Due to the storm we had to replace our beds. We went to the location on the Loop and Troup. At first my mom was reserved at spending that much money, but they gave us a great deal with a queen beauty rest, adjustable base and delivery. My mom decided to shop and found that Mason was not only giving us a great deal he was giving us the best deal! They had some issues with equipment Mason made us so comfortable and entertained that we didn’t care. He was personable, professional and friendly. I am so happy we came here . i will need a new mattress soon and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to see Mason at Mattress firm. If he moves to the store on the south loop that’s where i’ll go.

Always get my kids mattresses here they are sooo worth it even if you want to go cheap cheap better than going to a Aarons or A Rent a Center bought my 2 Nd pair for my son room I’m excited to get them tomorrow!!! Stopped by here yesterday and purchased a mattress from Bill. He was very courteous and professional, my wild 3yr old was running around and playing on his chair and he was kind and just wheeled the chair close to us and spun her around while he talked business and allowed us to lay in different beds to find one we liked. Im happy we came by here and purchased a mattress from this kind gentleman. Only downside was next day wasnt possible because of the time of purchase but the day after next was available and really wasnt that big of a deal to have to wait 2 days. Will edit my review after I receive my mattress.

I had a very excellent experience this young man explained everything i needed to know about the adjustable it was very comfortable and nice cool to touch. I feel like with this purchase it will give me the ability to change my sleep habits and for the better change my life.

Exchanging of a Mattress is a total scam. 90$ to return it then 20% restock fee. You basically almost pay for the bed twice. Outrageous. If I would have known this at the time of purchase I never would have bought a bed here. But NOOOO they hide the truth until its time to Exchange. SmhI absolutely would NOT recommend buying here.Also got the bed brand new in the plastic wrapping. I hadnt even taken the plastic all the way off when I started seeing plenty of spots on the bed where the stitching was coming out or non existent.SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Even though I didnt buy anything, I was still looking around and talking to the the Manager Mr. Johnson as he already knew I wasnt looking to buy anything right away but he still showed me there wide variety of products and provided me with tons knowledge of each item I inquired about and I really appreciate him for the paitence he had with me. I will definitely be visiting that store again real soon.

This location has no clue. Could not offer same day or next day delivery. They gave me 3 different delivery but claimed they sold their delivery truck. Very poor service. They wasted my time for me applying for financing. Wasted my time in store then called to change their story only to change it again after i called them on it. They dont care about losing business or doing good business. Safe your time and money. Go some place that wants your business. Oh and dont order online just as bad.

When you visit, ask for Bill Adams. He was very professional in helping us find first the category of mattresses we were interested in, and then narrowing it down to a specific model.
