Had such a BLAST today while my stylist brought out her magic wand......these ladies are totally ESSENTIAL!!!I LOVE the way my hair came out!

Was spoiled today with a quick highlight, stunning haircut and absolutely relaxing time with Ms. Cathy! All the ladies were in good humor, high spirits and providing fabulous services as I had the opportunity to people watch while my color was setting. I also appreciated all the teasing - although Im not sure I can ever look at a pair of dentures again without giggling.

Im a long time customer and I definitely cant complain. They always do a superb job everytime my son and I come in. Thanks ladies for all you do.

I brought myself and my girlfriend there on Valentines day and they lived up to their name, absolutely FANTASTIC job. I had my hair buzzed and my girlfriend found a picture of a hairstyle online and they got it dead on, and they even shampooed our hair for free! They are complete professionals and the shop has an extremely nice environment. Would recommend to anyone getting any type of haircut, and they are for sure mine and my girlfriends permanent hair stop. Great job guys! Could not be more pleased with the job they did. I never write reviews for anything but I felt the absolute need to tell the world about how amazing that place is. Thank you again Fantastic Sams, great job!

My hair was very damaged and had a box dye job. Tae did an amazing job- colored and gave me a cute bob, reasonably priced too. I highly recommend!

I have been going to this establishment for a couple years and have never had a bad experience and I love to go for that reason and because I get the best hair cuts. This was the last place I went with my mom before she passed and they were so kind the next time I came in. The girls are so sweet and the place is always clean. My kids even love getting hair cuts here. WAY BETTER and CLEANER than Supercuts.

I love that Fantastic Sams takes walk- ins! One day I found that my schedule had opened up so I headed over there.All the staff is friendly and helpful.Bianca did my hair and spent the time to take my roots from a dark brown back to a platinum blonde, and then put gorgeous color on top of that.I got compliments for weeks! By far the best salon experience Ive had. I will be returning for my root touchups again.

I watched a friend get a hair cut here twice, and the amount of times the hairdresser got distracted or stopped to chat with her co-workers was appalling. They also stop working on the client in front of them to answer the phone and talk to another customer. Good customer service means you address the customer in front of you first. I will definitely be searching elsewhere to find a hairdresser that gives their undivided attention to their customers.

I went in for a haircut a few weeks ago and I had to fix it so that it was even. I thought it was just the stylist so I took my daughter in today and her hair is also uneven. The stylists are very friendly but I would not let them touch my hair or my kids hair again.

Was told by two seperate bueticians that it would be a half hour wait, then I watched one of them go to lunch. After waiting for an hour and looking around realizing no one was going to be getting to me for another 15 mins or so, I kinda felt like waiting for longer than an hour would be wasting time. They might give great haircuts!!! But I never got that far.

It was my first time there just went in for a trim to get my hair even out very welcoming Simone did a great job !! I would go back for sure!!

Rude. When I said I didnt like she made my eyebrows really thin and it looked horrible, she asked me to LEAVE (twice). That was mean & rude, kept saying I didnt do anything you asked me not to do. Really? I had told her clearly I just wanted a clean up and DO NOT make it thin. Offered me haircut free (lame), I didnt accept free services because the person spend her time. Is it so hard to be a little polite and be attentive to what a customer really wants? If you get feedback for your work, TAKE IT! Own the mistake instead of asking the customer to LEAVE. Not worth a penny. They keep customers waiting and take them in randomly and not on first come first serve basis. DO NOT GO. Stay miles way from this stylist (duh!). They might just ask you to leave.. lol. Spoiled my day.

Extremely surprised when washed my little guys hair and realized when the stylist combed it to the side she disguised a ridiculously uneven cut. Literally a couple inches difference from one eyebrow to the next. Plus his left side isnt blended the same as the right. Now I have to take him to another salon to get it fixed. It shouldnt be that hard for a professional to cut a basic boys cut.

The lady was very nice but i asked for a haircutt &style&all she did was cutt the back strait across .for $20?i coulda did that myself!!!Not too happy
