Absolutely love bath and body works! Theyve always had great customer service, greeted me every time Ive gone in. Very good at recommending their products. They are very helpful and welcome. Every scent smells beautiful. Definitely recommend visiting bath and body works.

Its was good ..got my lotion...I miss the coupons...why are they not sending the coupons???

I went in to grab some gifts this morning real quick. They were having a really good sale and I wanted to make sure everything I got was on sale. I went up to the registers and Jaden helped me out. She knew what was on sale before even ringing anything up. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, and made everything so smooth for me. She’s great!!

Shopping for things to make your house feel homey can be overwhelming but the ladies in the shop today were more than helpful. They let me meander and look around and when I needed help looking unfruity and light scents they steered me in the right direction. I appreciate not getting a hard sell. I walked away happy with my purchases and not buying anything that I will want to return. 100% satisfied.

I was greeted when I walked in. As I was walked around the store I was asked if I needed any help or could they help me find anything. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

They are practicing social distancing guidelines for the county and state. They always have really good deals during their semi annual sales. I usually only go in during this time and stock up until the next sale happens. Rinse and repeat. The place is clean and the people are nice and helpful.

Bllllaaaahhhh. A typical BBW with too much sweet smelling alcohol drying fragrances and lotions. I only come for the candles and plugins. The hand wash is ok as long as you follow up with a moisturizing hand lotion such as Kiehls.

This is the best stocked Bath & Body Works around! Always has a bunch of different scents I cant find at other East Bay Bath & Body Works stores.

Im familiar with all of the Bath & Body Works stores in the Bay Area and beyond, and I can say this is easily one of the nicest and most organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Im not gonna lie though; my favorite part is that you can park directly out front of the store rather than having to trudge through a huge shopping mall to get there and back.

Everything seems to smell the same. Very nice staff and atmosphere store is clean nice placement of products.

Way over crowded for this period in time with COVID. their were lines at other stores but I dont think anyone was counting the amount of people inside and gradually letting people in.

Deborah was so helpful! I really love the fall scents and she pointed out all of the Spring scents that were similar like Spring Leaves and Praline Pecan. It wouldve taken me a while, if I even tried, to find something I liked without giving up!! Went here with my wife. A very nice selection of products, and a friendly staff meet you. I am giving them 3 stars, instead of higher, because they anchored the entrance doors WIDE OPEN, in the evening, in WINTER with a wind blowing that expensive warm air into the atmosphere. Nonsense.

One place I dont mind shopping at. Good smells, and good products. Makes good gifts for whenever you want to give a present.

This is a big store compared to some. Always sales and specials. I buy all my body wash from this brand as I find it has great smell without being overwhelming.

I love the experience of shopping here. The staff in this particular location in the vacaville outlet mall, is consistently friendly. They are all very helpful . They all are happy and smiling . Sign of good management. I always go in for one thing and come out with six things, haha.

Usually a good experience but today walked in with my family and we weren’t greeted but instead stared down by an elder lady (Karen) she looked nervous to approach us. I’m guessing because we had brown skin and she was Caucasian .. She nervously followed me as a walked toward the lotion and I had to look at her and smile to see if she would greet me and she still didn’t. All she did was stare at the coupons in my hand and said Oh you have coupons.. and I said Yes I do and smiled at her! and she kept a straight face & walked away... after shopping a little while a Caucasian lady walked in and the same lady Karen goes up to her and happily greeted her and tells her all about the promotions everything like what they are supposed to do.. seriously get a different job if you aren’t going to treat all your customers with the Same Respect. !
