They staff is super friendly and they always tell me what I need, even if I don’t know what I went there for. And they make sure they are well stocked. Specially for the holiday pikacu collections that my little girls absolutely love.

Employee was nice hense the 2 stars but one employee the day after Christmas means crazy long line and they have ZERO controllers for any consoles period and half the games that are on the shelf you will also be told I dont have that in stock I would have to order it for you. Kinda a waste of time when if I wanted to order it I would of done so myself

The guy I talked to was so nice and helpful! He knows his stuff definitely and even gave me advice on where to sell my NES or to to buy games for it. I didnt catch the name but if I were the manager I would give this guy a raise! All in all service is great, great products and good employees.

Very helpful staff. I was buying games for my great grandson and had no idea what to get. The sales person spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and my great grandson was very happy with the games we decided on.

GameStop can be a good place to get games yes, but from my experience selling games or hardware to them is about inaccurate. I bought an $80 game and didnt like it. I brought it back and they gave me $30 for the game. It can be a good place to get games for a good deal. But in the long run selling is not good at all.

The associates are friendly, the new games are expensive. We purchased membership to their yearly program and basically received no benefits. If you hunt for certain games you can find a good deal.

My recommendation do not go to this store during the weekend. Its always extremely crowded and not nearly enough staff to assist customers. Also, if you have young children they can be extremely pushy in their recommendations and plus selling. If you have a preference for game stop. I would suggest either Broadway Square Mall store or South Broadway store in the Walmart shopping center.
