I was told, dont go to them for the service cant 😒connect here, follow your heart ♥and knowing God doesnt make bad decisions and him first makes a huge difference..love my boost!

Went to buy a new phone last week on Saturday because my screen shattered on my previous one. The staff was very patient with me while helping switch over all of my information in the store as i didnt know how to do it at home. Unfortunately i did already accidentally shatter my phone again and will be back in about a week.

Definitely don’t recommend this store specially when the own sales person doesn’t keep their word on returning a device worst place to go to and sadly it’s the owner of the store that can’t keep his own word

The woman and man working the Boost Mobile store on Front St. In Tyler, TX. They are very knowledgeable about their plans,, service, cellphones, and accessories that Boost Mobile Carries. Boost Mobile may not get signals to low lying areas, however, their overall customer service is excellent and I recommend Boost Mobile over T-Mobile and Metro PCS anyday.

They HAVE FREE PHONES when you switch. This is the store to go to if you want a free phone. I was told there was only one Boost store by the ones down the road but I found this one. Their customer service was the great and got the phone I wanted.

When you go in store there was no customer service around like on June 27 2020 around 4:20 me and my daughter waited about 5 to ten minutes store was open but nobody was in front what kind of people work here boost is a good phone company but people are the store on front street in Tyler Texas they well I dont know what customer service is

Please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST INTERNET SERVICE ON A PHONE EVER EXPERIENCED !!! You will be lucky to get good service at 2a.m. but 99% of the time its SLOW to NO connection. Saving $10 is not worth having NO SERVICE...THEY ABSOLUTELY SUCK IN TYLER ..AND the only place i see it works good in is Corpus Christi.

Zalia was absolutely professional and oh how I wish I could steal her from Boost Front Street to work for my company. Service and comoetency shown by Zalia and Josh exceded my expectations. Wow.....speechless.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Came in to buy 2 new phones and start a new family plan. There was a girl wearing a beanie that tried to help us but when I asked questions about pricing and the difference between buying online in and in store she got an attitude was rude to my husband calling him a liar. Will never go back to this location ever. And i have been with boost for years now.

I came here a couple days ago there was two girls working one short with blond and the other the same way just somewhat taller . Both were unprofessional and rude and just manage to focus on there conversation instead of hearing me out. worst customer service.
