Aracely was very helpful and took her time to assist me. My phone had stopped working and she tried to fix it, but is a very old phone. Ended up buying a new one that was affordable.
My phone wasn’t working when we switched to Verizon so we stopped in to figure out what was wrong. Rebecca was friendly and quickly helped us. We were in the store for maybe 10-15 minutes and the problem was resolved. She was kind and explained what had happened to my phone!
The service I got was fast, friendly, accurate and helpful. I will keep coming back for this level of service.

I had great customer service with every experience. The only reason I had for going back several time was an issue with Verizon’s system being down. The young man who helped me was professional, honest, and, well, just amazing. I will say that they were a little short handed and he was alone but his service was worth the wait.

Russel from the Tyler Tx location off Shiloh was the best. I’ve dealt with Verizon many times but this time was different. Russel actually gave me options and explained the process of each.
We had a TERRIBLE experience at the store on loop 323, however we came to see Sergio in the Russell Cellular store across from Walmart on troop hwy and his professional etiquette, knowledge and all around AMAZING attitude made this trip by far the BEST experience with Verizon that we have EVER had!!!

I had to replace my Galaxy Note10. It took me 8 days to get a replacement phone and that was after spending 3 or more hours daily trying to replace my phone. When I got a replacement, the technical help number given to me by the insurance company was not a working number. I was so very frustrated.I contacted Vincent and he told me to come to the store and that he would help me and he did. I was very frustrated and agitated. He was calm and in a very busy store, took care of my issues, with a gentleness and kindness that was phenomenal. I will never go anywhere else for my wireless service.
I came in to buy product. Sales suggested i set up bus. acct. but could only do it Mon. Then, salesperson a no show. Set up for next day. Same treatment. No show and no else could help me. Dont waste your time here.

District manager and manager(Brittany) need to work on people skills. Worst service ever. Buyer beware. Call Verizon they are professional and solved my issue I had with my phone. If you cant do that please go to another Tyler location.

Russell Cellular has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My wife and I stopped in thinking this was an actual dealer. We dealt with the store manager and he out and out lied to us. Told us our bill was going to stay close to same with a senior discount. I find out that there is no such thing. My bill jumped up $62. He screwed us on our trade in cost. Told us we where getting one price got almost nothing. I lost $150 on deal after calling Verizon. this third party store should be shut down with what they do to senior Disabled vets.

They ordered wrong phone wrong plan then they signed me for 2 additional lines and after waiting 7 days for a phone canceled the phone and ordered next day from Verizon I then get my bill I have 2 extra line I didnt order and 2 extra phones plus multiple charges I now have over 5 hours trying to get resolved over an hour on phone with Verizon 3 different times.
Went in already decided on a phone and an idea of the plans offered, so half the work was done. I was unhappy with the fact that certain info wasnt provided up front. I was talked into a promo addition to my plan thatd be $0.99. After looking at my bill, its $5/month. Thats a $52 difference annually than expected.I upgraded and added a line. When they didnt have the phone I wanted in-stock, I said Id prefer to just go to a store that had one, the guy said a corporate store bought not honor the bogo promo... this was untrue.Ive dealt with authorized sellers in the past, and even prefer them to the main stores sometimes, but I wont be dealing with them again. Theyre focus is on making a sell, NOT making sure the customer gets the best deal.

Russell cellular is not a good place to go to. Sell you a phone you dont need. Tells you your phone is bad when nothing is wrong with it. Sells you a case thats not for your phone when you tell them its not. Hope I never have to go back.
