The store wasnt crowded or hectic. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Derrick was cool and professional. They also had everything I needed in stock.

This was my first time going to a “non-corporate” Verizon and my experience was awesome! I don’t remember the name of the employee but maybe it was Derrick or Justin. He had short ish dreads. Either way, he was awesome. I’ve actually never had a phone experience last as short as he made it. I was upgrading, actually thinking about switching from iPhone to something different. He gave me details and was extremely knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! At the end of the day I still stayed with my iPhone and upgraded to the pro max 3500. Whatever new model of iPhone is out these days. Explained all answers to my questions very well and was personable! Thank y’all for providing an awesome experience.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having version send my phone to Valdosta, Georgia- without me knowing!I went into my local Verizon dealer and ordered my new iPhone and was told “it’s back ordered, but will come to your house - direct shipped (confirmed mailing address) in a week”.Well a week goes by, I’m checking the UPS tracker.... says will be delivered on that day, but the “view the truck” option wasn’t available. All of a sudden in the middle of the delivery day I get a phone call from Valdosta Georgia. I call the number back and I get a “Justin” who works for Russell Cellular - an authorized Verizon retailer, letting me know that MY PHONE was just delivered to him.I live over 8 hours away.... why would my phone be shipped here - especially when Justin tells me that my correct home address is on the package?!? Well we didn’t know what to do, so I called Verizon and the woman suggested that I drive there to get it....... I told her she was out of her mind and she said “give us 24-48 hours and we will resolve this” (I still haven’t heard back....).I call Justin back and him and I worked out a shipping label and two days later..... BOOM my phone is here WITH a little “gift” (screen protector) for my troubles FROM Russell Cellular and Justin.You want to talk about FIRST CLASS customer service...... Justin is TOP NOTCH!While I haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with this store face-to-face, I can only imagine how exemplary their customer service is if Justin took the time to get my phone, look up my account, get my phone number, call me, ship me my phone in a timely fashion AND toss in an extra surprise........ first class Justin! Keep it up!

Don’t waste your time. Verizon should be ashamed to partner with an independent retailer that does not have the same customer service standards as Verizon stores or even calling Verizon. Rude, disrespectful and what kinda dress code??

My husband had a problem with his phone that was cracked and the gentleman both of them that was their work really really hard on getting him another phone at first they had some adversity to get it the first gentleman had to go home but the second gentleman work just as hard as the first they were great I will advise you to go there anytime to be looked after concerning your phone

I came here to switch carriers nd to activate my Internatinal Note 10+ from Boost. I already have mobile hotspot with them and withing 15 to 20 minutes I had a Verizon phone. And not to metion that the sales rep Derrick was spot on with all of his information he chose a plan was cheaper and unique to my needs.

Worst store ever. Keanu lied to us and then called us lairs. They only care about up selling. Assist Manger let him talk to us like we were the problem. We bought s20 he said screen protector and case included we several times and told him we didnt want to pay extra. He said it was free and was a special. Look at bill and we were charged 80+ dollars. When we tried to complain he said it was not and we knew that. I suggest you go somewhere else we will never go back here avain

Friendly service even though these guys have clearly been at it nonstop all day, my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I felt like other than selling a case to me and putting it on they didn’t really help my problem I needed my phone activated and he said as soon as I log on to wifi at home it would connect and I’m still having trouble. So if you are having an actual Verizon problem then go to the Verizon on st Augustine but otherwise nice guys.
