So this year February 2020 I bought a 2007 Nissan Versa it was a red hatchback had a hundred and twenty thousand miles on it from what I saw was good on gas, Antonio convinced and promised me, that it was a good car.. he had all kinds of nice things to say about the car, 6 months later the September transmission goes out on the car and Im out of $4,200 because I bought the car as is.. just because cars look good on the outside doesnt mean that they are good on the inside just because the man that is trying to sell you the car talks a good game doesnt mean hes not a snake underneath all smiles.. I would not recommend that you go to bb&a what can I say theyre crooks.

I called this dealership and asked about the 2002 Jeep Liberty that was on their site. Antonio said it was a good car, no problems, Im here all day. I asked to be sure that it was on the lot as we were driving an hour and half to check it out.When we arrived Antonio went and started the Jeep for us, it was running rough. The Jeep had a vibration to it and sounded like it had an exhaust leak. When I pointed out the exhaust leak, Antonio said Yeah, has leak.All four tires were practically bald, two were flat. He had apparently no inkling to let us test drive it as he knew we were coming.A rust spot about 8x8 on the rear passenger door was rusted all the way through the jamb.After opening the hood and looking at the engine compartment, the struts that hold open the hood were not working. There was smoke coming from the manifold. After taking a couple of handfuls to smell what it might be, it indeed was burning oil.I apologized to Antonio for taking his time and told he we will have to pass on the vehicle. He threw his hands up in the air and dismissed us promptly.I understand we are looking at a used car, and there are going to be issues. The problem I have is asking about issues beforehand and explaining we are driving 3 hours round trip to spend $3500 on a car only to be told mis-truths.Perhaps in the future I should ask for a video walk through.

We drove 1.5 hours to check out a vehicle we saw listed online. Upon arrival, we were the only customers there. The owner swiftly turned on the car and allowed us to visually examine it; however, it did not appear that he had any intentions in allowing us to test drive it. After about 5 minutes of looking over the vehicle and seeing that there were some serious concerns not shown in the listing, we decided against it... apologizing for wasting his time. With this, he threw up his hands and turn off the engine without saying anything in response.

Great car, great price, great guy! Antonio, the owner, is willing to help you out any way he can and works hard to take care of his customers. We test drove the car we were interested in and realized it needed a wheel bearing replaced. Without hesitation, he agreed to us taking it to our mechanic for an inspection. Along with the wheel bearing, it needed a new tie rod end and few other minor repairs. Antonio offered to fix the wheel bearing and we agreed on a lower price due to the other needed repairs. However, when we came back to pick up the car later that afternoon, not only had he fixed the wheel bearing, but also the tie rod end and the other minor repairs, like the hood support strut!While there is no warranty on the car, Antonio made sure we had his card so we could call him if we had any questions. He also gave us the card for his mechanic and told us to let him know we were one of Antonios customers and he would take care of us if we had any problems. We couldnt have had a better experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Bought a car with 88 thousand miles that I was PROMISED, was a great car, and nothing was wrong with it. The mans wife was promising all the work that had been done, how a new battery would be placed and that this was a great buy. I was NEVER offered a the option of a warranty. next day the car couldnt even accelerate without sputtering and jumping. Went to get a diagnostic and got a LONG list of issues. I called the man back and he said, I dont know what to tell you, you never payed for a warranty, I said I never was offered a warranty, and proceeded to tell me I should drive the car, it was fine, even with a messed up transmission! Please do not waste your hard earned money at this shop. Terrible experience
