They got everything done I needed in a timely manner but I wish there was more person to person contact. They never called me with updates, and only after I left a voicemail inquiring did they send an email asking for authorizations for the next steps.

The service department here has always been first class. Every oil change is promised to be done within an hour and I have never waited longer than an hour. I usually deal with Ken and he is always completely professional and friendly. The team keeps you up-to-date and informed throughout the process. I have worked with many dealerships with my different vehicles over the years throughout Solano County and Contra Costa County. I have never dealt with a team as professional as this one. I will never take my Silverado anywhere else. I have purchased two vehicles through this dealership last year and if I buy another vehicle it will be at this dealership. Very poor customer service. I waited for 2 hours only to be told that the tire is not repairable. Didn’t even inform me properly that the inspection was already been done. Blaming me that i was not on the waiting room. Horrible service. Giving misleading information that my tire has a two inch gush but when i checked, it is just a small hole and i even brought it to a tire repair experts and they repaired it quickly. I am not coming back again to these cheaters.

My mother brought in her car at 9:30am for an alignment. Told her to come back at 2:00pm. We get here at 2:00 its now 4:00pm went to get into her car tire pressure was all wrong and she paid $150. Horrible service. Bullshit when you pay the amount she did for her car
