I do not recommend this company AT ALL.I love the staff. The place is so clean. The company itself is the problem. I agreed to less services because I was a little late. I asked if my leg wax could go all the way up. I guess not. Its the only place Ive ever been to wear a full leg wax is not actually the full leg. The wax pass was a mistake because I feel obligated to finish it out. :(

I wanted to love this place. The customer service was great and the place was very clean. However my wax is so bad! Most of my hairs got broken off instead of pulled out so it feels like I shaved a day ago. I have light hair even down there and I am disappointed that so many patches of hair got missed.

I was terrified to go get my bikini wax because of a previous painful experience somewhere else but this time I was pleasantly shocked!! I booked with Abbey and she was PHENOMENAL ! It was a great experience and she was patient and kind.This waxing experience changed the game for me! Abbey was knowledgeable and skilled. This was more than bearable! I already booked my next appointment!

They take Covid Cleanliness extremely serious here. Guests are to scan a barcode at the door to check in. A text will be sent to your phone when they have finished sanitizing your room. Your temperature will be taken as soon as you step inside the lobby. Abby was amazing!! She was very attentive and reassuring. I booked a follow up before I left.

Scheduling is quick and easy. Staff is super friendly. Ive had many different waxers at this location work on me and I have had zero problems with any of them. Finding parking can be quite annoying during the lunch rush and after work hours since it shares a lot with multiple restaurants.
