The Matcha Latte is unsweet, which I really liked.Baristas were again friendly, energetic and eager to inform you of their offerings.Nice place!

Nice, friendly vibe to this cute coffee shop. We met the owner Lydia who is passionate about providing great coffees and teas. I had a delicious iced coffee with coconut milk. There are a few tables inside and a nice outdoor patio. Would love to catch the live music one evening. Check it out!

Love this tiny cute coffee shop. Ive already been here twice, and more than like will be coming a lot more often. Its so refreshing to find delicious coffee and other fun beverages in such a quaint cozy little place right off the side of the road.Must try the Chai Latter Tea!!!!! It is absolutely perfect. :)

Finally! A local coffee shop that gets it! While I have been a local coffee shop lover for years, both in the Tyler area and back in Salt Lake City, Utah, where Im originally from, Ive yet to find a local coffee shop with stellar customer service. Until, today! Usually, there are these aloof hipster types running the place that either ignore you or tend to act like coffee snobs. But, at Big Shot Coffee House, you will find genuine human beings who treat you with respect and serve some great coffee. The quality of the coffee was excellent and so was my daughters smoothie. I really liked the vibe of the interior and the outdoor seating. And, there logo is super cool too! I highly recommend going to this coffee shop. Its nice to finally be proud to recommend a local coffee shop for more than just their brew. I dont have to say: Well, their coffee is good... but... No, buts here. Just go!

I love the ambience! Its a nice place to sit down a have a coffee. The staff are very nice and respectful. Overall great customer experience, but also great coffee as well. Heres the picture to prove it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to grab a coffee or just to sit and relax.

This place is incredible! The ladies that run it are amazing and provide the best, friendliest service! The definitely know their coffee!! The coffee tasted amazing. I got a vanilla oatmilk martini espresso and it was heavenly! My sister got carmel oatmilk latte and it was also amazing!! I love that they use coffee beans from Coffee City USA! So by buying coffee from this small business, you are also supporting another small, local business. The owner worked at Starbucks as a barista for several years and then was a coffee roaster at Coffee City USA for many years. She then left to start this coffee shop at the benefit of all of us. So thankful to finally have a good local coffee shop! Definitely a 5 star shop, and highly recommend!!

Good mom and pop coffee place. I thought this place was as good as Starbucks. I got the vanilla latte. It tased great, and their was not a long wait. I will definitely go back.

Only place in town where you can get cigars and coffee all in one. Also cigar friendly patio. Not many places like this exists any more. I always enjoy finding places like this, specially when its locally owned too.

Big Shot is our new favorite coffee spot. On the recommendation of a friend, we started going recently and have enjoyed the delicious fresh coffee as well as the warm and friendly staff. If you are a coffee enthusiast, you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by here for the first time, the staff was very friendly and talkative asking where I was from and what brought me in. Cold brew was yummy and prices not bad - they also have a drive thru! Looking forward on returning back to try more goodies. I heard about them from a local rants/raves page and I’m still learning my way around Tyler - they are in a different part of town than the other coffee shops which I like. Wishing them the best

Living in the Flint/Gresham area we have all been waiting for a quality coffee shop to pop up. Finally, it has arrived. I took the family to get coffee Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised. My latte was perfectly balanced my wifes cortado was on point and my kids Java shakes were delicious. It was also nice to find a cute atmosphere with a vision to do more from the owner. Happy to have this gem nearby!

This coffee shop is INCREDIBLE! It has a very chill and vintage vibe on the inside, which is perfect for studying or meeting up with a friend. The coffee and tea is delicious and they have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The baristas are so kind and the owner is incredibly sweet and loves chatting and getting to know all of the customers. If you are in the Tyler area you should totally try it out!
