I had a great experience at the Pharmacy! They were very helpful, professional and super nice! Thank you to the guy at the front counter and the very nice doctor who gave my mom the covid shot.

If only I could give negative stars. I did the express pickup process online and paid for script only to show up to the store unable to access the code bc the service is down. There’s nothing “express” about the pickup it still took a life time and had to pay twice for prescription bc the express system was down. So backwards and inefficient. Somebody please tell me why is Walgreens still in business? I feel bad for the employees they work as hard as they can but the system is asinine.

Honestly terrible service all around. Pharmacy tell u something is ready, you get there and its not. You always have to come back another day. Lines are really long. Over 40min wait. Always a long wait on the phone. Never give you proper information. Hung up the phone on me so many time while I was waiting on hold. Go to a different pharmacy.

Sandy 3rd age woman with pink and purple hair was extremely rude not coming back ever again. People like that shouldn’t be working. She threatened me to to stop talking back or she would not ring me up.

Hands down the worst Pharmacy in Solano County. Walgreens should take note of the terrible customer service these Pharmacy Employees have. Read the previous posts, they are sadly 100% true. Im currently on the phone now and have been on hold for 30 minutes, nobody has spoken to me and every few minutes the phone will ring until someone picks up only to be placed on hold AGAIN. You know a real person is picking up the phone as you can hear people talking in the background...the person picking up the phone doesnt bother to say anything to you, they just place you on hold....again and again. How hard would it be for someone to speak to you even if they just told you that they are busy etc. and then place you on hold. I guess I have learned my Lesson! They dont want my business. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these unprofessional people.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. They always put you on hold right away without a greeting. And then it will ring again, only to be placed on another hold, this cycle is endless until they feel like picking up! The line at the pharmacy is extremely long always, and they never have anything ready when they say they will.

They always have my “special order” Med in stock....other than that this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced!There’s 1 line for pick up And drop off of prescriptions...and considering how slow the staff is, and there’s only ever 1 person at the counter, I’m lucky to get out of there in 20 minutes! Just to drop off a prescription!! N that’s if there’s 1-2 ppl ahead of me.Honestly, if they didn’t always carry my meds I wld never go back!And the rest of the store is clean...but also lacks staff most the time.It’s hard to understand y any cash register, pharmacy OR NOT, has more than 4 ppl waiting to pay at one time!Ten days ago there were 8 ppl waiting to pay at the front. There was 1 cash register open and 2 other Walgreens staff in an aisle chatting n laughing while everyone sat n waited.I understand not everyone can b a cashier. But maybe! Don’t allow staff to stand around while there r frustrated customers not being served!

Love the makeup/cosmetic section. The department manager takes pride in her area and everything is always nicely presented.The store as a whole has a little bit of everything and they do mark downs regularly so its good for getting deals.

The customer service is excellent!! You may have to wait a little bit but its worth the wait! I went today to pick up RXs and Liza knew my name!! That was very nice!!!

They were fairly slow when I went in and I was able to find what I was looking for in a couple minutes. No one asked me if I needed help, but they were all pretty busy so I didnt mind. Its small enough to find what you need easily and clean and organized. Im glad they had the store brand for Zaditor because its not cheap. I was able to save a few bucks with the same active ingredient in the Walgreens brand.

Pharmacy is getting bad, I received a email saying that there is a delay on my medication due to my insurance and to call for any questions. So I call them and ask the lady why is there a problem with my insurance and she rudely says “you can’t pickup your medication because it’s to soon” and I said I wasn’t trying to pickup my medication to soon I was just responding to your email telling me to call you about my insurance, and by the way I have never ever picked up or attempt to pickup my medication sooner then I had to, she said nothing not even an apology. This exact thing happened twice before and it was the same lady. Get it together guys your slipping fast...

I am not sure why so many people are complaining about the pharmacy. They have a wonderful pharmacy with friendly staff. And the store is very neat and organized.

Very bad pharmacy service

Pathetic service. The pharmacist a young lady told me she will help me with the medicine in a moment. instead she made me wait 25 mins so i had to reach out to another guy who was kind and helpful. he provided me with the proper medicine in a minute( which she made me wait for 25 mins)

Standard pharmacy convenience store. Has been here at the same location for years. They have all the necessities, prices are fair, and the customer service is usually pretty good.

Always has everything i need to get

I come in this place where I can hardly walk. They tell me 25 minutes and that I will get a text message notification when ready. After almost an hour waiting in my car I walk in in severe pain and the person tells me oh yea it’s been ready. No notification and I had to endure ungodly pain due to their indifference.

Very friendly staff i also get my medication there.

I look alternative if thats what you want to call it, I went to look at makeup, instantly over the intercom they called someone over. After being asked 3 TIMES if i need help they call over the intercom security watch the floor after that I was watched like a hawk and was continuously asked if I needed help. (This was in a tiny span of 5 minutes mind you )I felt extremely uncomfortable and I felt very offened. I honestly probably make more money than the people who work there and I have no reason to steal but thank you guys for making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome in ur store.

HORRIBLE!Placed an order for photos. I get an email saying they are ready so I get up and go to get them. Get there for them to say they can not sell me the already printed pictures of me. Say that I cannot buy them until I get a letter from the photographer who took them permission. I have never had to do this before and it took them 2 days to print off 50 pictures. So ridiculous. They could have a least mentioned in the email or called me to state that I cant get them. So horrible! I will never print my pictures here ever again!!!

Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. Long lines terrible customer service and no drive though. Called me to say prescription is ready but it really is not. Very unorganized.I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Store is wonderful but the pharmacy is the worst i ever had to deal with either they short staffed and got to close early and the wait times are long and the line refills take for ever to get ...

I would recommend Walgreens to a friend.

The pharmacy are crooks. They made me pay full price for a refill when they had my doctors new medicine order. When I asked for a refund they said I chose to refill it and would not refund my money. After 20 years I will never use them again.

I dont recommend Walgreens pharmacy. There is only one person checking in/out prescriptions There is always a long line and it doesnt matter what time of day. Also dont call in refills unless you speak with a persondont call in refills unless bother callin

Typical Walgreens. Dont try to go to the Pharmacy in the evenings. They only have 1 person usually working the counter and there are usually 10+ people waiting in line on any weekday. Selection of grocery related items is very sparce and over priced.

This pharmacy is horrible.Multiple times now Ive been told to come down and pick up a prescription thats ready, and its not..Most recently after waiting for 45 minutes in line..Worst pharmacy Ive been to.
