Very pleased with Lana, manager of AAA Shilo Storage. She explained everything clearly. Grounds and office area very clean & organized. My first time to use this facility and would highly recommend to anyone.

I am so happy with this place. I rented a U-Haul... On a Saturday morning. Lady said as long as you have it back by Monday at 8am I wont charge you but fot ine day. Amazing lady and clean and easy process!!

I have personally used this storage facility and felt very secure using their services. I have bought supplies from this location and rented several uhaul in the past. I see some of the past reviews and understand that the owners had different staff in the past. But I will go above and beyond and say that Lana, the Incredible woman that is running this location now is one of the kindest and most helpful people you can find to help you. She is a Gem and I would recommend her any day of the week and have to close friends and family who needed storage. The facility is clean and gated. Their prices are extremely competitive and Lana really makes you feel at home and puts you at ease knowing she is there almost every day of the week. 5 Stars!

Im not sure about their storage, but I was supposed to be renting a vehicle through their location and the lady at the front was very rude and unhelpful. When I kindly asked her to have a better attitude she hung up the phone on me. Great customer service.... NOPE

UPDATE: Area Manager was very prompt in responding and gave me a credit for the fuel charges. I will concede that since this is in an unsecured area, it is possible for someone to come siphon fuel after drop off. Again, this is a good reason to do all you can to return while they are open (which negates this locations main draw) but at the very least take pictures of EVERYTHING: fuel gauge, odometer, condition.ORIGINAL POST:Do NOT RENT Uhaul from this location! BEWARE! Unless you have time to verify ALL paperwork before you sign, and return DURING their limited business hours so you can VERIFY everything, they will FALSIFY their paperwork and charge you twice what you signed for. They falsely stated the gas in truck was more than it was. That should have been my first clue. The truck was a mess (that was my second clue.) I dropped off after hours and they falsely claim there was less gas in than there was (after I added a half a tank of gas at my own expense), resulting in additional charges of nearly $100.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Lana has been a pleasure to work with. I have had a unit here for close to 2 years grwat communication and service!
