My service advisor was James Lawrence and I was greeted with friendliness and a kind welcome. As I informed Mr. Lawrence of my concerns with my vehicle, and he communicated the services that will be done and an estimated price for the completion of services. Upon completion of my vehicle being serviced, Mr. Lawrence closed out my services with detailing the items that were performed along with recommended repairs for the future. I appreciate the assistance and experience I had on my visit with Valdosta Nissan.
Shane the service advisor that helped our 82-year-old mother was amazing! They were broke down on a Sunday and they got them in right away on Monday morning and diagnosed the vehicle and had us an answer in a very timely fashion. Shane stayed in contact with us throughout the process and my mother wound up driving away with a new vehicle due to a transmission failure on her older model Nissan. Thanks to the Service Manager as well he was very kind and professional. The sales staff also sold my mother a vehicle that she was very happy with and help to make it a simple process. I normally don’t go to Nissan dealerships for my 2010 Maxima because it not worth the dealership repair rates but this time I am glad I took it to Valdosta Nissan. Originally a local repair shop said the starter was good so the issue was either my engine or my transmission. So now I am thinking $$$ for a new engine. It was suggested I take it to the dealership and I was very hesitant but I did and Mr James(Tech) said he would look at and keep me updated each step and he did just that. He told me the starter was bad and needed to be replaced and we go from there. Come to find out it was the starter that was the problem not the engine or Transmission as originally told by local repair shop. The money spent was worth getting a certified accurate account of what the problem is and getting it fixed. Thanks Mr James for keeping things honest and to his team. Mrs Katrina was very nice also in setting my car up to be looked at . They both made me feel comfortable that my car would be treated as theirs would be.
Everyone was helpful, service manager was stand offish, guess thats part of the job to not engage customers except when they buy a vehicle. I will make sure to not try to to talk to him again, its almost like he is like he is to good to talk to me. Other that love the place.
My experience started out not so well, but Anita jumped into action and made everything right. It took a little longer than I expected for my custom seats to come in. But Anita kept me in the loop every step of the way calling and giving me updates on what was happening. She went above and beyond even re ordered my seats b/c the service tech initially told me I couldn’t get the seats I originally wanted. The dealership are the cost and did what they had to do to make sure I was happy and received exactly what I paid for. To me this was exceptional service, they even gave me a loaner the day of install and filled my car up with gas.
James is very knowledgeable and and explains everything thing pertaining to diagnosis and your bill and he has outstanding customer service I highly recommend James for your service rep!
Very great customer service with Joe in the Advisor Department he totally kept me on top of things. Sometimes we second-guess getting a repair done and want to jump straight to a new car purchase but I am satisfied.
The service department was very nice helpful with my questions on my brakes and I was in and out with in 30 minutes very fast

They did everything they said they would....excellent mechanic, excellent service advisor and excellent parts person.
My service there was great as always. However there was another customer in the waiting area who was having a loud dispute with what sounded like an insurance company. She’d argue with them then say “I’m so tired of these white people”. It made me very uncomfortable. No service people or staff ever acknowledged her or asked her to go someplace else with her argument.
My transmission went out and I took my 2014 Altima here to have it fixed. Now to make a long story short, I had been taking my car back and forth to another Nissan dealership because my car was surging and not changing gears correctly but they just said they couldn’t find anything wrong because it wasn’t giving off any codes. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty because it was years later when the car finally decided to quit working. Eric in the service dept. did a great job walking me through what to do and contacting the warranty company for me. I would have been devastated if I had to pay out of pocket! They got my car fixed and ready to go within a few days (I think it was about 4 days) after the warranty company approved it. I was very satisfied!

The service that I used was Rotation of my tires, and I was asked to change oil, but my oil change wasnt suppose to be done until 10,000 miles, I only had 5,285 miles.
Dropped in without an appointment they didn’t turn me away.Thank God !Had to wait just a bit but that was okay.Got a cup of complimentary coffee and in less than an hour an 15 minutes I was out the door.aGreat staff !
When I went to pay for my vehicle they told me they did not except checks. An elderly Caucasian man came up and they told him the same thing but they excepted his check while I had to pay with a debit card. To me this was not a representation of diversity and I felt somewhat insulted.

I called to find out what it would cost just to have my car electrical problem diagnosed. And just for a diagnosis it ranged anywhere from 100 to $400 and that wouldnt be applied to the cost of the repair. I dont understand how that guitar so much and it not be applied to the cost of the repair. So of course I still have the problem. I recently went and put a OBD2 tool on it and it read me out all the codes that is wrong with it and now Im fixing it myself. I just dont see how they come up with that cost
