I just recently moved to the area and was so glad I found this location to fix my iPhone screen. The store is very clean, well organized, and managed well. I truly appreciate the guy that fixed my phone, walking through all the steps to ensure my phone was working in all aspects. I’ve had my screen replaced at other place and never did they go through every function with me to make sure the phone was working. I highly recommend this store for getting your screen fixed! Also, while I was there I was able to purchase the hard to find kitchen light bulbs I needed. It was a win-win day for me. I will definitely be back!

Ordered online. Received an email within 10 minutes stating my order was ready for pickup. While on the way to the store, I received a call from the store to tell me the battery was not in stock and a new shipment was arriving in 4 days. We worked out a replacement while still on the phone and it was ready when I got there. 5 stars to the store. The store experience was as pleasant as could possibly be. 1 star to the corporate web site on their inventory knowledge. Overall great place to shop. Got a rebate and a discount. Just call the store for an actual inventory first. I highly recommend.

I waited a while to actually change my review on this place because I wanted second opinions, and Im severely disappointed compared to my first experience. I had knocked my phone off of a fridge, and it had definitely been broken. Since it was severely damaged, I took it in for repairs right away, and I booked an appointment with Batteries Plus Bulbs because I looked at the reviews. I booked an appointment online and had received $10 off in store, and I specifically said there were no 3rd party actions before the first repair. I knew this because my aunt, who I received the phone from, had treated the phone like a baby. I only found this out after I learned that my replacement screen was defective. Besides the iPhone SE incident, I had taken my grandmothers tablet to the store for a battery, and the employee didnt even explain what we needed to for the tablet. I have been severely let down by this place.TL;DR/Conclusion: Fast job, horrible service.

I recently had my iPad Air 2 screen replaced I also had to have the battery replaced. The employee I dealt with was Chandler. He was very professional and friendly. They did the repairs very quick and got my iPad back to me the same day. I was surprised to know they give you half off the second repair if you do them at the same time. Great service and very reasonable repair! I’ll definitely be back.
