These guys are awesome, very respectful and also very thorough. They also are very knowledgeable and if they don’t know they will pursue all available sources to find out what your vehicle needs and how to fix it. I’ve never been overcharged and have never had them say I needed something for my vehicle when it didn’t need it. I went in for an estimate and dealt with Jeremy. He was patient and showed me the problem while the car was up on the lift. There was a flat labor rate of $85/hour. I obtained my own parts, no problem, they put that on the car. Prices quoted are cash prices. There is a 3% added fee for credit cards, understandable as the credit card processors charge them a fee. I was satisfied with the work as it was done quickly and correctly. I recommend them based on my one time experience.

Always good prices. Expect the brakes. But simple stuff usually very cheap.

Very knowledgeable and friendly family run business. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. Always fair on prices and very reliable work. I’ll always take my cars to one of their locations. Fairborn, Urbana, and coming soon Springfield.

A little over a year ago we had our brake caliper go out. We brought it in on a Saturday they said it would be done on Monday we didnt get it back until that Friday. Their reasoning they had ordered the wrong part and we had to wait on the right one. Fast forward a year later. The caliper goes out again. This time I take it to our trusted mechanic to fix. Upon taking it off he said it looked to be original not a caliper just a little over a year old plus they said my spindle was damaged. I called Muffler Brothers. They told me there was nothing that could be done since I didnt bring it to them. I called their corporate office. The corporate person said I could bring back the part and they could send it through warranty so I could be reimbursed on the part. The shop here in town refused to do that. Also I got them to admit it wasnt even new but just the original caliper remanufactured to work yet they charged me the full price as if new. So needless to say I would never take my car back there even if they were the last shoo on earth.

These guys are great. Always straight-forward, cheaper than everyone else on prices. Most repair shops seem to charge too much or try to screw people over, but not these guys. I recommend this place to all my friends, I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Do not recommend. Cuts corners just to get the job done quickly. Used to sell used tires as new at the shop they used to own in Bellefontaine. They put the wrong oil filters on cars and engines have blown because of it. Customers have also had tires not tighten completely after jobs have been done. Hires completely untrained technicians. There was a fire caused by an inexperienced welder on a customer car in the Urbana shop. Technicians also smell like marijuana and alcohol. This place is a law suit waiting to happen. The same family own and run Springfield, Urbana, and Fairborn.
