The only reason I haven’t given a 1 star review is because of Matthew, a salesman. Matthew made my car buying experience easy, fast and pain free from the second I walked into the door. I’ve had a few issues with my new vehicle (used), Matthew helped me out even on the weekends answering the phone to meet my consumer needs. Give this guy a promotion or something. Also, everyone has been very friendly and the service department has been great as well.

Amazing service. Our car broke down in the middle of a cross country trip. They took care of us quickly and efficiently and were very honest. Drove us to and from a hotel nearby and were extremely kind throughout the entire process. I would rate it 20/10 if I could. Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and safe. Received a postcard in the mail, stating my truck had been recalled for airbag issues .Even though I bought my truck used, I called Cass Burch, and they gave me an appointment right away...at no cost. It was stated that it might take a couple of hours, but was ready in about 45 minutes. The people there were very nice, no issues at all, and now I feel safer knowing my airbags will be dependable. If I could give Trent at the Service Department a higher rating then A++++ I would! I came in at closing and he promptly had my car taken back and the issue fixed until I could bring it in and with a smile !The next morning I had to come back ( my fault ) and they fixed the problem and I was at work within a few and all with a smile :)Thanks to everyone there! Great staff and great service. I live 40 miles away. Had to leave my truck there overnight because a part had to be ordered and would not be there until the next day. They took me home and came back to pick me up when my truck was ready.
Sales department is awesome, but when it comes to the mechanic thats in the service department improvement is needed. We bought my vehicle in a couple of times with transmission problems and all he did was reset it. My husband, who has training in the mechanic area told him the transmission was going out still nothing. Now that the warranty is up they telling me your going to need a transmission, weve been telling you that since day one.
Wow by far the best dealership in town hands down. Did I mention the service department. Wow ! There was a young lady who is the service manager, I was certainly impress by the knowledge she had in her job at hand. I saw first hand that she was very instrumental with her team and that if I may say is a leader in my eyes. Kudos Mr. Cass Burch for hiring professionals at your place of business. Cass Burch did an incredible job from start to finish! Ryan in parts was so helpful and my part was in very quickly. The technicians were quick and the issue was fixed the first time! Everyone was extremely polite. Definitely would recommend their service department to anyone!

I will never use Cass Burch again for an oil change or tire rotation. It cost $95 for the oil change and $25 for the tire rotation. Total paid was $134.08. That is price gouging. Unbelievable!

I bought a used Chrysler Pacifica from the dealership in Valdosta, GA, and I have never dealt with anyone there who was less than professional, friendly and accommodating. Ive gone back for service a few times and they have even sent a staff member to puck up and bring back my vehicle when the issue wasnt resolved the first time. I was astonished and appreciative of such diligence in taking care of my vehicle.There is still an unresolved problem with maybe the transmission that the service department has not been able to detect and because I have been experiencing some health problems, I havent been able to get back up to Valdosta. I will schedule an appointment when Im able to, hopefully in the next few weeks.
Worst service department ever. They never want to return calls when they say they will or update you on the status of your vehicle until youve called them because its way past the time they said it would be ready. And when you call theyre like, oh yeah, its ready for pickup 5 minutes before they close.

Made a telephone appointment for an oil change & jeep engine check. Very courteous receptionist on the other end. Arrived for appointments, oil change first day then next day for a tune up. Both times can not complain one bit. Very outstanding service on the check in service. Friendly & helpful service team Cass has working there. Answered questions with knowledgeably without going to get an answer. Service fast. While waiting I went to look outside to see whats for sale & sales rep caught up with me and showed & answered questions on different vehicles I was interested in. Unlike other car dealerships, he wasnt pushy or made his sales pitch of how great a deal I can get if I buy today attitude. Thats one reason I bought vehicles from him the last 2 times. Other reason I bought my jeep from him, is because I help build with his team at the last Habitat for Humanity houses building project. He donated back to the community with Habitat as well as many other organizations. Good man & great friendly Company.

Have a 2015 ram 1500 which had a EGR recall due. When I contacted parts I was told they have no parts to perform the recall and they could not order them for me. In fact he told me to just keep calling back to check if any came in (no priority system). I did some searching online and found a forum which Ram cares was part up and they were able to send parts to my local dealer and mark them for me. The experience with the service center was great they did the job in about 2 hours, which is quick compared to most post I saw on the forums and also programmed 2 key fobs in the time. Also took the time to check if I was in the military and provided a discount on the key fob programming. Overall great experience just need to improve on the parts acquisition process.

Went to Cass Burch Chrysler Dodge this Saturday morning looking to upgrade to a new vehicle. Once we entered we were greeted by female at the desk. She was very friendly and helpful. She asked me if she could help. I stated I was looking for either Chad or Gage. Chad Wyatt came out and was very friendly and helpful. I told him we were interested in the burgundy Dodge charger that had the tire rims painted black that we had looked at approximately two weeks ago after the business had closed. Chad stated they sold the above vehicle this past Friday. Chad asked if we wanted to look at any other vehicles. I stated to Chad that I and my wife had our mind set on Dodge charger. Chad stated they didnt have any new ones on the lot at this time but that he should have some next week. While there Chad checked with the Quitman Cass Burch lot but they didnt have any new ones on their lot either. CHAD was very professional . Chad gave me his business card and stated he would send me photos of new vehicles by text message and talk to me by phone to make it happen and earn my business. Chad wasnt pushy like some sales people I have dealt with in the past. Chad answered all my questions about rebates and incentives. I met Cass Burch several years ago atCornerstone church in Sparks Georgia where he spoke. I was impressed and wanted to give Cass Burch Chrysler Dodge the chance to earn my business. Spoke a couple of days about the buying used cars, told what I wanted. Still made me drive 3 hours round trip to lie to me. Was told boss wouldnt let him tell me the truth about the commercial, actually said he didnt know about the more than value offer. Very upset, dont trust the commercial, totally a lie.

We picked out our truck and then we added extras to make my husbands truck look sexy He loves his new Truck, We bought a 10 year warranty or 100,000 miles. We were traveling the day before Thanksgiving and our new 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee started having an engine problem. We just happened to be in font of the dealership and pulled in with the whole family and dog in the jeep. They were able to evaluate my jeep immediately and had it fixed within a few hours. I tried to ignore giving a review to avoid being negative, but they wont stop sending emails until I do a review. I do not intend to ever return to this dealership for service. I only went because I have a hard time getting service done with my schedule & they were open on Saturday plus they emailed me a coupon for an oil change & tire rotation for $19.95. The price was hard to pass up so I went even though I knew better. I waited almost an hour & when I was called to pick up my vehicle the paperwork did not indicate they did the tire rotation. When I asked why not since it was on the coupon they said I did not specifically ask for the rotation even though I handed them the coupon when I came in. They said I could come back another day for the rotation at no cost, but time scheduling was the problem in the first place & if an oil change takes an hour I cant imagine how long a tire rotation would take. Also there was nothing on the paperwork indicating they did any of the normal maintenance services like topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, etc. that are normally part of an oil change so I dont know if they were done or not. I know from past experience coupons are just gimmicks to get customers to come in & I have never appreciated the attitudes when I present a coupon anywhere so I really did know better. I assume I got a new filter & adequate oil, but who knows considering I wasnt assured of anything else. Buyer be ware of using offered coupons anywhere because the merchants dont like them unless they can talk you into paying for additional services. Now hopefully I will not get future emails.
Really pleased with the repair. I was told about one hour to one hour and a half, but it was finished within one hour. Service department has always been #1.

Showed up to their service dept at 8 a.m. with a check engine light and had to jump the battery. They took me without appointment, I sat in their lounge and drank coffee. The work was done in about an hour and a half. The service manager was outstanding and the attitude of all the people there that I interacted with was positive and pleasant. Not the cheapest place in town, but the replacement battery was Mopar quality. I would rather pay for a professional service than try to save a few bucks and get substandard work and material. Good Job Mr. Balmer.Update Feb 2021: Regular routine oil, filter lube and tire rotation. Got a 1 p.m. appt. I showed earlier but they close every day from 12 to 1 so no chance of getting in early and maybe finishing early. Still took hour and a half for the scheduled service. I provided my own oil/filters. The window sticker was set for me to return for servicing in the standard time even though I provided synthetic oil/filter and they reset the electronic notice for 10k. They were a little confused when I pointed out the sticker they were putting on the window as not correct. Interaction was fine with service dept folks. Will go back. :-)
Scheduled an oil change, arrived 5 minutes early for oil change and it took 2 hours for a simple oil change. Middle of the morning so not an issue regarding lunch.

I was taking my vehicle here for maintenance until all of the unnecessary charges. The last straw was when I asked them about a Transmission flush and I asked if their $250ish pricing was for the Aisin transmissions as well because I didnt know if the fluid was the same or a little different in price. After being put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes, the lady comes back with its gonna run me almost $500 because the techs has to manually mix the fluid. Yeah...oooook. No. This is why no one trusts Dealerships anymore because they will say and do whatever they can in order to make a little extra money. Ive now taken my business to a local diesel repair shop. I also buy my fuel filters online for half the price the dealer charges. Its right at $200 for both through the dealership, but $110 online for both. Its sad

Their service is awful. I had my wife drop my Durango there for a knock in the engine. My vehicle was there for 4 days and I called to find out what was wrong with it. They said it hasn’t been in the shop yet to be looked at. I then asked to speak with a manager or GM. This guy Bobby picked up and started covering for his staff and making excuses of why my Durango didn’t get seen. This place is corrupt. I had to get a tow truck to come and get my vehicle so I can take it to a different shop. These people are rediculous !!!

We were on vacation when we started having car problems and of course it was a Sat. morning, but we took it to the service dept. and with only the one mechanic on duty knew he couldnt get it done till the start of the week so the dealership took us to a rental company and we got a vehicle continued on our vacation and when we got back the car was done and ready for us. I just wish they were the dealership in our town. They went out of there way to help and than fully explain what had happened to it. Many thanks for your help!

I delivered my Journey to CASS BURCH of Valdosta to repair my Air Condition Control Box. The Service department was outstanding and my Journey is now in fine shape. I took it Cass Burch because the dealer I purchased the Journey from (Griffin Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Tifton GA) would not repair it. The worked on it one time but did not complete repair it. I had a lot o problems with the original dealer I had to look for someone to repair my Journey which had less than 3500 miles on it. Cass Burch came to the rescue and my experience was truly OUTSTANDING.

I recently bought a Jeep Compass and had the best car buying experience here. My sales representative Jerri, did an amazing job dealing with me and my indecisiveness. I can be a bit overwhelming when car shopping but she was very understanding and took the time to help me pick the perfect jeep for me. This was the 1st time in buying a car that I didn’t feel pressured into buying. I felt more as I had a “friend” helping me instead of a sales representative which made a HUGE different. This was by far the best car buying experience!Edit: after my great experience... I had a not so good one yesterday. My car had issues with the door so I had to take it to the service dept. Well I called the main number and the lady (Dana) who answered the phone was so rude to the point I will not call the dealership and will only go through my salesrep. If your going to have amazing sales representatives you should have amazing support staff for them.

Just recently purchased a 2018 RAM 2500 4X4 Mega Cab from Cass Burch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Valdosta and I have to say it was one of the most outstanding purchase experiences I have ever had buying a car. I worked with Chad remotely on the purchase and the trade of my 2017 RAM 2500 4X4 Crew Cab, sent pictures of my trade with mileage and got average trade for my Truck and a great price on the new 2018 RAM 2500 4X4 Mega Cab. Did the transaction completely remote and he delivered the car and paperwork to agreed location and we completed the transaction. Part of the deal included a BakFlip cover for the new truck and I drove to Valdosta to have it installed. When I got home had problems with the cover. Chad had a driver come get the truck and they worked with the manufacturer to replace it and then delivered my truck back to St Marys . Again a truly outstanding experience and Chad did an amazing job making sure that the Customer was completely satisfied with the complete transaction. Would highly recommend them, a truly trust worthy Car Dealer.

I wish I could give Cass Burch 10 stars ! Coming home from our family vacation at the beach on Friday, my 2011 Dodge Journeys Transmission went out. Stuck on the side of the road with 2 young children, my husband called AAA, but due to COVID-19 no passengers can ride in the truck with the driver. My husband looked up the closest Dodge Dealership & we were about 16 miles from Cass Burch. The receptionist was so friendly, & sent one of their Salesmen - David to pick us up! This was after 4:00 on a Friday. David was beyond helpful & kind to us & since we couldnt get a tech to look at my car until Saturday he helped us find a hotel for the night & then drove us to the hotel! he also gave us area information so we could order dinner & then sent the lot manager - Brian over to the hotel Sat morning toot pick us up & bring us back to the dealership. They tried to help us locate a rental care so we could make it home to North Georgia . Once we find out if we can or cant fix my car this week, then I will be giving Cass Burch my business to purchase another vehicle ! All of the employees here treated us like family, & you can tell this is a very special place.

Took my car to get a full service, oil change, tires rotated, fluids were to be topped off. I paid for everything to find out two days later that the fluids werent at all touched. My lights came on I had to go to the store and buy them and fill it myself. Now why am I paying for something that was suppose to be done. Not satisfied at all.
We had a great experience buying our new Jeep Cherokee! The selection was decent, they offered great discounts. JERRI DUTTON is the consultant to ask for!! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. Jerri went above and beyond our expectations by working to get us the deal we wanted, and threw in a flat screen tv to boot! She was easy to work with and took the time to get to know what we wanted and needed. She was a joy to work with! I would highly recommend her and Cass Burch to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
