Bought my First guitar here...Really Nice Resonator..The guy working, I cant think of his Name, but his Last name started with a U. He was awesome. Really great service. He played my guitar for me and he killed it by the way...super Helpful. Very knowledgeable. Overall Great experience. I drove 1.5 hours to get there and it was worth every minute. Will go back. Guaranteed. ALSO, I called before I left home asking about guitars and he actually took pictures and sent me prices of the stuff I was interested in and texted them to me so I didnt make the trip for no reason.👍👍🤙🤙🤙

I was assisted by an extremely helpful gentleman named Jim, who thanks to his experience as a saxophonist himself, and his comprehension with different styles of music worked with me to re-equip myself to play again in a very effective and enjoyable way. They keep a very clean and well maintained store with knowledgeable staff in a variety of areas and instruments. I would highly recommend!

I got my first guitar here when just 12 years old and been back many times since they have an outstanding display of many guitars and have some of the most beautiful fenders you can buy. The two guys that I do believe run it and own it are always helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help you out. As a matter of fact they also repair guitars and ill be bring the one in the picture for repair soon. Great local music store that I go to for guitars but gas much more. Go see for yourselves, trust me you wont be disappointed!

Great friendly staff. Helped me find the right guitar. Was priced differently online from an old add and they still were kind enough to honor it.

Back in 2011, I visited The Music Store just to look around. They had a Lake Placid Blue Fender Modern Player Marauder electric guitar. I played it and loved it. I worked about a mile from the store, so sometimes I would stop by on my lunch break. I ended up playing the guitar 4 or 5 times and liked it more every time I played it. I decided I wanted it. On a lunch break one day, I came in and played it. I talked to a guy who worked there and told him I was going to get the guitar whenever I could afford it. He told me that if I bought it that day, he would knock the price down from $399 to $336. I didnt have enough money to buy it so I asked him if I could put it on layaway. He said that I could as long as I put half down on it and I paid it off in 2 weeks. I came in that Friday after I got paid to make a down payment. The whole day, I was nervous, hoping the guitar was still there. I went to the store on my lunch break and it was still there. I put the guitar and a really nice hardshell case on layaway that day, putting $200 down. Two weeks later, I came to the store and paid the rest of the amount and also bought a few other things and brought the guitar home. It is an awesome guitar and everybody who plays it loves it. I got a brand new Fender (not a Squier, but a Fender) guitar for $336. What a value! I still have the guitar and I still love it. I baby it and try to take good care of it. It is unmodified and 100% original, which is rare because most Marauder owners put new pickups and hardware in theirs. I love this guitar.I highly recommend The Music Store to any musician. I got a great deal and the folks who work there are nice and very cool. When I bought the Marauder, I told them I wanted a professional setup. The guy who worked there strummed it a few times and said that it didnt need one. He could have taken my money and not touched it but he was honest and told me that it was set up perfectly from the factory. That is integrity. I was going to buy another guitar (a Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster) a year or two later but they had sold the one that they had so I bought a Tele from another store instead. I give The Music Store 5 stars.

Everytime Im Tulsa I make it a point to visit this store. They manage to have more variety in a small store than Guitar Center has in even larger stores. Their inventory and pricing is top notch, and staff is super helpful and friendly.

Great deals on guitar strings thia past week

The staff is awesome, they are very friendly & helpful. I went in Monday to get a tuner for my sons guitar. Then went back Tuesday to purchase a guitar for myself, I had an issue with it. I called Hector Wednesday & he offered an exchange without hassle. I highly recommend this store to everyone

The last time I went in. They were very rood to me. They do not have a since of humor. Ill never be back. Ill either shop at Guitar Center or on line. I guess they dont care for truck drivers? I wonder if they know that truck drivers make their deliveries?

What a fun place!!! They have lots of instruments and many associated accessories available here. The employees are so good to help you out with finding what you need. I found that they are very patient, even if youre not exactly sure what you want to buy.

Very nice place that had every instrument that you can think of. They also have books for beginners. If you buy a piano, they know if a person who can tune it for you. Very informative if you have questions.

No return policy. Prices are not competitive unless the manager hasnt sold anything in a while. When you have to return something, they treat you like an idiot. They communicated to me in a demeaning manner. I would only purchase guitar pics in the future. Its too bad... I dont like shopping at box stores, but we have a great staff at Guitar Center. Dont waste time and money at the Music Store... just go ask for Hector at Guitar Center.

One of the big stores for band instruments in Tulsa didnt act like they cared about my business. So I went to The Music Store and they were so easy to work with and so helpful. They do customer service the right way. I have bought a flute, a saxophone and a guitar there. I would not do business anywhere else! I just wish I could give them more than 5 Stars!
