (and nothing in the message suggest to the customer that the email address is not monitored.)Eventually I did reach a person and she suggested that I chose the insurance by mistake. I did not chose this by mistake. When I asked for a copy of the agreement I signed I was instead given a electronic document that appears to have been completed by Saied itself. She did eventually concede that Saied may have entered it wrong and removed it from my agreement. Never once did Saied try to force me to keep the insurance. But to suggest that I messed up was just offensive.The best I can tell is that either 1, Someone at Saied added this plan to my rental agreement without my consent. Or 2, during the confusion of picking up the instrument, a document was shoved in front of me with a misrepresented purpose. Either way, my opinion of Saied is that they are a predatory business that takes advantage of parents that lack the funds to purchase a thousand dollar instrument. Shameful.

Great customer service. I bought a violin online, I was under the impression it needed to be restrung. Took it in they told me it didnt need to be restrung just retuned. They did it while I waited and didnt charge me! I will definitely be using them for all further music needs!

The staff gave off the impression of little interest in offering their assistance as we helped ourselves to their musical inventory. The guitar rep seemed unapproachable and distant. On top of this and our guess the cause of it was the exorbitant retail prices on the merchandise which we were appalled by (except the lone Hammond organ they had, which wasnt priced high enough). I can credit them for the historically significant pianos in stock, however the store hasnt impressed me as a low income guitarist/pianist/vocalist (ever.)Burning Recommendation: Label prices on amps in the amp demo room. We were left scratching our heads in mock imitation of the sales rep who didnt know the price either! Next time were looking for gear on an emergency-basis well go to Firey Brothers.Our final words on Saied are that they are out of touch with the current economy as well as the largely neglected customer base that is greater Tulsa.

Personally, I only go to Saied Music for guitar string emergencies. Saied completely overlooks musicians between high school age and baby boomer age. This has led to bad sells and poor business... Their showroom was a ghost town, employees outnumbered customers by far.One employee stands out, Rick.. not as timid as the long-haired guy. He seemed bothered, I ignored it and began checking out guitars and keyboards for my 3 non-profit video and music groups. It was obvious that I annoyed employee Rick so I walked closer... with no introductions, he asked me if he could ask a question, then he blurted out Why would you come back here after writing such a shitty review? So I said, Every place deserves a second chance. So Rick reacted by making fun of my clothes and hair. After that, Rick wouldnt listen to me and honestly, I was in shock from the guys belligerence, and false air of entitlement. YES, Noah Benzing and I did write a one-star review of Saied Music Company on Google+ that came straight from our hearts. I can take responsibility for our actions... butI wont be responsible for Ricks overt attitude problem while working there.When Rick told me my money wasnt good at Saied Music and I needed to leave store, I realized they earned the bad reviews. As for big dog Rick, hes a grudge holding control freak/internet stalker who may or may not believe in Freedom of Speech or forgiveness... Oh well, at least he expressed his mind. His issues with me are nothing compared to my issues with this store. Armed with nothing to lose but time, Drunktank Oddity and I are going to film in that area to express our discontent for Saied and Rick, publicly and peacefully. So... Congratulations, Saied Music Company... I hope you enjoy petitioning, picketing, protesting, cameras, music, art, and negative press.. Its nothing personal, were just two groups with different ideals and purposes, Saied, a business stuck in the past with greed and discrimination on their side and Drunktank Oddity, the think tank of creative individuals with cameras, talents, music, lyrics, self-expression, acceptance, and Freedom of Speech on our side.
